Actually Naito's spirit was around long before jazz and Jon's idea lol I already have done Naito reborn but killed him off. And unleashed his spirit upon Kagami.

lol The reason Naito could merge with somebody as "powerful" as Kagami is because they have the exact same chakra signature. Only since Naito merged with him he hid the fact for awhile lol.
