Corri is equally confused, if in an entirely different way, "Why would I? My first time ever dating someone and you think I should jsut ******** them right like that? And rave's been my friend for a while now, I'm not just going to do that."

"I'm sorry dude. I'm just trying to get you to understand what you're getting yourself into. Raven's not an innocent and she knows what she wants. She won't wait for you forever." he says. "And the reason I didn't sleep with her is because even if she doesn't respect herself, I gave her the respect she deserved. I love her and I want you to take good care of her." he says. This is probably the most serious conversation the two of them have had in years. It's also tearing Billy's heart to shreds, having to have it. Losing the two people he loved most in the world... to each other.

"Ok." Billy sighs. This is all gettting him nowhere. He's just making Corri angry. "Ok, I'm sorry. I'll just go now..." he says and stands up, not knowing what to do or say anymore.

"Third period is going to start really soon. So I'll talk to you when I get home tonight, ok?" Sure, this was all annoying Corri a lot, but he knew the two of them needed to talk abuot this stuff. And preferably with Billy not on something (hence setting a time to talk abuot it).

COrri follows along too, since he doesn't want to be late for third, especially after the anomaly of him skipping first.

All three of them go to their seperate classes and do hard work. After thirs, Raven joins Corri in their shared fourth period class and they go off to Drama together. This practice was just a script read through with an assignment designed to develope character, then Raven takes off to work.
Instead of getting stoned while Corri is at drama, Billy tries to do constructive things, like homework and playing video games. He also manages to put together a supper for he and Corri, since their parents are out.

Corri gets home, and is surprised to smell food, since he'd been expecting to get stuck making the meal. He walks into the kitchen and waves a little to Billy, "Hey."
