Are you saying that you're perfect Haku?
*snort* Funny language when talking about a yaoi fanfiction. XD

Not yet, Haruhi. Not yet. But human beings have such a crude definition of perfection, so I'd never use their definition anyway. They have such a limited understanding of perfection, too.

Perfection of any kind suggests that a being has plateaued though. Saying you've reached perfection makes one think you have limits Haku, that is all I am saying.

It is such a human concept of believing in an "end". Because humanity cannot conceive of something being infinite (except when it comes to their deities), there must certainly be an end. So logically there must be an end to perfection, a plateau. I argue differently, but people are hardly ever convinced.

Well if people don't believe in infinity then how did they think up the word and the concept?

To argue against it. You try arguing against it being hot if you've never experienced cold.
Edit: There is such a thing called "Cartesian dualism", a purely human notion, that basically means that nothing can exist without its opposite. Like in my example above, no one would know what hot was unless there was a cold, and vice-versa. Hot or cold would simply be "normal", an equally contrived and human notion. So, in order to define "finite", they needed something its opposite. You'll find that a lot of words can be defined as not being something else (i.e. its opposite). Going back to the original example, one can define "hot" as being "not cold". It's a weak definition, but it works nonetheless.
