I tried. It comes up with a window that says, "Error 1305.Error reading from file C:/Program Files/Jasc Software Inc/Paint Shop Pro 9/Jasc Language dll."
Options: Retry or Cancel
You hit retry and it just brings it up repeatedly and the program never completes.

It doesn't give that option. They aren't even on the C drive. xP So something is very messed up and I just want to figure out how to get rid of the whole Jasc Software Inc folder.

THAT WORKS! Last time I did that, I had a warning window that said there was a corrupted file, so I had to run chkdsk, chkdsk f/, and chkdskc/.

I recommend running Norton's Systemworks, specifically Disk and Win Doctor before you do though. Anyone here can back me up?

No wonder Norton SystemWorks doesn't work... )< It was a trail and Nick's dad is too cheap/lazy to get the program or he didn't give Nick the product key.
I have Jasc PSP9's disk, so that's what I've been using. It's nothing wrong with the disk, it's the C Drive.

Sounds like your comp has a virus.
EDIT: Or the drive is corrupted.
