{Wow, I want to read that book now! xd And ROTC? I wonder what it's like. All I've heard is improing leadership skills and military-style exersize when it comes to ROTC.}
Once the Jabberwocky got closer, she decided hat the scent was familiar enough in a pleasant way, which ruled out the foe possibility. She rushed forward in the direction, now sure that she had smelled it before. Her eyes held a look of hildlike excitement, indicating that she now also ruled out food as a possibility. The scent she smelled was indeed that of a friend!

Nobody's eyes grew bigger as he watched a familiar figure on the woods, was that the jabberwocky? no, no it could not be, he rubbed his eyes to see in the lack of sleep was not playing tricks on him "Um... does anyone else see that?" he asked to the room in general pointing out of the window, Caterpillar, the Walrus, Thaddeous, Amy, he really didn't care who the answer came from, he just needed to know he was not seeing things but if he was not hallucinating why was the jabberwocky here?

Jabberwocky burst in full speed in Nobody's direction, even going so far as to jump through the window(glass or no) simply to tackle-hug him in greeting. Patches, however, was holding on for bloody life. Once Jabberwocky landed, the bear was flung across the room and onto the wall. He slid down slowly, clearly not pleased with the situation. "Pyria! Damn it, I told you to search for MARIA! Not this lout!" he scolded, making the Jabberwocky slump down in shame once she backed off. "I so-reeh!" Pyria whined, reccognising the name that Patches had given her.

nobody whined a little, he had been caught off guard and so he had fallen to the ground in to the hug of the jabberwocky "Seems like I was not seeing things" he said patting the jabberwocky on the head "Nice seeing you too cretin" he said grimacing in patches direction.

Patches was still glaring at Nobody. "I still don't trust you. In fact, I suspect your the reason why I cannot find Maria at the castle! What did you do to her?! Where did you take her?! I swear if you tried that S and M crap on her again I'll...!" he barked, only to be interrupted by Pyria.
"Patchies is pervy!" she exclaimed with a giggle, thinking of something she had overheard Maria calling him. "Pin-sessy think Patchies pervy!"
"No she does not! ...Much!" Patches hissed at Pyria the Jabberwocky, now quite embarassed.

nobody chuckled a little at the predicament of his... well, what was patches to him anyhow? nevermind, to patches predicament "I am not responsible for your lousy abilities as a caretaker, Ah, but my dear asinine plushy, even if i had done something to MY Maria that would not concern you" okay, that was far from the point here but he just could not pass a perfect chance to annoy the bear, he made it rather too easy.

Patches growled in frustration. "Gah! You are worse than Tweedledum!" he cried out, stomping towards the window. "Come on, Pyria! Let's search for Maria before she gets herself into even more trouble."
Pyria shook her head. "I dunwanna. Pin-sessy okay for now!" she replied stubbornly, which infuriated the bear all the more.

Nobody started patting the jabberwocky, he was glad that she was confident in Maria's well being, he had escorted her to the castle so she shouldn't be in troubles but knowing her she might just as well be hiding somewhere or playing with someone "Now, now, i hate to agree with the bear but i am sure you are a lot better than him for taking care of the princes are you not?" she asked the jabberwocky with a smile "by the way, who decided on your name?" he asked out of curiosity.

"Patchies did!" Pyria giggled after saying this, her tail wagging once more.
"Pyria means 'firey reins', which fits since she almost burnt my arm off when yawning one time. It was an accident, I know, but I've called her that ever since." he explained, shaking his head slightly. "And yes, I do make a better caretaker than that coward Tweedledum. He's so annoying, always fawning over Maria yet hiding himself in the shadows like some sort of coward!"

Nobody smirked "figures" he said in a dismissive tone at the mention of the name story, such a simple minded way to name someone, if it had been up to him he would have chosen something with more class, Rebecca perhaps, anyhow, that was far from the point as well, he was letting his mind wander off too much "But I was speaking to the lady" he said smiling gently for Pyria.

"Whatever. I'm off. Try not to screw her too!" Patches left after that, clearly displeased.
Pyria giggled as she watched him leave. "Patchies jea-lus!" she said, once Patches had gotten out of earshot. "Patchies no like sare Pin-sessy!"

nobody chuckled a bit "I've noticed that" he said patting pyria again "so, how did you two ended up here?" he said a little curious, the jabberwocky was rash and acted on instinct most of the time yet she was not very likely to jump trough a window just because she 'felt like it' she must have known it was someone familiar.

