I just need to change the colors a bit, cut it just right to get rid of the stupid bow and it'll be ready soon.

What color goes with red hair? I need to repaint the kimono some other color, a dark green seems to work.

He's still going to be a big jerk. He's even a jerk to the Raikage, though that may be because they're the same age and probably grew up together. Or he's just a big jerk.
