"I'll give you my address," she said. She gestured for them to get closer, in case they really were being watched. She didn't know how far Plasma's knowledge extended, but if she could help it she wanted to keep as little personal information out there as possible.
"And I'll get one when we get to Nimbasa, I just need money."

Jump groaned as Kero ran off. What a d**k, he muttered to himself. Come to think of it, he wondered how much Kero knew about the Arsenal. Was he aware of each type of weapon in the suit? Jump had entered this mission almost blindly, but Kero seemed more prepared. He could at least warn me about the big guns...
The Interpol Agent ran off just as the needles neared him. They went straight through his body, punching holes through his form like tissue paper and causing his whole figure to evaporate in thin air.
An afterimage. Jump was actually behind Jean-Pierre right after the Lacer Statim was swung. The needles harmlessly hit the ground. For a moment, Jump thought about testing out the needles again. But he trusted that those needles were definitely poisoned. Although I'd know for sure if SOMEBODY briefed me in on this junk.
"What about you?" he said over Jean's shoulder to Kero. "Do you even like women at all?"
Normal people who used fancy kicks and flips would often find themselves on the receiving end of an attack after their failures. This is because these moves took too long to set up, leaving them open. For Jump, who could comfortably run around at speeds a little lower than Mach 2 for long distances and eliminated nearly all set up time, this kicks and flips were essential to adding power to his techniques. Plus, they looked cool.
So he would do a gainer, somersaulting backwards while still moving forward with a leg lashing out. The resulting kick was aimed to press down on the Arsenal's back. If it connected, it would simultaneously slam Jean into the ground while letting Jump bounce off of his back and into the air
And if he managed to get that attack in, he would double jump off the air back towards the ground, shooting himself knee first at the Arsenal's spine.

Salieri recorded Henrietta's address into her x-transceiver, and later on she'd map it out. Then she reached into her pocket and took out a wad of bills.
"I've been beating trainers left and right lately, plus I just got done with Burgh." The Battle Girl held out the money to Henrietta. "Take it, you can pay me back when you get home. Right now, we have to at least make this communication work."
She hoped Henrietta didn't see this as pity. Maybe if this was a few days ago, it would have been. But Henrietta had really come out of her shell since then. If she intended to help them out, Salieri planned to return the favor at the very least. She would not accept being indebted to anybody. Debts were fetters that made her a slave to her own honor code.
She definitely Henrietta to pay her back, though. It may have seemed like she was made of money the way she was tossing it around, but Sal was anything but. Just a frivolous spender who happened to have some cash.

Kero
The punch was too fast, hitting its mark before Kero could properly react. He pushed with his tonfas as the blades came, the top one stopping the swing. However, extending his arms allowed Kero to push his body outside of the distance of the other blades before they could hook into him.
Then, twisting his arms and his body in the air, he made to deliver a kick into Jean-Pierre's head, a guillotine assault from both sides.
Jean
Jean's arms moved as the legs connected, not giving them that moment to get away - not even Jump with his speed. Burners along the arms, tiny engines, amplified his reaction speed to incredible heights. Like this, he'd make to catch both assailants legs before they could escape the zero distance.
Legs still fully extending, Jean's head moving backward, wire would come from each wrist, aimed to wrap around one leg of each opponent, and should it hit, he would swing them both opposite directions, angled at the ground. But with different secondary effects. For Jump, who was faced with a different arm than last time, would meet the tiny dispenser of the powerful flamethrower.
As for Kero a secondary dispenser released Druddigon as he was hurled.

(( The music I've been listening to for this battle)) Jump grit his teeth as the wire started to wrap itself around his ankle. As he was swung around, he flipped himself into landing on a handstand before crashing into the ground. During this time, he had spun his foot around to wrap onto the wire even more. Now that he had a good grip on the wire with his leg, his grin came back. The fire was coming out now. Jump dropped into another flare, this time building up so much speed with his breakdancing maneuver that he became surrounded in a small vortex. The fire was immediately extinguished on contact. That was the defense. For offense, simply having the wire wrapped around his leg meant that he would yank the Arsenal off the ground as he spun. While he spun around with his legs flailing out, Jean would be whipped into the ground repeatedly as long as he was still connected. When Jump felt like it was time to let go, he would transition into a coin drop. During the move, his made his hand flat. He would vibrate it fast enough that the particles around the edge of his hand would spin around and create a vibrosaw. And with that vibrosaw, he would slice off the wire and send Jean flying. And if Jump swung the Arsenal towards Kero, then he would have a chance to strike too.

