Introducing the molded chakra back into his body was a bad mistake, it was one that he was not going to repeat as he placed his hands on his chest. Gritting his teeth slightly, he knew that something bad would happen. Shinra felt that his chakra was weakening, his stamina took a blow... that much was certain. shaking his head for a moment, he made the attempt to recover and sighed heavily . The young medic shoock his head again, yea... he learned his lession from that. Shaking off the damage to himself, he knew after this, he was going to have to take it easy.

Turi Arnako, Academy Teacher Extraordinaire!

Turi eyed a student attempting to sneak into the classroom late. He didn't react though, not at first at least, simply setting the chalk down as he finished writing his name. He then picked up the eraser, and made as if to erase something, before suddenly throwing the eraser at Chishio, the eraser sending a cloud of chalk dust into the air as it hit the student in the forehead. "Rule number one." He held up one finger on his left hand, scowling slightly. "You will not be late to my class, but you are, own it. If you must be late, be fashionably so, or at least show to the class and I that your time outside of class was well spent." He said, his scowl slowly returning to his usual smirk. "Now with that out of the way, who has not gone ahead and learned the hand signs? No need to feel shy or embarrassed if you have not. To learn is what we all are here for after all."

Yuiitsu didn't expect to be hit by an eraser. He was so shocked that the impact, in combination with his reaction to try and move away, he flailed and fell out of his seat. He slowly started to climb back into his desk, a white chalk mark from the eraser tattooing his forehead. He grabbed the eraser and slowly walked down towards the Sensei. "Sorry sensei. I didn't want to disturb the class..." He handed back the weapon of his humiliation and reclaimed his seat. He didn't expect that kind of reaction but hey at least he wasn't in too much trouble. 'I hope this is just a warning.' He started to rub the mark off his forehead as he looked at the other three members of the class.

Placing his hands together, Shinra closed his eyes and started to focus on his chakra again. He was off in his own little world, but training while he had the time to do so. Taking a deep breath and sighing, the young medic spoke plainly at the sensei. " Completed Sir. " He choose the words with the utmost care, knowing his place and standing in the academy. He didn't want to lose it, but he was surprised that no one knew. Still, Shinra had his ways when it came to his surroundings. Placing his arms back on his legs, he raised his legs and crossed them in the seat. Sitting back straight, Shirna finally sighed... ready to start working.

Turi Arnako, Academy Teacher Extraordinaire!

Turi smiled and raised a second finger. "Rule number two, do not make any assumptions." He looked down at the names on his class roster. "Tsuyo right?" He said as he looked up at the Hoshigaki boy, not that he could be wrong, so far he had only one of the shark people in his class. "I don't doubt you're good at fighting, but you must learn the twelve handsigns first, or else you will be unable to learn any jutsu. Open your book to the first page, and begin memorizing them." He said the Hoshigaki. "As for the rest of you come up here and form a semi-circle in front of my desk, we're going to practice chakra control before we begin learning any techniques." With his usual smirk he moved around the front and sat down, gesturing for his students to do the same. "First you'll close your eyes and try to get a feel for your chakra. For most of you this may feel weird, as it'll be your first time." Closing his eyes he did as he told them, tapping into his chakra network, which wasn't too hard for the experienced ninja. "And then gently begin to pull on it, and..." He focused himself, slowly pulling a ball of visible chakra from his stomach. "You'll be able to do this." He said with a smile as he showed them all the ball, before it suddenly burst into thin air. "Now, this isn't any kind of special technique, and is quite useless, but it is good for training with your chakra control. Now I want you all to try for yourselves, don't be afraid to talk to, and help one another. You'll find in the ninja work, that working together often makes things easier."

Tsuyo nodded to confirm that it was his name. He listened to what the Sensei had to say before he eagerly went to work. He knew the sooner he learned the handsigns the sooner he can get on to sparring and show where he really shined. He opened the book and looked at the twelve signs. He continued to study them until he felt a warmth beside him. It was Kenage gently bumping into his leg. He really didn't have time for this. He looked down at his partner in crime and called to him. "Kenage!" He said in a fierce voice. Kenage quickly went on all fours and ready for attack. Tsuyo was proud of this and gently scratched behind Kenage's ears. "It's okay boy. Go find a dummy and practice attacking it like we trained. When you've done that enough times come back." He gently squeezed Kenage's fur as a sign of affection before letting him go. He truly cared for his pet. It was his first actual friend, and he's been loyal since they first shared food.

Tsuyo watched his friend leave out the door into the training field of the Academy. He turned his attention back to the book. Reading was never his specialty. He was actually surprised when his parents taught him how to read. It was the first noncombat thing they've ever taught him... actually it was the only. He continued to read each handsign and attempted to study how they'd be formed. He attempted to model his fingers like that shown in the book. He waited a few seconds before sighing after not feeling anything. He shook his head ashamed of himself. He knew he wasn't the smartest but he was disheartened by the fact that he couldn't copy a simple handsign.

Kenage hated to be away from his master but he obeyed. He remembered what they were training before. He knew what he had to do. He looked around for some dummies to practice on, but didn't feel like going all the way over there when the trees were so much closer. He ran towards the tree and when he was a few feet away he launched himself off the ground with his hind legs and twisted his body. He bunched up his legs, and when he was about to land sideways against the tree. He kicked his hind legs out and impacted the tree with a crunch, cracking the bark before jumping off the tree and landing in a way that he spun and faced the tree he had just kicked.

Sighing at the teacher's instructions, it was clear that his training would have to wait. Shinra's chakra control was going to be tested and trained, so he was going to enjoy himself. Standing up and joining the crowd of people below, he sat down in the semi circle near the teachers desk. Closing his eyes and focused, he was crafting and forming his chakra into the sphere that the sensei had shown them. Letting out the breath slowly and carefully, the young medic started to shape and mold the chakra in front of him. Thinking about the dynamics of the chakra in front of him, Shinra was convinced with one thing... this was going to be important.
