Violet looked at Leila's hand curiously, her head on the side like it always was when she was thinking. Realising what she wanted her to do suddenly she looked up, unsure for a moment. With a slowness that suggested this didn't happen often she put her hand in Leila's, as if clapping her hand rather then holding it.
"That's the general idea....they gave my parents warning, but they lost so many soliders during the assasination i doubt i'm getting the same treatment," Violet felt odd...there was a strong ache in her chest and felt as if she were shaking like a leaf in a strong breeze.

Leila's hand gripped onto Violet's before pulling herself closer to the chaos demon. "I will...we will all be there for you, Violet..." she whispered. "We're not going to let them take you so easily..." Despite the softness of her voice, it was filled with determination as well as a hint of anger.

Dream finally stepped forward again. "After thinking about it for a while, I have decided that you do not deserve your apparent fate, because you were born that way and it is not your fault. Therefore, although I will continue to attempt to stop you from tormenting others, I will also stop others from destroying you." He nodded to her. "We are there for you. And we always shall be."
He walked up to her and offered her his hand. "But... will you accept it?" He looked at her with an expressionless face. It was her decision as to who he would fight for, to some extent.

For a moment Violet looked as if she would bolt, one foot already going backwards. Seeing the exspressions on her friends faces she sighed,
"I knew hanging around with you would be the end of me," she said softly. Then took Dreams hand with her other hand. As she did so she smiled again, the rare smile that actually looked normal...like she meant it to look happy and not frightening.

He relaxed. "You have sealed my fate, for the time. I will not only protect others from you, I will now protect you from others." He stepped back, happy again. "Until you break my trust, I will trust you. If you do not betray me, I will never betray you."

A wide smile spread out on Leila's face as tears dabbled at the corners of her eyes. Violet's own genuine smile was heart-warming, even...kind. Not wanting to hold back anymore, Leila threw herself into a hug around the chaos demon's torso, pressing her head against her shoulder, her body shaking a bit from crying.

Violet nodded in understanding to Dream until she was jumped on by Leila. Seeing she was crying her exspression turned to one of startled bewilderment. Gently she removed the crying girl from her body.
"Woah there waterworks....not quite up to the hugging stage," she told her, her green eyes still a little wide with alarm. Now that her big secret was out she was acting more casual then before, no longer having to pretend to be the stereotypical evil demon.

Chuzuka stepped out of her apartment, greeting the fresh breeze with a small sigh. Tucking silver-blue strands behind her ears, she zipped up her black sweater and skipped the steps, landing gently on the sidewalk. She shoved her hands into her pockets before strolling through the streets, heading to work.

He laughed. Open display of kindness was not really what he figured she would enjoy, but apparently in her current mood, she didn't mind as much. She did seem to be under a lot of stress, after all, and she needed it.
"You really shouldn't be a demon, should you..." Smiling, he sat down on the sand.

Leila apologized over and over as she wiped her face, taking a step back from Violet. To her, it seemed everything just seemed to be going so well today. With that thought she glanced over at Haucon and gave him a small smile.

Chuzuka nibbled down on her full pink lip, strolling down the street. Her sapphire hues gazed dazily at figures who she knew could be either Angel or Demon. A painful memory tugged at her heart, her hand jumping; flattening her fingers over her chest as if to soothe the pain.
" My friends.." She whispered, a sad smile tugging at the corner of her lips.
She tried to get ahold of herself before she started crying... again. Rubbing her eyes, she sped up the pace before looking at a certain store. There on the display was an elegant piano, made out of dark french wood. She smiled a true smile before crossing the street. Opening the the Front door, she greeted the shopkeeper kindly before setting her gaze on the piano. Stepping towards the instrument, she ran her fingertips against it's smooth content, taking a seat. She thanked the shopkeeper when he suggested her to play a song.
Postioning her fingers, she played a soft melody, the sorrowful tune filling the air.

Holly watched the scene play out. She still maintained her distance, but quietly asked Violet, "Are you still going to hate me? Or was hating me part of your shell?"
She tried to make sure that she didn't radiate as much light as she normally would, respectful of the night and its creed. She merely hoped that Violet would be able to get along with her. This group of individuals seemed like a very fun group to travel with.

Haucon extinguished the light as soon as Violet shouted. He stumbled around in the heavy darkness trying to find Leila or figure out what was going on. Finally he caught up with her, Violet was acting very strangely, she looked almost happy. He returned Leila's smile, glad to see she was feeling better, although he felt like he'd missed something in the dark.

Leila leaned towards Haucon and whispered. "Is it really difficult for you to see in this light?" Maybe she could see better in the dark than she thought.

Violet paused and looked at Holly, her head on the side again. With a glance to Dream she sighed, and bowed her head in defeat.
"Well i can hardly hurt you after all this can I? Besides, you've all got far too much emotional blackmail on me now," she replied, though she didn't look as upset as she should have done. Raising her head a little she did admit truthfully,
"Just because i'm working with you, dosn't mean i'm not a Demon. I do like my job as a rule,"