(( This for me, the first 6 minutes anyways)) KeroThere wasn't enough flexibility for Kero to block with just the tonfas. As the dragon came Kero twisted the the handles of the tonfas and the lower arm running handles detached from the blades, revealing hidden handles that turned the dual weapons into swords. He'd brace the swords against the charge, until he reached the length that the wire would allow him, the two moving backward, at that time he'd tilt himself to push himself up and over the Druddigon, taking the wire with him and wrapping it over one arm, moving his leg, he'd tighten it over the arm, so it would cut into the dragon's arm as it was his leg. "Blastoise," Kero commanded and the two streams of water exploded from the see, dual Hydro Pumps aimed toward the dragon. JeanThe boosters on the bottom of his feet exploded fully into life, giving him resistance as he locked the wire at its current length and tugged. The Arsenal's many gadgets would permit him to win a battle of force, even if he might not be able to win one in speed against Jump. The tug would do two things, as it took place before Jump cut the wire, it would both tug Jump into the air and dig into his ankle, likely injuring it unless Jump had another idea that hastened his wire cutting. Druddigon, meanwhile, looked at the puny human attempting to lock him into place. He'd turn toward the Hydro Pumps and release a Charge Beam, the electricity coursing through the water, separating it, and turning the water into explosions via purposefully unstable electrolysis, the explosions ranging all the way back to the origin of the streams. Gorm"So someone else was after Victini," Gorm spoke as the two Dragonairs that guarded the injured Pokemon fell to the floor. It wasn't like he was defeated, the fire type was merely biding his time to recover some energy. Mienshao landed beside Gorm who turned to look out the window at the battle. "I'll create a distraction, take Victini and go." "Right," Bill said as he approached the fire type. With that, Gorm was outside, moving swiftly into the battle. "Go," he said and Mienshao acted immediately. Jumping, or rather, bouncing into the air, he'd launch an Aura Sphere at Jean-Pierre as he came down with the Bounce attack toward Jump, aiming to crush him into the ground before he could both cut the wire and fully escape. Gorm, meanwhile, went for Kero who was stuck with the dragon type. Crossing the distance from behind Kero he'd aim for a back attack

A little Flareon, wandering the city, would eventually come across Luka. Using aura. Donning a curious look, the little fire type wandered on over to sniff at his feet.

When Jump's breakdancing was stopped early, he paused in his handstand. It looked like the Arsenal was stronger than he was when it came to brute force. Now that it was pulling him, Jump decided on the simplest tactic to get out of the bind: simply pump more Aura into his speed and slice his way out.
But now that Mienshao was coming for him, Jump instinctively changed his strategy. He grabbed onto the wire and pulled himself closer to Jean, using the force of the suit's tug to aid him. Mienshao would miss, and then right after Jump would cut the wire in one clean swipe.
He landed on the ground in a crouching position and looked up at Mienshao. Gorm was in the distance. The guy who sent Artemis to the hospital! Why is he here? If Jump could get out of here with some evidence, he might be able to help Jackie's task force after all.
It was time to switch targets. Jump didn't care if Kero called him out for changing the mission plan. He wanted to fight Gorm. Not just because he was a suspect in Interpol's investigation, but because...
He's the guy who sent Artemis to the hospital.
Jump disappeared, reappearing in the next instant above Kero as if he teleported. Although it looked like his leg was simply vibrating, it was actually spinning around at high speeds to create another vortex. Air swirled around his leg like a tiny storm.
With a grunt, he kicked downwards, releasing the vortex between Gorm and Kero. The small tornado burst on the ground, releasing a swirling shock of air. Jump was boosted higher into the air by the force, and if Gorm got any closer he'd be blown away.
Interpol's resident ninja spun in the air before he landed again. He flicked his nose and grinned at Gorm.
"You're finishing move was pretty lame. I should have known your opener would suck too."

