Thanks for the submission! I think I only see one thing with your profile, and it's rather small:

❖ Spirit's Blessing: Healing spells I've been OK-ing with either Conjuration or Divination schools [it's kind of this grey area]. While I would prefer Conjuration, your description makes me think Divination. That being said, I'd simply suggest adding this to your Schools of Magic.

Once you've done that, though, you're free to put her in your thread and begin posting! If she's actively seeking out a Knight, then I would also suggest making a post and taking a look in the Pairings thread!

Personality:Shasdran is entirely self-serving, self-absorbed, and selfish; he does whatever he likes as long as it pleases him in some way. He will take whatever he wants and will kill anyone who stands in his way without even giving it a second thought. Shasdran is a murderous sociopath who will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. Even though Shasdran's nature seems to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. He has no problems killing anyone regardless of age or sex; however, he only kills people who are in his way. Shasdran is simply Amoral.


History:

❖ The Heir is born
There once was warrior tribe from Alsaam that roamed the land looking for the next challenge, the next opportunity for glory, a tribe led by The Champion Of Dragons Turvid and his wife Shinnae The Magnificent. The wondering tribe was never given anything they took what they wanted preferably with a struggle, and they rarely set up camp, fearing they might miss the next great battle. On one of those rare days, Shinnae's water broke and Shasdran was born. "I'm sorry Turvid...Shinnae died giving birth to your son. Her last words were 'Shasdran The Chosen' "


❖ Disappointment
"Fight your fears! This is but a test of our strength. We will show Alsaam our might! There are strong warriors behind those mountains and they will take our wives and children as slaves! Will we let them?!" Roars from the crowd echoed throughout the land, while weapons slam against their shields in unison. Sounds that would instill horror in any creatures heart, the sound of brave warriors at your doorstep. "Their heads will roll!".

A fourteen-year-old Shasdran stood among the crowd looking at his father in admiration, standing right next to him was his younger brother screaming with the crowd and banging his axe against his shield, before following the tribe into battle.

During the battle Shasdran who was avoiding the actual battle noticed a small girl crying over her mother's corpse with a tribesman preparing to strike her down. "No! I saw her first!" Were the only words that left his mouth, which prompted the man to turn before flashing a sick smile at Shasdran and leaving the girl to leader's son. Shasdran then approached the girl before dropping his weapons on the ground, grabbing the girl and running off into the woods. "Your mother is dead, run! and when you get tired, keep running!"

After the battle, all the warriors gathered around boasting about their kill count and how easy the battle was. "Shasdran,Iddriass how many did you slay?" "4" "....3" "Don't lie boy!" A strong authoritative voice could be heard from behind Shasdran, he knew who it belonged to that's why he didn't dare turn around and see his disappointed father's face. " Your Sword was clean, Your mother died so you could be a warrior. you disrespect her memory. "

❖The Disgraced
"He hasn't spoken to me in years despite everything that happened I still miss hearing their voice...Why do I refuse to kill?" Shasdran, now eighteen years old and unwelcome in his father's tent. Living in complete solitude, no one talks to him or even acknowledge his existence..."I have to sound the horn."

A loud horn reverberated throughout the forest, the sound synonyms with death. It's source? Shasdran, The Disgraced, son of Turvid Champion Of Dragons. ["I challenge my father Turvid..." The forest was filled with deafening silence before every man woman and child left their tent to see who's the idiot issuing the challenge.

After a short one-sided battle, the tribe began packing their belongings leaving the beaten son of their leader in the dirt within an inch of his life, barely breathing. Shasdran could hear their comments, and how pathetic he was, and how Turvid should've killed him. Shasdran couldn't take it anymore, he finally lost it. Shasdran started laughing with what little energy he had left, and it caught the attention of the tribe especially his father who was close by. "I know why I was born...I was born to end you. To end your pathetic tribe...You think you have won?! I will never die! NOT UNTIL I DESTROY EVERYTHING YOU LOVE! You wanted a warrior?! You'll get one...I WILL MAKE ALL OF BEG FOR A SWIFT DEATH! Your damn family will be sold as slaves! and if they escape they will be tortured!" Having heard enough of his now disowned son Turvid delivered the final blow and knocked Shasdran unconscious. "Lets see how you do that from the lands bellow...Throw him off the edge!"

Personality:
❖ Maka can be a hot head at times when it comes to his work. When he gets it into his head to make or do something he refuses to let anything change his mind. He is usually peaceful and tries to make friends with who ever he meets.

History:
❖ Maka was born and grew up in Abelids' boarder city of Khadan due to his family trying to stay out of the politics of the Kingdom, while also serving as blacksmiths for the local guards. Most of his childhood was spent with his father and grandfather in their forge learning the family trade, this was mainly due to the fact that he was teased and called runt by other half-giant children his age.

