Have you tried taking any medicine to relieve your symptoms?
Neo Citron will make you sleepy but I find it usually helps a great deal. Also, buckleys helps a lot though some people say that the taste is worse than being sick..

Also, buckleys helps a lot though some people say that the taste is worse than being sick.. Never heard of either of those things. I'm able to sleep/rest ok. It's mostly a head cold type thing. I don't like taking pills ;C But I've taken some acetaminophen (fever reducer/pain reliever), some type of anti-congestion and vitamins. I've also been drinking alot of water, broth/soup and eating fruit+yogurt (for the active cultures).
