Effloresca stirred, shaking her head. She clutches at her temple gritting her teeth. As she stands she sighs, holding her back. Then she looks at Dante. Her face slightly relaxes. She glances to where Fōa laid crumpled, "Seems he gave us both a beating." She coughs through hoarse lungs.

She wipes at her mouth, cleaning the dried blood from her lips. She grins at Dante. She'd have a rematch soon.

Ifrit shakes his head in defeat. He couldn't control her. Such a wild and untamed spirit.

Fōa rubs his eyes as his delirium finally faded. He stands aswell, brushing the dirt from his sleeves. Adjusting his hat. He smiles sheepishly, "Yeah, your stronger than me. When you went down I knew there was no chance for me. After-all I'm just so weak." He murmurs in reply to Effloresca.

He retrieves his iconical pipe and actually lights it. Taking a small puff from it and exhaling through his nose. He opens his mouth, holding the pipe between two fingers as he blew a smoke ring. He sighs also. But from content. He rarily lit the pipe, on account of the rare contents. Too replace them everytime he wanted a smoke would cost him a small fortune. The exotic scent filled the cave. Not entirely unpleasent, like incense.

The twin bount brothers both hugged the legs of Bahamut trying to get his attention again, but also because they were worried. The didn't exactly like the stare he was performing.

Tinker felt something and said, "Dante, If that out there is a threat, I suggest giving me any and all metal metal in your possession. Size isn't the only thing I gain when I get more materials. I don't gain any powers what so ever, but I can make weapons that even other dolls aren't used to dealing with. For example: Guns, swords, as long as I have the right parts I can make it."


Then Gaia spoke up. "Even though my larger sizes don't grant any power, they do make me more dangerous if you think about it. a bullet coming at you at a high speed can kill you, and a car can kill you no matter what speed it's moving at. The same principle applies to my hands. Being larger doesn't really make me stronger,faster, or anyof that other stuff, but ask yourself this. Which do you think would hurt more at the same lower speed that I move? my hand when I'm a sprout, or my hand when I'm as tall as an american redwood tree of 350 feet high and a 30+ feet thick trunk? Ask yourself, and you'll find that Even as weak as we are, We can be lethal."

Vergil was leaned against the side of the outside to the caves that were like a home to most Bount. He didn't really like the name personally and would actually have preferred it to be in his own name. Although he had his mansion so he was fine with that for now. He was well aware that his brother Dante was inside as well as his new friends, though he didn't care. He tracked them here after following the spiritual pressure of that Shinigami they ran into. He did manage to see something of an assault by a Vizard before he left. Though it wasn't any of his concern. He cared little for the matters of the Shinigami. He instead stood there reading his book. He was going to speak with Dante after they had come out until something else caught his attention.

Vergil noticed a human approaching the area and he was carrying a small bag that contained an energy that Vergil recognized as Joukaishou Shards, essential for the development of a Bount's powers. Nelo Angelo, Vergil's doll, jumped down from his place among the higher up rocky side of the natural caves and landed besides Vergil. He knelt down silently, awaiting any orders he may give. Vergil held a hand up to show him to stand down. He had an idea. He closed his book, tucking it under his arm, and walked over to were the human was now. Nelo Angelo followed close behind should he be needed.

"Hello there. Unusual to see some human coming near here with those." He pointed to the bag containing the spiritually charged shards. "Might I ask what business you have here?"

Dante's frown deepened when he could hear some talking outside the cave and he immediately recognized the first voice that spoke. Him too!? Damn! He sighed and looked over to Effloresca. "Yea I heard that but, it's nothing dangerous. At least not for you." He sighed and reached down to put his twin pistols in their holders on his hips and raised his 'guitar' case to sling it back on his shoulders.

"You can calm down." Dante's expression changed then when he could suddenly feel another powerful presence that was way more dangerous than that Soul Reaper they had met earlier that day. Though he relaxed slightly when he realized the reiatsu was another Bount. He looked over as that very same Bount led the way into the cave, followed by some human kid that had a bunch of Joukaishou shards. Something really quite valuable to Bounts as well as many other races.

Bahamut looked down at the twins and shook his head with a sigh. "It's nothing little ones." Though he changed his mind as he could feel not only another unpleasant source of reiatsu, but a rather powerful Bount enter the area quite suddenly. The twins ran up rather quickly to the human that accompanied the Bount and stood just behind them after Gaia had re potted himself and he chuckled a bit at the twins berating of the doll. However, he stopped after seeing for himself who else had followed the Bount and Human inside.

Dante watched the little 'demonstration' a little curiously. Usually, such a thing involved fusing with a doll, but he saw none. Though his attention shifted to the tall man in blue that followed behind them and he frowned. He already could tell he was not about to hear anything good from him.

Effloresca relaxed, visibly. She listened to the exchanges neutrally, never saying a word. As much as she distrusted the imperium, the promise for power was far more alluring. She holds out a hand to the imperium messenger, smiling politely even if it did appear to be a bit strained.

Ifrit stands. The flames along his back, neck, and forearms die down to embers. He shakes himself as if ridding his body of some dirt, in actuality he was shaking the anger from his mind. It was sometimes hard to cope with it, being something akin to a beserker wasn't always fun.

Foa simply sits there, puffing on the pipe. He stares at the imperium messenger and the thought to ask if he would be able to join them briefly flashed through his human mind.

Something burrowed deeper into Foa's soul, unbeknownst to him. A dark seed preparing to sprout. Soon his power would awaken, only time would tell if it would corrupt him.

The Bount Brothers Brutus and Judas took their stones and then hugged eachother for the first time in a long time. Their dolls High fived.

Then weak looking little old lady entered the cavern and said in a voice that shook as she did, "Well, What have ge got here? A green thumb, a chrome dome, a hot head, a dragon and his knight, and including myself One old bag of bones." The Old woman was clearly a Bount by the way she talked, since she could clearly see the dolls of the bounts before her. Though she seemed to be ignoring a couple of them. She wore a beautiful blue dress and walked is a raven themed wooden can, seemed to have a hunched back, and wore a hat that looked a heck of a lot older than she was. There was an air about her of youthful energy, but also and air of extreme wisdom and age. She looked to be in her 90's but in reality she was far beyond that. She Slowly moved to sit on a low boulder and as she sat down they all would hear a cracking sound coming from her back. She kept her doll hidden because of how things were going.

The Twins both turned to look at the old lady and stared. They'd never seen someone so old looking in their lives.

She Smiled, "You can call me Grandma Sophie if you like. I am like you little ones. I too have a friend who travels with me."