Kero
The wind blowing behind him alerted him to Jump. Gorm's presence was felt by his aura, by the closeness of it. Covering my back?
He stuck one sword into the ground, releasing his ankle from the wire before turning and releasing his sword, fingers pressing at certain points.
And the blades was discarded in the throw, cutting through the air and then accelerating toward Gorm.
Before breaking apart into various blades, aimed to pierce into Gorm one at a time.
At the same time that he released the handle, he would catch and twist the bottom of it as it flew, a fluid movement that did nothing to slow the weapon, and from there he pulled out the punch knife in the bottom.
Blastoise, meanwhile, utilizing a stream of water he throw him skyward and toward the island, releasing it from himself before the electricity could reach him. Swirling over it, he made to Rapid Spin at Druddigon, aiming to knock him away from Kero and Jump.
Jean
"Incoming projectile, disposing." The robotic voice announced and several tiny missiles unlocked themselves form Jean's back, hidden under a plate of steel to avoid preemptive exploding. They made contact with the aura sphere, destroying it before it could reach Jean-Pierre.
Now three targets had placed themselves close together. Leveling his left hand with them, he released a flurry of bullets from dispensers around the elbow, sticking out suddenly enough to avoid hitting his hand. A rapid fire machine gun with multiple barrels.
And special bullets.
Locked onto the target location they would explode by proximity of that location. So, say for example one targeted Jump's right eye, it would explode once it occupied the space of Jump's eye instead of simply passing by the location.
Druddigon, meanwhile, grinned at his release from Kero and turned, bracing himself to catch Blastoise. Halting the momentum, he'd twist his body around as he pushed Blastoise back, his tail coming for a Dragon Tail, aimed to knock Blastoise clear out of the arena.
Gorm
Mienshao launched himself skyward, toward Jean-Pierre. A quick movement, as his statistics were naturally four times faster than other Pokemon of his species - in their prime. Reaching the Arsenal armored man, he made to grab him and, if he succeeded, he'd Fling him toward Jump, backed with an Aura Sphere.
Gorm's stopped when he felt the intense wind, bracing himself and then kicking backward to avoid it. That's when the blades came. Raising both arms at opposide sides, he'd catch the blades at the blunt and knock them together, halting them before they could reach him.
Landing, he'd release the blades and raise his hand, fingers curling to invite Jump over.
"Come."

The Interpol Agent grinned at the prospect of Gorm's invitation and started walking towards him. Until he was being shot at again.
Jump almost found himself rolling his eyes when a machine gun was the next revealed weapon. Oh guns. They were comically slow.
So like with the poison needles from before, Jump dashed away and left behind an afterimage to take the bullets for him. Instead of passing through the illusion like usual, the bullets began to explode.
What the-awww s**t!
Now a series of Jump afterimages began to appear one after the other along the beach, each one attempting to bob and weave. The afterimages were followed immediately by a series of tiny explosions that ripped the images apart.
Finally, they stopped when Jump was nicked on the shoulder by shrapnel after just leaving the shooting zone. Three bullets exploded around his back, causing him to stumble back to visible speeds and roll across the ground.
The Interpol Agent bounced back up again, though not with his usual grin. He was wincing in pain. But he grit his teeth and stood up straight again, now turning to Gorm.
He began to vibrate, but in a different frequency than before. Instead of phasing, he was beginning to refract light away from him to become invisible. As his body shimmered out of view, one of the last things to go away was a large, dangerous smile before he disappeared entirely.
If Gorm was very observant, he might notice eight tiny points of lights in a circle around him for less than a second. And in the next second, eight tiny projectiles were headed in his direction from all angles. Jump was running circles around Gorm at super speed, an unseen close range shooter.
His ankles, right under one shoulder, mid thigh, a kneecap, and his biceps. This is where all seven of the bullets were headed, flicked by Jump to launch at machinegun speeds. The last projectile burst open right before Gorm's face in a brilliant flash of red light.
The light changed form and color into a very, very pissed off looking Teddiursa. Or at least, it looked like a Teddiursa. Through many different experiments and traumas, Kiedis had been changed into an Ursaring EX, a Shadow Pokemon who's purification allowed it to keep it's wicked powers in a "purified" form. If Shadow Pokemon were demonic, than Pokemon EX were holy.
Yep, cute and cuddly. That's what he looked like. Until he was attacking you.
Kiedis was hurtling at Gorm like he was just fired out of a cannon. The bear's claw was curled into a fist, lunging forward to slam into the Sage's face with the power of Earthquake.
Jump skidded to a halt next to Kero, slowly becoming fully visible again as he stopped moving. "Lemme try takin' on this guy, Kero," he said to his partner.
"He beat up my lady friend."