One day a guard was attacked by a stranger that was coming from deeper in the kingdom and fleeing, Makas' father tried to help the guards in subduing the culprit, but was slain in the fight.
The stranger seemed to realize if the number of guards kept increasing he wasn't going to escape, this caused him to use necromancy to revive and control Maka Macgowan 2nd to act as a diversion. The necromancer escaped fleeing into territory the guards had no interest in following leaving the Macgowan family left with a sense of injustice. Seeing his fathers' corpse being used as a shield filled Maka with dread, this was when he became afraid of the dead as not just the inevitable journey all life takes but that even in death ones suffering isn't always over.

Maka was only ten years old and now had no father, but his grandfather saw a flame in the boys' eyes and decided it was time for him to learn how to not only forge weapons and armor but also how to use them. As such Maka the first took his grandson further into the kingdom of Abelid to train him in the harsh desert. In those five years he learned how to wield a hammer as both a tool and a weapon fighting the giant insects that inhabited the wasteland, he also learned how to survive using what the land provides.
Although he was cut off from most of the kingdom during his training he did happen upon the remains of towns and cities that had been destroyed do to war, this made him feel pain in his heart, seeing such destruction and knowing there was death filled him with fear and a sense of hate for the leaders of Abelid. They had returned home after those years and Makas' mother told him of a school where he could further his training and maybe even find a way to change their homeland for the better, unknown to Maka the events that happened to his father weren't uncommon in that war driven kingdom.

Now he has gone off on his own to hone his skills and find allies to help him save his home from the corruption that spreads through it.

Ok, I really want someones' opinion on his history, I tried with what information was provided for Abelid to make his history, along with some things typically found in Fantasy half giants. I am also taking a shot in the dark about his hight being short compared to his age since most places say the average male half-giant is around 8 feet tall, he is sixteen. Also if there was more information I might have found some way to make the rouge necromancers' little escape have more detail, but technically this is put down in a way that makes it seem like this is what he knows about himself.... sorta... Also this is my character I want to use in the school as a aspiring Knight.

Scorched Gaia: I would suggest replacing the first bit with a different wording so as to not involve "magic". Something closer to the lines of: "Channels his Fire and Earth Affinity"... something like that. I wouldn't use terms like magic.
Repair: Is going to need a bit more description. How exactly does this happen?

Sooo I decided to just put this here because it is basically done. I keep fiddling with things--mainly the magic section. Making things not as awesome so he can grow more or something...among other things. haha I got a lot of C's though...probably ranking some wrong. haha

I was reading some past critics and was wondering if I could or if it would be better to put the Spirit Whispering one as a natural talent aka strength while getting rid of it sounding like a spell. haha (Partly because I was paranoid that not everything fits exactly under Transmutation...I didn't really want a bunch of different schools after all) It was what I was originally going to do but...

DIVINATION:
❖ Spirit Whispering (Rank A) - Can see, hear and/or speak to any type of spirit. This could be a ghost or anything that might have a spirit: like animals, nature and even items. He merely has to touch whatever it is and recite a select few words before asking a question to see if anyone is there. If something is there it will respond in some fashion. Then he can talk to the spirit or even see its past. He is able to handle extreme emotions that may be thrust upon him when engaged while also still aware of his surroundings. The bond can be broken by a more self-aware ghost, but usually, he just utters a word to send the spirit away.

