That's the best you can think of? Heck, if you're close enough to hit him with the tub, you're close enough to be hit with the splash when you dump it on him razz
Try dumping a used chamber pot over his head, then superheating the metal so it melts onto his flesh. My group did that in a D&D game once.

Also, I think you're referring to HCl. Hydrogen, chlorine - hydrochloric. Not the other way around.
