Quinn blinked at Mikey when he noticed him. He looked oddly familiar. Maybe he'd seen him somewhere....or he just looked like someone. He shrugged, looking back down to his sketchbook. He reached over and picked up his coffee cup and took a drink while sketching some random person, when he blinked. He coughed out the coffee into a napkin, still making a small mess on the table. He waved his hand quickly at his mouth, coughing. He'd just taken a nice big drink of extremely hot coffee. Man I am such an idiot! He thought while still coughing.

Mikey noticed Quinn and let out a small laugh, he hiked his bag up on his shoulder and picked up his coffee. He walked over to where the boy sat and smiled down at him as he asked "You okay there...?"

Quinn blinked up at him, still coughing. His face was very red from all the coughing, so he tried to stop and take a breath. "F-fine..." he mumbled through coughs. Soon after speaking, though, he managed to stop himself so he could breathe. Hold...it....in.....must....breathe....he thought.

Akki heard someone coughing and turned to see who it was. The boy who was coughing looked familiar, but there was someone else approaching his table she had never seen before. wow! he's really cute! She stared a moment then blushed and turned back to Lacuna and Jakkin, giving Po a poke to get his attention.

Mikey continued to smile down at the boy as he asked "Ya sure...? You need some water or something? oh... and I'm Mikey, by the way...." he extended his free hand to the boy.

Lacuna, seeing everyone was now ready to leave, or as ready as we could be, walked over to the exit and held the door open for Po, Jakkin, and Akki.
"Make sure none of you forget any of your things", she said.

Quinn took in a deep breath, blinking and looking to the floor. "I probably should have water..." he mumbled, rubbing his neck, before looking back up to see Mikey's hand. He stared for a second, suddenly having no clue why his hand was there. He took in a quick breath, realizing he was meant to shake it, and quickly did. "Quinn. I'm Quinn." he told him with a nod, letting go of his hand. WOW I'm dumb. He thought.

Mikey let out a laugh and said "Well, it's nice to meet ya Quinn...." he smiled and sat his coffee down on the table as he said "I'll go get you some water.... be right back..." he smiled to Quinn before walking back over to the counter.

He nodded and stared after Mikey. He felt very embarrassed, he'd been around people so little lately that he couldn't remember how you were supposed to act.....he couldn't remember what he himself was like....or maybe he was his old self now. He sighed.....that was too much thinking. He looked back down to his sketchbook for a moment, then closed it slowly and put it back in his bag.

Akki, gathering her things together, turned around quickly and tripped. She blushed bright red and turned to the door, tears in her eyes. why do I always have to embarrass myself?

A moment later Mikey returned to the table, a glass of water in hand. He set the glass infront of Quinn and smiled to him as he said "Here ya go...." he gestured to the chair opposite Quinn and asked "Could I sit here.... or... would you rather be alone...?"

"Thanks," he said quickly. He looked at Mikey for a moment, then at the chair, then back to him. He shook his head to clear it, and then smiled, nodding. "Of course!" he said before waving his hand to the chair. He grabbed up a few napkins and wiped up the tiny bit of coffee that had missed the napkin he'd covered his mouth with and landed on the table in front of him.
