After Sage got the thought sent to him, he shrugged. I never did learn how to use telepathy....would be far too much of an invasion of privacy to read another's mind...as well, why would I want others to hear my thoughts projected? Oh well...I'll respond when I see her next in person. For the time being, I suppose I'll just continue working on this soup.
Sage then resumed his cooking of soup. Yes soup, for once he wasn't making pancakes, or pies, or pastries.

Iri's face stays straight and calm, but she's laughing on the inside. "So I'm your girlfriend, huh? I think I like that idea."
Iri doesn't get a response from Sage, but that doesn't bother her. She's sure there's a reason for it, one way or another.

Reeve The Vagabond Reeve snaps his fingers in front of the boy's face, sparks flying from their tips. His accent is strong out of annoyance. " Arrah, nae, bairn, quitcher thinkin' 'bout me girlfriend's wings an' pay attention. I hate to break it to you but your rai-control bloodline is nothing special. Anyone can bend lightnin' tae their will with trainin'. Now, your bloodline may be of use concernin' special attacks..." ~ Ah...err...sorry, Iri...~ He breaks off his lecture and blushes at her for a second.
"They wanted me to learn here before they taught me the family's techniques, the few i know are conrol and what i can mange on my own." He growled becoming frustrated a bit...a little insulted.

Iri thinks to Reeve with a tone of amusement, "Just what was that supposed to mean? Are you scaring the boy or teasing me? And you never answered my reply to your 'girlfriend' comment."
In response to Rob's glance, Iri gives him a purposely flat look. Then she looks back at Reeve and says, "It's late, and I'm tired. Good night." And she gives him a warm hug before heading off toward her room.

Tutsumi slowly moved around atop of the Academy, his eyes now staring up towards the sun. He'd been out for a few days now, just sleeping, and he needed to freshen up, badly. His mind went to the overall layout of the area and of any hot springs or lakes that were close, but quickly remembered the baths inside the Academy itself. With a glint in his eyes, he simply phased down from the roof and slid down the walls until he reached his destination. The rest would be unsaid.

Reeve wakes early, having slept rather fitfully. Iri plagued his mind, but not in a bad way. He was more confused with himself for allowing himself to fall again. And then there was Yuki...ah, well. She didn't really like him anyway. Shaking his head as if it actually voided his tiredness, Reeve rises and heads for the kitchen.

Chittering and shouted curses break the silence of the morning. Two figures can be seen racing down the dirt trail leading to the main dojo. One of the them is a simple squirrel. Why is the squirrel running? It is being chased by the incarnation of doom itself, otherwise known as a fox demon that really wants her cookie back.
As the fox runs, sunlight streams through the trees and dapples her blue-silver hair and white tail and ears. Her piercing blue eyes brighten as she gets closer to her prey. With one quick scoop, she grabs it by its fluffy tail.
