Rhaim stiffened as the dog licked his face, his eyes still squinting hard at the animal before him. He waited a couple more seconds to ensure that the dog did mean that act as the precursor to some form of attack. Then he reached out his hand and poked the pup in the center of its nose with his right hand. Considering how the dog had opted not to bark at him or growl, the Nara figured that the action was meant more to see how he would react. So the only logical course of action was to in turn give the dog something to react to. The girl with whom the dog was perched was completely lost to the boy already.

(( why does every keep on calling Kuroi a pup? ( referring to everyone put yarotai who refuses to call him other wise ))

Aryza under her arm felt Kuroi move licking Rhaim but didn't give it any attention. Removing her arm from his head she let the wolf now move around freely.

"Mean? MEAN!?" the girl commented instantly after hearing Tairu's comment on the library women. "Oh you gotta be kidding me! She is not mean! She is PURE EVIL!!!! Her voice raised every so often as she got more and more expressive. "She has no soul! I swear that lady hates us kids! All you have to do is breath in there and she's already snapping at you! I can't stand that hag!" With what she had to say over with the Inuzuka girl calmed down and smiled once again at Tairu as if she had never been agry in the first place.

"Hey do you guys have any siblings," Aryza asked both Tairu and Rhaim them remembered about Takeshi. Now that she thought about it she didn't really know him that well. "What about you Takeshi?"


Kuroi blinked when Rhaim poked him in the nose. Not very many people had done that other then Aryza and her siblings, especially not after he had licked them. Most of the time they would be more worried about wipping his saliva off of their face.

Feeling Aryza remove her arm the wolf moved sitting in front of the Nara boy. Lifting up the sides of his mouth he revealed his sharp canine teeth and snarled at him. The wolf was curious to see if the boy knew he was doing it playfully or if he would show any sign of fear again. Hey who knew maybe he'd end up getting poked in the nose again.

Tairu was a little surprised by Aryza's strong reaction to librarian. For Tairu she had been annoying at first but soon warmed up to him after he had followed all of the library rules. As he listened Tairu rubbed the back of his head slightly, "She's um.. been rather nice to me lately." he said quietly. Amidst the conversation about the librarian Tairu couldn't help but notice Rhaim inserting his finger inside Kuroi's nose. How disgusting.... he thought to himself. Of course with Aryza it appeared that the conversation could change at the drop of a hat as they switched to the topic of siblings. "Well I'm the eldest in my family, I have a few younger brothers and sister as well." Tairu said.

Rhaim's full attention was brought back to the dog as his finger was violently forced from a location that he hadn't realized it had been. The boy cocked an eyebrow as he examined his snot covered finger from a distance. He made a quick glance at his pants and then back at the dog, wondering which he should wipe it on. However the roar of laughter that came from the girl seated on the far side of Kuroi settled the matter. With a shrug of the shoulders he leaned over and wiped the mostly liquid substance on Aryza'a arm, "Yeah. Sounds terrible."

Rhaim scrambled back away from Aryza franticly as she tried to give him back the bit of snot. His movements however lacked any coordination or thought and he soon found himself tumbling backwards off of the bench. The only thing that he was able to reach before falling onto his back was Kuroi's ear, which immediately slipped through his fingers before he could grip it. Not that it would have helped him anyhow. The boy flopped his arms straight out to the sides and let out a low moan, "Yeah and it seems like you're in cohoots with them."

Okita jumped from rooftop to rooftop, searching patiently for any signs of trouble. After all, a Genin always does something to get noticed... It's practically in their nature.

Oh the wonders of being a Genin again... Not that he had any interest in being one again. His years being at the bottom of the totem pole were filled with pain and suffering. A fate he had no intention of repeating on a squad he taught.

The sudden yelling brought him out of his mind and made him focus on the task at hand. It appeared that an Inuzuka was attacking some young girl, and his dog didn't seem to me helping matters. Okita knew that the Inuzuka were barbaric... He had heard rumors that they ate their young if they weren't up to snuff. While Okita couldn't argue with trimming the fat, cannibalism was always frowned upon. Of course there was no proof, but there had to be a reason to train such large beasts.

"Excuse me Inuzuka, i would ask that you put the girl down." Okita landed gracefully in front of the two, his shot brown hair swaying behind him. His cold green eyes showed no emotion, no fear of either the man or his pet. "I ask politely this time. Do not make me ask again."

"I will ask you again to let her go. Oppressing others is an abuse of your ninja skills." Okita formed a hand seal, and glared at the man, no longer as passive as he was before. His forest green eyes glinted in a display of frozen hatred that could only be achieved by a long strategists career.

"Unless you explain to me what is going on, Inuzuka... I will be force to report you to more... capable authorities. This has been the second time I’ve asked. If you make me ask again, the next person you talk to will be the doctor about how to un-barbecue your insides."

Okita stood firm, his body not displaying any intent of moving. To do so was folly; an beast is a creature of instinct. If he is threatened he would fight and run. Fighting would be suicide... So with any luck he would turn his tail and run.

Of course he could also fight... And doing so would be a pointless waste of his energy. But more importantly, it would be a bad idea in this part of town. There were too many innocent bystanders.

"Do not push this further. I would hate for there to be a public outcry against your clan and their violent ways."

Okita smiled slighty, a little ploy to enrage the man. This was the success of strategy. If he left he would be branded a coward, if he attacked he would be punished for assulting a superior officer. Oh the joys of strategy.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja stares down their opponent, causing them to become completely frozen in their tracks. Perfect for escaping a dire situation, or for stalling a target in an assassination, or for creating an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.
Cp cost: 30
Will Save DC: 10 + 1/2 Character level + 1/2 Chakra modifier + 1 per 10 ranks in Intimidation.
Special: This jutsu is broken upon impact.

Save = 10+20+20+0 = DC 50.

Tairu was to say the least, put off by the exchanging of canine saliva. He was about to say something when an older boy came over with his dog. Tairu was ready to greet the boy when more saliva came into the mix and landed on Aryza's face and shortly afterwords Aryza began expressing pain as a result of her hair being pulled. Tairu was initially angry but then he saw the similar markings that the pair shared. They were family, while Tairu never interacted with his siblings that he knew better than to interfere with another clan's business. "He's right." Tairu said as he nodded in Rhaim's direction. "You should leave to family members to their business"