Kero
The tail crashed into Blastoise, who was thrown off of the cliff and down into the sea with a giant splash. That was shortly before the explosions began. Kero jumped back and felt the uneasy ground.
The cliff was collapsing. Turning, he noted Druddigon attempted to jump to safety. Releasing the punch knife in an expert throw, he aimed for the eye, to stop the Pokemon and send it down toward Blastoise.
Meanwhile, he jumped opposite, pulling his cloak up as to protect him, his face anyways, as he moved through the brush of explosions as the bullets moved away from the location to chase down Jump.
Interesting. Kero's eyes lifted to look at Gorm, and then he looked upon Jean-Pierre. Jump soon after appeared at his side. Sword kept in his left hand he looked at Jump.
"How's your throwing arm?" he asked, raising his sword to point at Jean-Pierre.
Jean
"Projectile detected." More missiles fired at Mienshao, who now couldn't stop himself in the air - in theory. Jean turned to face the oncoming Pokemon as he ceased firing at Jump, releasing a fist through the smoke, rockets on the back of his elbow powering up the punch.
Druddigon roared as the knife caught his eye. He stumbled, foot catching onto falling rock and he descended into the ocean below.
Gorm
Mienshao caught the punch, taking the energy from it and moved to return it in an aura powered Reversal.
But he couldn't stay, generating and detonating an aura sphere at his feet, he rocketed himself toward Kiedis as he appeared. Mienshao, accelerating powerfully, charged a second Aura Sphere, aiming to crash down upon Kiedis from above.
(Like Naruto did to Asura Pain, but aura sphere instead of Rasengan)
Gorm, shortly before hand, would move backward to avoid the explosions himself, waves of fire that touched him never showed - regenerated instantly. Jump disappeared from sight and Gorm prepared himself. An attack from any direction.
The glints of light didn't go unnoticed and Gorm began to move. It wasn't an attempt to outrun Jump, rather he simply made it more difficult to aim. Keeping up and moving around him would be an issue, because of this Gorm was capable of directing Jump into the light in several instances, creating glints or refraction for the bullets, allowing him to avoid direct hits.
The grazed injuries healed up instantly and Kiedis came next. Gorm's fingers curled and he grinned. Trading blows? Then he'd make this quick. Releasing a double palm strike straight toward Kiedis' face, if anything a direct blow as such would break the nose if it hit.

A human wanted to try and trade blows with him? The mere thought caused Kiedis to snarl. [Puny human.]
With the speed he had going from being launched coupled with his enormous physical strength, the "Teddiursa" was confident that Gorm could not best him in brute force. Especially if he still had another limb to use.
Using his free paw, he swatted away both of Gorm's palms by slapping them down before they reached his face and pressed on with his Earthquake punch.
Meanwhile, Jump scoffed. "Seriously? Have you not been watching that shooting?" He rolled his eyes, then disappeared.
After Kiedis finished his Earthquake, regardless of what happened with the attack, Jump reappeared with a hand gripping the top of Kiedis's head like a basketball. The bear furrowed his brow, and he growled. [Lemme go-]
They both disappeared, reappearing again at Kero's side. Meinshao's Aura Sphere made contact with the ground now that nothing was there for him to target.
Jump held up Kiedis and grinned. "Check this out."
As Kiedis screamed obscenities and cursed Jump's name in his pokemon speak, he was hurled up at the Arsenal. He was too large to be thrown like the bullets, but he was still moving like a cannonball to increase his impact force.
Righting himself in the air, Kiedis decided to take out his frustrations on the robot suit hovering before him. The bear hadn't been privy to the mission's goal of taking back the Arsenal as unharmed as possible.
He shot out an Ice Punch with one hand when he was close enough, aiming for the machine's head. Any freezing that might occur would be helpful in limiting the suit's mobility, possibly some of the gadgets. He kept his other hand free in case he needed a counterattack.

