TheWingsOfTheGods no offence to you fenrir, but i'm surprised your rpc has the reaction time to block a hit from sypher, considering not even some S-rank peoples rpc's are fast enough to ((dont wont this to get missed))

M o k i F a i r y So now your spreading s**t that you would have killed me? 1) I can easily handle lightning since that is one of my elements and I have conductive ARMOR on. 2) I had 2 clones to pop to. 3) How in the hell can you fight a kage ranked ninja at chunin with a jounin? You can't. ((and this too))

I believe an argument in a fight between Moki & Fenrir. Fenrir's side was that he was about to kill Moki, but couldn't because of the two ranks up rule thingy. Moki's side is where his abilities far surpassed Fenrir's, yet Fenrir was still able to keep up and dodge his attacks or something.

I think that they are saying that Fenrir, with his weaker RPC, was an equal match to Moki's RPC, even though it's Sannin level.

I guess Moki is distressed because Fenrir was able to counter his moves even though they are very far apart in rank.
Another issue is Fenrir has 2 RPC's that help eachother out in battle.
