I have made a custom power claws for my sm captain by taking a right hand power fist and cutting off all the fingers from the power fist and adding them back on in the opposite direction and re bending the right arm. Then using tyranid warrior head plate things made the 2 power fists power claws

i'm getting another steam tank and was wondering if anyone had ideas to make the helblaster optional ( incase i ever want it to be more stable ) so i can interchange it with the armour plate .
P.S. its a von zeppel , if that makes a difference.

Oh so many ideas for a Nurgle Lord conversion...

The first one is an ex-Bretonnian knight who has fallen to Chaos and now leads his own Nurgle Warband... pfft! Warband? More like army.

The next is his second in command, using the Crom body I'll use the same sword and shield but use the Nurgle Lord on foot head and apply green stuff over the Chaos eight star and make a Nurgle symbol.

And I'm trying to figure out how to make a Mounted Nurgle Lord stand...

As far as my Orks go, a couple of my favorite conversions...

I made a Power Klaw for my Ork Burnaz Mekboy out of 2 heavy bolters from a predator tank, some exaust pipes from an ork warbike, and some chainsword blades. He was so topheavy that he kept falling over and I had to mount him on a larger square base... Speaking of the Burnas... one of the Burna Boys is standing there with an extended middle finger, and the other hand between his legs with a large orky... erm... member... in it, as an insult to the opposing army

My Ork Kommandos are "Camoflaged" by gluing GW "Jungle Trees" fronds to their heads...

I got a pic of my Kommandos, sorry it is so small and blurry but my Digi cam is not well suited to closeups:

Space Marine Librarian Conversion

Bitz Needed:
- Space Marine Commander Sprue Head*
- Space Marine Torso
- Space Marine Left Arm
- Space Marine Left Handed Plasma Pistol
- 2x Space Marine Shoulder Pads
- Space Marine Backpack/ Commander Backpack with Cape
- Emperor's Champion
- Librarian Horned Skull Icon**
- Grey Knight Terminator Right Handed Halberd

*with bionic eye, no helmet

**cut off the psychic hood from metal Space Marine Librarian model

Equipment Needed:
- Craft Knife
- Hammer + Chisel
- Superglue
- Green Stuff

Method
1. Assemble the torso. DO NOT GLUE THE HEAD ON YET. Using a craft knife, remove the "collar" from the top of the torso.
2. Using the craft knife, carefully cut the second shoulder pad to match the following template:
User Image
Voila, psychic hood!
3. Glue your new psychic hood in place, where the "collar" section of the torso was, then stick the head in place . Assemble the whole left arm as normal.

4. Glue the Grey Knight right arm onto the torso, and the Librarian Horned Skull icon onto the psychic hood onto the torso and leave to dry. DO NOT GLUE THE BACKPACK ON YET.

5. Either using clippers or a hammer and chisel (my preferred method), remove the legs from the Emperor's Champion model, just above the circular belt buckle. Using a small amount of greenstuff, attatch the legs to the torso.

6. This stage is optional. If you don't feel confident sculpting with greenstuff, or like the look of the model without a cape, glue the space marine back pack or commander backpack on. If you can sculpt with greenstuff, sculpt a cape from greenstuff, attatching it round the vents and on the back of the backpack and leave to dry. Once dry, attatch the backpack to the model. Glue the model to the base.

Et Voila! One converted Space Marine Librarian!

Will get pics of finished model soons!! blaugh

Im making a defilnought. Its a defiler chassey, with the bak 2 leg pivotes and everything behind it cut off, then im gluing the exhuast thingy to the gap to cover it up, the result is a 4 leget defiler body. Im using all 4 spiderlike legs(no claws). Then, im taking the pivot thing that the defiler torso sits on and and sticking a Iron Warriors dreadnought torso on that. Im giving him a chaos dreadnought claw thingie(not metal) and a missile launcher. The missile launcher will be hanging off the "shoulders". Thats about it other than some spikey bits and an amzing paint job. Tell me what you think.

I'm working on a guard command squad.
The main HQ of my army. The senior officer is sitting in a chair, resting his left arm on the support, and taking a phone with his right from the back of a nearby Vox Caster guy.

Ooh, looks nice, would be very fitting as an Imperial Guard high commander, have one of those batmen standing at his shoulder. The only thing that doesn't really fit in is the head, but that's just me.

My army is an infantry division. As such, armor is a BIG part of the troops. So the overall leading man of the army obviously needs to be protected.
My command squads are:
Senior Officer
Medic
Vox Caster
Weapons Team
