Yuugi smiled to Jou and nodded. He followed slowly behind him and looked at the house.

Malik quickly turned his head towards Bakura. "Don't be silly Bakura. Of course not." He stared hard at the thief. "What makes you think that?" He wasn't sure if Bakura was just guessing and it was the first question that popped into his head or he really knew. But how?

Jou opened the front door and walked inside, letting Yuugi follow in behind him before shutting the door. He glanced into the living room momentarily, watching the two sitting on the couch, staring at eachother.
"... I think we should go upstairs." Jou whispered to his friend. -It looks like they are talking about something serious.- He gave Yuugi a nod before starting up the steps.

Bakura reached a hand up and lightly grasped Malik's chin "Come on Malik, be honest...Besides, I thought I made things clear to you last night on how I felt." The theif stared in Malik's eyes and spoke clearly and calmly.

Yuugi looked to the two and narrowed his eyes a bit before following Jou upstairs.

It took a moment for Jou to figure out which room was his (he almost ended up walking into a closet), but he found it fast enough. "Welcome to my pad!" He announced, flinging the door open. "Er... sort of." Jou walked over to his bag and moved it out of the way with his foot, clearing the floor space, before looking back at Yuugi. The boy's eyes were narrowed, and he didn't look too happy about something. It was a different look then he'd had on outside. -Must be from being in Bakura's house. I can't blame him.-
"So... Jou shurgged and leaned against one of the bedroom walls. "What now?"

The lavender eyes of his stared back into that of Bakura's. Turning away, he looked down a bit. "I told you. There's nothing wrong now. So you don't have to worry about me." He paused a bit and continued to stare at the ground. "Actually, I didn't think you would care this much about people." Malik looked back up and faked a laugh.

Jou sighed and scratched his head, thinking hard. -What can we do...?- Glancing at his bag, Jou saw his Duel Monster's deck sticking out of one of the pockets. He grinned. -Yuugi usually has his deck on him. And maybe playing his favorite game will cheer him up a little.-
After bending down to retrieve the cards from the pocket, Jou held them up so that Yuugi could see. "Feel like dueling?" he asked with a playful smirk.

((*meep* i dunno how to play the card game...sooo...*grins and steals yuugi's deck* mwhahaha *runs off and hides the cards in random places*))
Yuugi paused and frowned slightly.
"I dont have my deck...i left it at home"
he said and sighed deeply. He then looked back to Jou.

"Thanks for the reassurance, but I'm fine. Like I said, there is nothing for you to worry about. But..." Malik bit his lip and hesitated to finish his sentence. 'I shouldn't say anything. Just leave things be.' He mentally nodded to himself. "But... I'm kinda tired right now, despite all the hours of sleep I had." Malik faked a smile. 'THAT... was the most horrible lie ever...' Well, it couldn't really be considered a lie since he was somewhat exhausted at the moment. It was just an uncomfortable situation at the moment and he wasn't about to relay what he thought to Bakura.

Jou laughed. "Some champ you are, eh?" He asked playfully. "Not even having your cards around! We can always head over to your Grandpa's shop if we can't think of anything else." Absentmindedly, Jou slipped his deck into his pocket while he got a mischevious look on his face. "Or we can always poke around Bakura's room for something to do..."

"I vote for the second choice..."
he said with a grin. He didnt feel like walking back to the shop quite yet. And he always wanted to see what the inside Bakura's house looked like...not just the couple rooms.

Bakura stared at Malik for a moment "Someone's not saying everything that's on his mind. I can tell somethign bugging you Malik, now wouldn't it be better to just get whatever it is off your chest?" The dark spirit continued to question the poor boy sitting beside him.
