She took the pistol and put it to her head but in the last second aimed at him. She then fired at him to see if Kaylee would do anything.

She pushed Niralath out of the way and let the bullet lodge itself in her back as she fell to the floor with blood running from her shoulder.

He glanced at Kaylee, as she lay on the floor... he appeared to just leave the room... but then he ran back in screaming extremely loudly, he charged at the girl that was unable to walk he leaped into the air, landing on her chest... a sickening crack was all that could be heard now... echoing throughout the base..

She screamed in pain and her last words were " I will get . . . " Her breath then left her body.

He lifted Kaylee off the ground and rushed with her in his arms to the infirmary, he lay her down on a hospital bed and starts to work on the wound, pulling out the bullet then disinfecting it..
Are you ok..? you got lucky there...

He ripped the bullet out, while trying to calm her from the pain, he let her squeeze one of his hands... he dropped the bullet out onto a tray where it clinked...

She laughed a little at the pain as she closed her eyes and held his hand tightly. " Hey Niralath take it easy I think I am going to need the shoulder blades. "

*Pride looks around the hanger and sees the blood but no body and then looked to Kaylee noticing she only had one major wound and that she couldn't have been taht badly wounded to bleed so much.*
