"Two seconds you wouldn't be able to offer, if it wasn't for me." Ora held her ground, her crimson eyes focused on Arch, although they glanced briefly to Ruby at his side.

Arch had, of course, remembered to put his shades back on before he answered the door, so Ora wasn't able to see him glaring at her. "Saih yehr wohrds, ahn maihke iht qwihck." Arch kept the gun trained.

"I assume you know who has been pulling the strings of the war, of the battle you just fought, and even of my own existence. The reason you and yours are alive is because I cut my strings and have broken away from the being I once called master. The first step is accomplished, the next is underway. I intend to pull this world from his hold, but I need assistance to do this." She kept her cool, unphased by the gun and Arch's hostility. "Do you really think he will let you live in peace because his first assasin failed?"

Ruby stood at Arch's side, a dagger in her hand prepared to bring blood if necessary. She squinted in confusion on the topic of a master. She glanced at Arch then back to Ora, trying to understand what it was that she was missing.

Ora tilted her head, "you speak as if you are actually aware of how I was raised and what I've been through to become what I am today." She bit back the sharp retort she wanted to make, but her lips were tighly pressed, and the crimson eyes sparkled with poison.

Ayx split his attention, knowing if he needed to, he could keep the bullet from Ora, and deal with Arch and the woman behind him. However, he knew about as much as Ruby did, and kept from interfering out of curiousity.

"All I need is a possibility, a slim chance. I can make things happen that should not happen. It's still a roll of the dice, but it might work." Ora crossed her arms and leaned against the door of the bus. "Have you ever heard the concept of a fate-breaker?"

"Arch, I am not the fool you seem to think I am. I would not be here talking to you if I did not think the situation desperate. I would not be going against him if I thought there was another possible choice. At the moment I am searching for for those who could raise the chances of winning even higher. You and Ruby fall into that category." She smiled, despite herself. "You know as well as I do that this is the best chance, if there ever was one, and if there ever will be."

Ruby was slowly trying to piece things together, and wasn't doing too badly, though she still wasn't following all of the conversation. "So we'll be attackin' a god." She said, then took a moment to think on it. "When will we be goin?"

"Your patronizing me is getting rather annoying, Arch." Ora gave him a slight glare. "My father is already on the list, I just need to persuade a few things first, and I was hoping you would find a way to bring the seer into the mix as well. It will be a powerful group." She glanced at Ruby, "it will be soon, but Arch needs to heal first."
