The consequences read as thus:
"Thou shalt always introduce thyself within the OOC Thread of thine guild. Whosoever shalt not do as is decreed shall suffer the consequence of being hung from the rafters by the ankles with poison ivy, be tickled about the pits of the arms with the feathers of peacocks, and be told deplorable jokes by an amateur stand-up comedian."

I love cake privileges. *noms away, slipping occasional bites to Arctic and others who didn't introduce themselves, under the table to help them avoid the RPR Inquisition.*
