Dark whistles as he sees Maddy.
"You look even better than usually." He says before walking in. He watches two tiny Larvitars run by his feet on his way to the fridge. One was a blue tint and once was a red tint. He grabs a beer from the fridge, pops the top off with a bottle opener and takes a sip.
"You're really going all out tonight."

Rei poked his head inside the party house, his Zubat urging him to enter.
"Um, hello group. I got the message. Has the party started yet?" He wore a simple outfit, black pants and a dark red vest with a white undershirt. He adjusted his golden cuff links (a recent purchase from Lumoise) and entered the room, his Zubat close behind. The latter was wearing a bow tie around her neck; she insisted on dressing up. He waved hello to Maddy and headed straight for the food.

Maddy smiled at Rei as he appeared and then ran off to the kitchen to take some food out of the oven.
"If anyone is hungry, both the dining room and living room tables are covered with every sort of appetizer and dessert I could possibly buy." She called out from the kitchen. She muttered a curse as she burnt one of her fingers on the oven. "If anyone wants to get their drink on, feel free to go through the fridge. I got everything."
She ran out into the dining room with a hot tray of food and laid out a few more different appetizers. She then disappeared into the kitchen again to put the hot pan down and to pour herself a cup of red wine.
"At least one good thing came out of Lysandre..." She mumbled, struggling to get the cork out of the wine bottle. It eventually popped off and sprayed a bit of wine all over the ceiling. Maddy shrugged and fetched herself a nice big wine glass.

Caleb walked back to the house in Anistar looking exhausted. His Marshtomp walked alongside him, looking a bit disappointed. Marshtomp had been somewhat insistant that day about training. Something about certain Aquan pokemon fully evolving had motivated him to do the same. He wanted to look tough and super cool too! Thus dragging Caleb out to train in the early hours of the day to do so.
Then getting the message from his grandma about a care package. She insisted that instead of paying for postage, he stop by and pick it up himself.
Caleb had definitely had a rough day for sure.
He stopped in the front doorway and stared. The house was pitch black. His Marshtomp pulled out his TADs for him. Caleb stared down at the message from Maddy.
Nice Caleb, very nice.

Dark was quick to hit the snack table. He began picking at just about everything. Well anything that didn't have tomatoes or berries.
"Wow, foods great. Did you make it all yourself?" Dark shouts to Maddy in the kitchen. He tosses a small brownie to each baby Larvitar.

Rose went to the dining room table and grabbed a celery stick and gave it to her Mime Jr, which started munching on it. Rose then grabbed an apple for herself and began eating that while waiting for everyone else to arrive.

Rei slid over to the bar, downed a shot of whiskey, and made himself a Sharpedo Blue, his black-and-white gloves blurring with movement. The Countess was content sucking a lime.
"I agree. The food's great, Maddy. Just don't forget to enjoy yourself," he joked.

PokeManiac Jeff Dark was quick to hit the snack table. He began picking at just about everything. Well anything that didn't have tomatoes or berries. "Wow, foods great. Did you make it all yourself?" Dark shouts to Maddy in the kitchen. He tosses a small brownie to each baby Larvitar. Maddy walked out of the kitchen, a glass holding a dark red wine in her hand. "Most of the appetizers were store-bought, but most of the desserts I made myself." She sat down on the couch in the living room, folding one leg over the other. "I'm better at baking than I am cooking." She snatched a nacho chip, piled high with cheese and veggies, off the living room table and took a bite, eating carefully so she wouldn't get any grease dripping onto her dress. She then turned to Rei. "I never forget to enjoy myself. I'm gonna end up turning the outdoor jacuzzi on once I'm drunk enough."

"I wouldn't mind skipping right to that." He chuckles.

Ubella swooped from the sky, dropping her trainer off next too the house in Anistar city. "Wait for me!" He called up to her before running through the already open doorway, "Odd, I wonder why-- Oof!" He bumped into a dark object. Soft again, "Ugh... Wh-who's there!" he reached back for the light switch, but found himself fumbling around the wall.

Michael was wandering around lost in the city again, when he finally found Maddy's house. He was dressed a little differently then usual with a dark blue button down shirt, blue dress pants, and a light blue tie. He walked into the house and saw the party was full swing. He then saw the food table and his stomach let out a loud growl. He had not eaten all day as he had been training with Squirt and the others. He quickly grabbed a plate and got a bunch of food and found a place to eat it. He noticed Maddy on the couch and decided to say. "Great Party Captain. How have you been?"

"Ack!" Caleb shouted. His Marshtomp caught him before he fell flat on his face. Nice save Marshtomp.
"It's...Caleb..." he grunted.
He was holding the care package from his grandmother. He had already sorted through it earlier, so why not share the rest at the party?
The lights turned on. Yay! Marshtomp looked pleased with himself after finding the light switch.

Maddy gulped down her glass of wine and was standing up to go get some more when Michael came and sat down.
"I've been pretty good. Life is fairly stress-free now that Team Flare is out of our hair."
The doorbell rang.
"That must be the Professor!"
Sure enough, when she answered the door, it was Professor Sycamore and two of his aides who entered. The three of them were wearing lab coats over their formal attire.
"Not wearing your patch again, I see. Perhaps tonight I could get a more in-depth story?" The professor said, with a smile.
Maddy smiled in return.
"Perhaps! Come in and enjoy yourself." She held up her empty glass. "I'll be getting more wine."
She ran off to the kitchen to do just that.

Allen deadpanned and inwardly scolded himself, not like he's not unintentionally abused this guy before. "Errrrm, sorry man." He scratched the back of his head. He did gave the Marshtomp a thumbs up as the lights came on. "Sorry, I was on my way to the party at Maddy's place, but I forgot a few things." He moved to turn and run up the stairs, but stopped, "Wait, do you have a way there?"

Michael smiled at what Maddy said and nodded. He heard the Professor come in and was happy to see the man again. Seeing the man reminded Michael he needed to call his father soon though. He noticed he had no drink and quickly got a bottle of beer, before returning to his plate.
