What other games do you think would be incorprated into Brawl? I mean, they went quite far with the Excitebike sprites for the assist trophies...

Ziggy161 Jupiter-X If Pheonix Wright or Edgeworth get into the game, I'm thinking they'd be assist trophies. "Hold It!" and everyone else freezes in place for like 5 seconds but the person who threw the trophy. "Objection!" would definitely be an insta-KO. Awesome ideas xd There definetly should be some mention of the PW series, if not actual playables 3nodding Agreed. AT LEAST collectible trophies.

Insta KO is a little overboard. Just look at the other trophies. Maybe it could just add 50%-100% to their damage.

Keeping up with the updates is the most exciting thing. I feel that this could be a competitive sequel to Melee, but deep in my heart, I fear that nothing can quite compare to that magical game in means of duplication or rising above it. I hope that Nintendo pulls off one of the biggest suprizes and delivers that game. I am still waiting for C. Falc to re-appear as well as Falco. D: I like both of them as people. XDDD

I am going to love the story mode. Seeing our characters in their own little stories with CG cutsceens I love it. But instnt K.O's I never heard of that... In Melee the most damage a person could do to another in one attack is 25%. The Final Smashes will most likely be at most only 50% because having the attack hit full on an opponent might be hard with certian smashes like Yoshi's Super Dragon or Pikachu's Volt Tackle.

I'm sure that Brawl will supercede Melee in a lot of areas concerning it's gameplay and plot, but some of it's music strikes me as too bland. Listen to the Pokemon Gym music at the Smash Brawl site, and you will see what I mean. I understand that good music is quite hard to make, especially when there is already a basic template that needs to be followed, but the least they can do is make a effort to bring the battling environment to the next level by BRINGING the music to the next level. Example: Click HereIf the people at Nintendo can make the Menu 1 music sound great, the least we can expect is consistency in making the music...

I absolutely agree, the music on essentially what we are calling next gen systems should have orchestral(sp) Music in most of the stages in the game, Brawl menu 1 is amazing and for the most part the rest of the midi's are just bland as you said(great writing though), Midi music is all fine and good, but not when you have the most talented musical staff for a video game ever. and just think how aweosme it would be for the Ridley Boss theme would be in full orchestra or the Ocarina of time medley?

To be horribly honest, I didn't think anyone even USED midi format for music anymore. sweatdrop
