Sounds like just the opposite to me. Included in those liberties are the right to pursue a living one chooses and can take the proper steps for (education, application, good interview, etc...), and the right to run one's business the way one wishes (hiring, firing, pay, type of business, advertising, hours, etc...) if one takes the proper steps (education, capital, licenses, business plan, etc...)
In short, I support maximizing both civil AND economic liberties for the individual.
I also believe suicide should not be a crime, though if you damage somebody else's property in the process, that person has the right to sue your estate for the damage. It's callous, I know, but I'm presenting this objectively.