Kero
"My turn," Kero said to Jump, taking a few steps back. "Send me up, and then he's all yours." He didn't need to gesture, Gorm was there. Jump should be able to tell. With that, Kero made a running start, planning for Jump to throw him up this time.
Now that Druddigon was falling into sea, Blastoise could see his advantage. He rose both arms up, creating and controlling a wave of Surf, and sending it toward Druddigon to smash him against the cliff edge.
Jean
The Reversal had crashed into the armor. A red light appeared on a picture of it inside the helmet, showing where the damage had been done.
"Damage exceeded dampeners." Jean-Pierre managed to right himself in the air again, going against the momentum that had thrown him. His eyes scanned the field below. So they were pretty much ignoring him?
"Projectile incoming." The lines of missiles fired at Kiedis as Jean-Pierre turned to face him. Not content with taking another blow like last time, this time he flipped over the teddy bear Pokemon, bringing down a toe first kick to send Kiedis flying to the earth.
Why a toe first kick? Because of the knife that had extended from the toe of the boot during the flip.
Druddigon managed to tear the punch knife from his eye with a roar. With one eye he managed to see the wave coming. Slamming one hand into the cliff side, he'd pull himself above the wave with a Rock Climb. Turning his body, he'd place his feet against the cliff wall and launched himself toward Blastoise, teeth charged with Thunder Fang.
Gorm
Gorm's arms fell and he bent his knees, bending his back backwards, avoiding the punch and letting Kiedis soar over head. Quickly right himself, he turned to look at Jump, throwing the teddy bear.
"Perfect, we'll conquer one field at a time," Gorm announced to Mienshao. The Pokemon, as if he could read Gorm's mind, nodded and jumped off of the newly formed cliff, toward Blastoise and Druddigon. If Kiedis was taking on the Arsenal, that just left Gorm with Jump and Kero.
And neither so far was impressive enough to cause him concern.
With that, Gorm started forward, arms raised, legs mobile, a running stance that seemed to imply he had no openings.
When he got close he'd open with a downward slide of one foot to close the distance between him and Jump, and set a foot into Jump's foots, before bringing both palms forward, aiming to crash them into Jump's torso with extraordinary force.

Kiedis's Ice Punch slammed into the barrage of missiles, freezing and blowing them apart at the same time. He spun around in the air to face Jean's kick head on.
A knife embedded in the boot? Kiedis grinned with feral features. That was a cute attempt.
The bear's nails glimmered as he slashed upwards. His Slash attack brought his claws towards the flat edge of the knife, breaking it apart and making it useless. Now that the kick was just a kick, Kiedis grabbed onto the leg with his other paw.
He'd swing himself around the Arsenal and aim another Slash at the suit. This time, he'd try to slash off one of the jet burners keeping the suit airborne. If he needed them to be symmetrically placed on the suit to keep it balanced, then having even one lost would make flying much more difficult.
Meanwhile, Jump braced himself to launch Kero. As his partner ran up behind him, Jump would bring one leg kicking out from the side, like a wide swing in soccer.
Kero would hop up and land on Jump's outstretched leg, and the Interpol Agent would kick him off up into the air at the Arsenal. "Adios! And don't break the suit!"
Now it was just him and Gorm, Gorm coming in with a sliding palm attack. The way Gorm placed his foreleg meant that he was trying to pin down Jump's feet. A clever tactic to use against a speedster.
Not that Jump hadn't seen it before. He bounced backwards, causing Gorm's move to come just a little short. Then he disappeared.
He reappeared a few feet away from Gorm. Or rather, four of him reappeared in a circle around Gorm before disappearing again. When they came back into view, they were all in the air around Gorm with various spinning kicks aimed at the Sage's upper body. It wouldn't be so simple as figuring out which one was solid.
Because they all were, at least in that instant. Jump was moving fast enough around Gorm that the attacks were practically simultaneous. After a moment, the afterimages would fade away to reveal the real Jump, but until then they all had striking power.
Most ninjas made afterimage copies that made no impact. But after enough years of probationary crowd control thanks to some mishaps at Interpol, Jump had learned the easiest way to deal with many people was to become a crowd himself.
