Condemned 2s pretty damn good, i felt like I was a CSI but with crazed maniacs who wanna kill me.
and Dead Space is always a good choice for a new game iv never been so scared of dying in a game since Resident Evil

but DEAD SPACE for real NG I was playing yesterday and I was attacked by a "tentacle" and.......iv never been more scared playing a game in my life seriously i had irregular breathing and heart pounding the whole thing
