Ari theres a thing called hair die/color spray as well as wigs. blue is easy enough to get...the goatee...well...-mischievous grin- we'll see...
And chii take a pair of scissors run the ribbon along an edge...if it curls flip the ribbon over and run that side along the edge...that should do it.
