Ace Zero shinn5005 i was in a fight, and i kept on fighting. But ace kept editing his posts that he already submitted and saying that he wasn't dead. It was a 2v1 and i gave him 2 posts to respnd, that he just ignored my attack that i sent at him, and he wont stop arguing. is he dead. You can look over the stuff in the sound village i never rp in those 2 posts i just ooc talk inthem dont u have as long as u want to post fine whatever, i wont push it further. But now im annoyed all that so you could learn a new level of sharingan. No wonder you killed av. im gonna kill you!. but tommorow, lets start fresh. but what i meant was you ignored my posts wen they were there for a while, so the would have made contact already

What do these jutsu do?
Minor Electric Current: 500 Skill Points
Electrical Discharge Technique: 1000 Skill Points
Are these the same?
Lightning Bolt Technique: 1100 Skill Points
Lightning Strike Technique: 1500 Skill Points

I am not exactly sure on the others since they are so close to techniques that from other villages... but I would reconmend PMing Quix since he knows everything.

The answer that I was told when I was learning Minor Electric Current: create a field of lighting chakra that will suround a nearby object that will incircle and shock it a few times.

After looking over the internet for a while I believe that this is what each of the techniques do.
Electrical Discharge Technique: 1000 Skill Points ~ a technique that discharges a surge of electrically charged chakra to temperearoly stun any opponent.
Lightning Bolt Technique: 1100 Skill Points ~ A technique that allows the user can cast a bolt of lightning chakra from their hands at an opponent.
Lightning Strike Technique: 1500 Skill Points ~ The user sends thier chakra into the clouds overhead that will causes a series of lightning strikes to come down at selected target.

I remember adding a fighting style in there for you, but let me go look up all the specifics and post.
All edit them in as I find them:
White Wing Style- [700 Skill Points] - The user can now preform a taijutsu that is bird based. By moving air currents across his arms and legs, he can some what soar or hover throw the air, but not fly. This style involves fluid movements of attacks at key striking points of the opponent.
Wind Tornado - [800 Skill Points] (The user runs around his opponent, in a circle, that is followed by a tornado for the area he ran on. Once activated, the user cannot dodge or block attacks while making the circle, and are obliged to finishing the circle.)
Wind Uppercut - [400 Skill Points] (The user releases wind from his feet, send him upward, to do a powerful uppercut punch to his opponent.)
Talon Growth- [600 Skill Points] (The users talons on their hands and feet grow to an enormous length, allowing them to inflict deeper wounds onto their opponent.)
*****Wind Slice - [600 Skill Points] (The user slashes his hand in the area, followed by a slice-shaped wind blast)
*This last one is disputable.
