i find it a bit too cluttered/layered, and there a bit to much black. And perphas different shoes, they don't match with your avvie.

I like the colour scheme, but i don't like some of the items you used. I'm not a fan of buck teeth, headbands or the gif of goddess. A guitar of angellus and golden laurels would look great with the avvie.

Okay I've come to grips with that I would give most people here a 5 in the arena but I'll rate more humanly here. sweatdrop
7/10, I love it is is really cute but I think some more of the wonderful dress color would really perk the outfit up. I spent too much time at AT to forget that they never let you live down limited numbers of items of color. I however admit I find your outfit nearly perfect though. (Uhm...the slippers and anklets clash with each other in this case.)
