Etna looked to the boy. He seemed interesting but to the same point, he was a pain in the a**. Etna didn't particualrly care for such an annoying little b*****d. Oh well, they had a few things to discuss, just not right now. Etna decided that it was time to do a bit mroe recon on the school system of Iwa. See if its progressed since seh was last around. 600 years or so could really change a place.

Roy sighed a bit as he stood there looking to the door then the window Enta escaped otu of. He lookedb ack to Kinami, knowing she wouldn't pay any attention to him but spoke anyway, "What doyou say we blow up Iwa and run away. The world would probably thank us..." he laughed.

As soon as both Etna and Atsu were out the door, her head fell forward with a loud crack. She grumbled under her breath, cursing and snarling and all out talking to herself. A fist came up and she pounded it once or twice into the desk, then scream as loud as possible. She waved away the guard that went into the office to check on her, took a deep breath, then straightened.
"A very tempting idea. I'm getting thoroughly tired of dealing with stubborn arses and felines with superiority complexes and idiotic people in general."

Roy grinned evily. Kinami had come a long way. She had been quite different since settling down to become a work-a-holic. She was weird ina way but nice...he supposed at least. He looked to her for a long moment and walked over. A soft hand came to brush her cheek. "Ahhh what do you expect. Etna's been alive longer than some of us can trace our family bloodlines. Its bound to have an effect on her personality. At least she's not as pompus with her power as that Atsu dude. He swore he was the s**t but I think Etna really just wanted to beat him one good time. Even you have to admit that would be good to see."
He petted her back a bit more and smiled, "As for Atsu directly, he's just pissed that we kicked the hell outta the nitwit that tried to take over our contry and his country got saked horribly. Just calm down. Hay, how bout I buy you some ice cream."

Kinami folded her arms under her chin, slouching horribly in her chair. Blowing her pesky bangs out of her face (which didn't work, but she was too lazy to move her arms), she sighed and said, "I happen to know that my bloodline can be traced back until before Etna was a kitten, I'm sure."
She stared at the door, knowing that there was work to do, knowing that she had other errands, knowing reports needed filing and missions being placed and.... "To hell with this all, do you want to go eat?" she said, turning slightly to face him without lifting her head.

A grin of both mischif and twisted glee covered his face. He had one of those evil anime closed eye smiles. The ones that villians have. He nodded, "Sure, lets go. I'd be happy to treat you if you want."
He extended his hand to the miffed Kage in an attempt to calm her down a bit.

Kinami eyed the hand dubiously. She needed a safety net here.... Smiling herself, she looked up at him and said, "You pay, we eat at the cafe." She knew fully well that Tai was there with Mat, and it would be nice to see them again without fighting for their lives.

Damn...the cafe...he should have seen that coming really. Oh well, whatever made her happy. Sides, he had a few tricks up his sleeve in case Tai got all touchy feely. Actually, he was more expecting Tai or mat to evil eye him the entire night. Ever since Kinami had started to date him, it was as if Mat and Tai knew...but they couldn't could they? She hadn't told anyone had she? Oh well, whatever.
With a sigh, he handed her his hand and smiled, "fine, I told you I'd pay so I'llpay."

Soon, one of the ninja that guard the tower appeared within the room. "M'lady. We have a slight....ummm....issue..." He seemed uncertain. Roy was rather annoyed by this guy poping in like this. Sure it was his job but damn, what were doors for.
"What do you want dude?" Roy asked a bit rudely. he figured he'd get it from Kinami later but as for now...
The guard gave it no mind, "There is an enterauge of refugees at the base of the tower. They request an audience with the Tsuchikage. The majority of the group claims that they are from Konoha and have shown papers to prove not only that but that they are of the high councel of Konoha. But the weird part is that the one who didn't show his papers, they claim him to be the Hokage!"
Roy arched a brow, "Wait a minute...isn't the Hokage a girl? What gives?" he looked to Kinami to see what she decided.

Kinami pulled her hand from Roy's, then sighed. "Yeesh. Of course this happens." Her stomach growled when her mind made its decision, protesting the prolonging of food denial. "Show the guy in, then, and we'll see what's to be seen." She sent an apologetic look towards Roy as soon as the ninja left. "Duty calls," she said in a flat voice. "As soon as I'm done, though, we'll head out."

Roy knew that remark...it was never a good sign. He sighed as the door opened.
In walked a group of about 2 or 3 older people, each looking very distinguished. The moment they were in the room properly, they knelt to show respect to the Tsuchikage. However, the man in the center didn't really seem interested. his eyes were aloft about the office, glaring at nothing in particular. His hand ran itself across his slight gotee as he sighed again.
"So some respect Yukimura!" one of the elders said.
the man looked tot he elder then sighed before looking to Kinami. His eyes fixated on her for a moment and then grew from the listless phase to a phase of intent. "Wow...psst! Hay, old man. I thought you said the leader of the Stone village was a real dog face." He was psudo whispering. He then glanced to Roy, "And you guys said nothing about her having a kid. What is this?"

Kinami's eyes flashed to the guard. "I told you to show only man in. I did not say to allow three or four others in with him," she said coldly. She was getting rather ticked off, especially since the man in front assumed too many things at first glance. Facing the group, she said, "Only the Hokage, if that is who you are, may stay. The rest of you leave, or I'll not speak to any of you."

The councel began to protest but the man raised his hand, "Hay hay now. That's no way to show respect to Kage. Now run along guys. We have some business to discuss." Yukimura said witha smirk on his face. The councel simply tok their leave in silence. He then turned to Roy, "Come on, you too junior. Leave mommy and me to talk grown up stuff."
This guy was an idiot...plaane and simple. Roy didn't leave because Kinami hadn't told him too.

Kinami got the same feeling around this guy as when Tai was around good looking men. In other words, her instincts were screaming at her not to be alone with this person. "Roy isn't my son," she said. "You assume much if you think so. Assumptions usually mean the person is an idiot." She commented everything in a flat voice, leaning against her desk and folding her arms.
"You have exactly five minutes to explain your presence here, and then you will be kicked out of my village. The time starts now."