((I have a HUGE psychology midterm tomorrow AND a psychology test on personality! FML! gonk ))
Jack raised an eyebrow, gently grabbing the syringe from the Ace's hand. "An interrogation, Miss Ace?" he asked, quietly. "You basically confessed to me that you have not erased your memories, and just the fact that you have the courage to come to me and let me know is enough. I know a lot of the Suits fear me because I deal with punishment."
The very notion of being an figure of fear in the eyes of the Suits made it hard for Jack to resist a smirk.
"It would be a pity to lose such a strong and intelligent Suit such as yourself."
The Jack of Diamonds forced himself up as best as he could. "Where exactly do I put this?"
Gestalt knew that there were two possibilities: that Jack was either in a critical state or that he was in the hands of a medic. Jack usually locked his office, so he was most likely not found. Still, he walked rather briskly to the office of his master. He didn't know how he felt in regards to Jack's condition any longer; he knew as a doll, he had to take care of Jack no matter what. Still, after the way he was constantly treated by his master, a small part of Gestalt sought freedom.
"He's been screaming all afternoon, Lewis," Jack said, guiding his friend into his bedroom.
Lewis grimaced at the piercing cries issuing from the writhing doll on Jack's floor. His lips were twisted with fear and disgust, showing his set of pointed and yellowing teeth.
"That is indeed loud," Lewis said, his over-sized coat covering his hands that went to block his ears. "What in Wonderland did you do to him?"
Jack pursed his lips and shook his head lightly. "He . . . angered me," Jack said walking closer to his doll.
"Enough!" Jack shouted, picking Gestalt up by the hair. "Enough, already!"
Gestalt could only see black and feel pain, an immense pain from deep within his eye sockets. A thick liquid poured down his cheeks and he could feel it on his hands. He pressed his lips shut, suppressing more screams.
"OH JABBERWOCKY!" Lewis shouted. "His eyes! And . . . he's bleeding black! Jack! You took his eyes out?!"
"I lost my temper," Jack said, still holding Gestalt by the hair. "So, I put him in his place."
Lewis gritted his teeth, his eyes shadowed once again by his hat. "Jack . . . what could he have done that angered you that badly? Taking his eyes out? Now he can't see! Now he's defective! Jack! Carroll and I spent a great deal of money on that doll!"
Jack slammed Gestalt's head to the floor, earning a pained moan from his doll. "That doesn't matter, Lewis!" Jack yelled, "All I summoned you here for is help."
"Help, Jack?" Lewis said, incredulously, "After destroying my unbirthday present to you?"
"Lewis," Jack said, acid in his tone, "I intend to keep him. I don't want to take him to the doll maker because I don't need him knowing I did this to one of his dolls. I figured you would be able to help this . . . thing with your strange . . . 'magic', if that's what you wish to call it."
"Oh?" Lewis said, his voice nearing Gestalt.
Gestalt felt pointed fingernails push his chin upward. He pressed his lips shut to avoid screaming; angering Jack would be foolish.
"Doll, what do you see?"
Gestalt's lips opened slowly, a small moan of pain coming out. "Darkness, sir," he responded, his voice shaking. Gestalt felt hot breath coming closer to his cheek, the feeling making him shudder.
"Interesting," Lewis whispered in Gestalt's ear, "You dolls are truly a work of art . . . and I must say, your screams are delicious." His tongue caressed Gestalt's cheek, taking some of Gestalt's blood with it.
"Oh, Jack, I wish this thing was human," Lewis cackled, "Sure, his black blood is interesting . . . but I would rape this thing now. His pain is quite delicious."
Gestalt sealed his lips shut, turning his face from Lewis. Such a remark left him at a loss.
Jack grimaced, eying Lewis' behavior with disgust. "Enough of that! Just tell me if you can fix him."
Lewis placed a white finger to his chin, pondering for a moment. His signature toothy smirk played on his face. "Actually, I do have an idea." Lewis cackled, grabbing Gestalt by the bangs. "I'll take him to my home. You can come along. I have a perfect idea."
"You're going to give him sight?"
A sinister cackle issued from Lewis. "Even better than that."
Gestalt was curious when he found that Jack's office door was unlocked. He opened the door gently, only to notice Jack sitting on the edge of his bed with the Ace of Clubs before him.
"Is there anything I can do, Jack of Diamonds . . . Ace of Clubs?"
Jack averted his gaze to his doll. "Yes, there is," he said, signaling to the Ace of Clubs.
"ZIP this woman."
"Right away," Gestalt said blankly, closing the door behind him and stepping to the Jack of Diamonds.
"Good morning, love," Raven said with a smile, placing a hand on one of Marcie's ears. "I'm surprised we weren't caught last night. I would have thought another Suit would come barging in here by now."
