Much better, let's begin.
Place any weapons you may have aswell as your coat underneath the closest tree, you'll need it dry afterwards.* If anything Ali took training seriously, afterall he had trained most of his guards back at his castle and it sure wasn't a dance on a flower field. There would be sweat, tears and blood spilled several times before Ali would consider Alley done with the training of his and ready for the final exam.*

*Alley toke of her cloak and her sword was exsposed that is was hidden underneath her cloak. she walked over to a tree and layed it there then came back and stof infront of Ali again. she knew this would take long and she could get hurt in the process. but that was all worth it to her as she stod by Ali.*
We are gonna begin now?*she asked and was curious how it would go when Ali trained Alley*

* Ali nodded his head at her before he began to study the shape of her body, muscle mass and if she had any internal injuries such as broken bones that had been recently healed. Eventualy he rose to his feet and stepped back.* Drop down into the wet grass and do fifthy push-ups.

*Alley looked first at Ali and smirked? Was this gonna be like the army of what? She shrugged and got down to the grass and started to do push-ups. Her body went up and down, she bit down with her teeth and started to the count the pus-ups*
1*she went down and then up again with her forearms slightly bended so she could get down on the ground*
2*she figures started to get higher and higher*

* Ali just stood there and watched her, if she didn't go all the way down on one push-up he'd force her to take two more. Self disiplin was vital, that way she could push her borders and perhaps even gain as much pain resistance as Ali.*

*Every push-up Alley toke was so near the ground that it was only a small amount of air between her and the ground.. then the came to the 49th push-up.. the rained had poured down on her, she could feel the raindrops on her body.. her clothes that she was wearing was soaken wet but she didnt mind and wanted to contiune to train.*
50, there all done *she said smiling, she had gotten quite warm as it was. looking at Ali she wondered what would be next? sit-ups?*

Lovely, do a hundred more then* Ali weren't even wet by the rain, the reason was that the rain drops dissolved as the oxygen molecules were drawn out as they entered a certain area around him. *

*Alley got down and did some more push-ups.. making the like before with and amount of air to the ground.. she constetrated to make them as deep as possible.. Ali was watching her so she tried her best and she got up to higher and higher numbers. She wanted to show Ali that she was worthy to training. the only thing that was annoying her was that her shoes was on her feet.. would be easier to just take them of. but she didnt.. she trained Ali style*
88*she said in rather heavy voice.. pushing her body up and down*

You filthy slut, struggeling already? You're pathetic!* Ali was crouched down next to her and shouting, it wasn't to demoralize her it was acually to make her force herself to prove she could do all the push-ups. Prove him wrong so to speak.*

*Alley just shoke her head at those words, she wasnt tired allready she do this for hours now she was down with the 100 push-ups*
And 100, all done*she sat down next to Ali, waiting for another task, she was ready for anything all the days playing and chasing Fox around had payed of. She was glad she had played with Fox, looking up at Ali she wondered.. more push-ups?*

Good, now you can do 150 sit-ups and then run on the same spot you're standing on for half an hour, and i do not want to see your running pace to get any slower until it's gone atleast 20 minutes* Harsh?, this was only the introduction too er daily training. In the future she would fight, get beaten up, break mental borders and so much more. *

*Ali walked back and forth and watched her, by now the clothes of her looked like they had been painted on her body. She would need all the self disipline she needed to stay in good health after this training, would be a shem if she catched a serious cold after this.*

*Alley was done with the sit-ips and started to run, the spot that Ali had told her.. the kept the same tempo and ran and ran.. when she was done she walked up to Ali,, the sight of her, the clothes was soaken and looked like they were painting on her.. all the curves of her body was revealed... standing ifront of Ali she waited for the next task.. this was to easy.. didnt he have anything else to come with.. or was this the warm up til they got into the training when they used tehir wepons?*
