The announcement might not come until Monday, though don't hold me to it. Office is quiet on the weekends, mostly just us mods and a few of the higher ups on call, as it were. ninja
Today is el Saturday, so handling reports is what's up. ^_^

How does one become a Mod? Cause I know there are Mod's who don't work in the office. I've always wanted to become a little more then just a member. I figured Mod was the only thing I could do since of where I live.

None of the mods work at the office. We're all volunteers from around the world. Devs and Admin work at the office, though there are some who've gained the work-from-home ability.
If you're interested in becoming a mod, check my profile for info, or go to the Q&A and find the sticky. Whichever is easier.

alrighty, will do. Another friend of mine became a Mod but wasn't very helpful in telling me how to become a Mod.