TRANSMUTATION:
❖ Physical Augmentation (Rank C) - Can enhance others natural abilities through touch. It is typically done before a battle starts and lasts a minute. He utters a simple phrase to amplify a certain aspect: most often speed/agility, strength and/or durability. If he buffed someone twice within a short amount of time (aka in the middle of a fight) the being could be harmed after the effect wears off. A third time and they most certainly would die. It depends on the person though. If their affinities are the same then it wouldn't be as harmful with each use. Whereas it would be harder on affinities that are opposite. The first augmentation has no penalty.
❖ Power Augmentation (Rank C) - Can enhance the natural powers (by one rank) of others while giving them control of said powers in order to use them effectively. This can make someone reach beyond their limits. Much like the physical one, he needs to touch the being and it lasts for a minute. He can rebuff, but the same potential issues arise.
❖ Restoration Augmentation (Rank C) - He can only heal himself (because why waste energy on people who can't take care of themselves--especially after he buffed them). Basically speeds up the healing process. Simple ones are almost instantaneous: done with a brush of his fingers. For the deeper wounds, he has to recite a phrase while touching it. Deep wounds take about ten seconds depending on many factors. If the wound is complex in nature then he would have to take the time to concentrate on the healing as well. These are best dealt with while resting in a safe place. They could take up to an hour if it's really bad, he is already weakened and other such factors.
❖ Levitation (Rank C+) - Uses telekinesis to lift himself and glide at least twenty feet. Although he can't technically lift other beings or heavy things he can cushion their fall. The current limit is mass equal to the size of a bus. He uses a word to cast it and his hands to help when needed.
❖ Push/Pull (Rank D) - Uses telekinesis to bring an object (physical and/or energy based) closer or fling it away. He only needs one hand to direct the item--which means he can use the other if there are too many objects to deal with. When it comes to an actual person he needs to use both hands. It only causes a shove/pull of a few feet, but the being could fall over because it is rough and sudden.
❖ Binding (Rank C) - Uses telekinesis to stop object(s) (physical and/or energy based) or being from moving. He only needs to utter 'kosoku' while holding his hand out. (objects only need one of the two to be done). Once something is bound he doesn't need to use his hands to keep them there. The objects typically become useless at that point, but any over the mass of a car won't be totally halted. Currently, he can stop two beings--one with each hand. The hold on a being weakens each post after the first and thus is easier to break free from (maybe rolling is needed) or might allow them to at least move in slow motion. Right now the effect will completely wear off after the fourth post (or second if he held two people). The effect will also stop completely if he is twenty feet away or utters 'kaijo'. He can use a spirit smoke if needed (using the ability below).
❖ Spirit Cloud (Rank B) - An eerie light green mist wraps around the being or group of people to hinder their sight and hearing. Trapped in the fog they hear the moans and cry of the spirit world. It only gets worse as the mumbles start to make sense--dripping with untold horrors. Although the beings inside would be disorientated to varying degrees depending on the individual, they can escape by walking out of the target zone for the fog cannot follow them. With that said, it might be hard to figure out the best way out...especially as the fog seems to get visibly and physically thicker (maybe even sticky). Also, anyone else who walks in will start to become affected (he can deal with it since the sound part doesn't really bother him). He needs to utter a phrase and let the mist slip from his mouth and travel to its destination before wrapping around the target(s). It takes a second for every ten feet to reach the destination and another second to fully wrap around a target. Two seconds to enclose a group. The taunting words will be heard clearly after a couple more seconds then continue to get louder and more annoying. They cater to the individual and what would upset them most. It can be blown away by a couple strong gusts of unnatural wind (unless it has become sticky-- it reaches its worst around 15 seconds); although it can last up to thirty seconds before it starts to disappear on its own. If it is sticky then a couple razor sharp slices of unnatural wind would be needed.
❖ Ecto-Boost (Rank E+) - Covers up to two ghosts with a slimy green goo that allows it to truly interact with the physical plane. It slides off after a minute; but if they are seriously injured the effect will end. It isn't something he'd use unless he had to "bring warriors to life" temporarily for a battle. He has to recite a few phrases while placing his hand on its head. He can't use other buffs for these types of allies.
❖ Ecto-Strings (Rank C) - They are like extensions of his claws and thus he uses them in a similar fashion if he must (although they act more like whips sometimes). The strings are a light green color and can cut like a knife. Although they can hold beings in place like any rope, he doesn't use it like that. There is a strange slimy goo that wraps around the strings like a protective coating--especially when someone is trying to cut it. To activate he pulls it out, like a weapon, by placing the tips of his fingers together and then pulling them part to reveal the strings.
❖ Ecto-Zap (Rank E) - He only needs to be touching the being in order to send a short shock; although he can hold it for longer. It doesn't have enough power to be destructive, but it does cause pain or at least discomfort. It's possible to even stun someone if it is done for a longer period. Typically he doesn't do that though. He can use this with the spell above by making the zap travel through the strings.

❖ He is usually a quite serious, well-mannered type that only speaks when needed. His confidence can be seen as arrogant and even condescending. He values his comrades because loyalty is important to him. With that said, the man is unforgiving and will severely punish anyone who betrays him. He holds self-discipline and honor in high regard. Although he will keep his word and never lie, he will use loop-holes or withhold information to further his cause. He is driven to attain his goals and will use any means necessary to accomplish them. The man was born to lead: organized and calculating.


History:
❖ He was born in a small isolated village located in a forest of Yuki no Okoku. Although everyone wasn't necessarily related, they were very much like a family. They might have been less connected to the outside world than most, but they still experience the conquer. He kind of ran the place even at a young age; although, in reality, it was his father that was in charge. Life was good.

It was during his teenage years when his life changed drastically. He was sent to another village to get some things that were needed. It was a long trip that needed to be made from time to time. As he got closer to his village he knew something was wrong. When he finally stepped into the village everything was eerily silent. Some bodies were strewn about in lifeless heaps. Not knowing what to do, he just looked for survivors. That's when he found the only one left standing: the one that killed them all. When he found out the truth he didn't hesitate to kill the betrayer even though he didn't put up a fight.

After taking care of the bodies and gathering whatever he needed, he started on his journey to find a new family. He traveled around Yuki no Okoku for a while before ventured even farther out. It was quite different from what he was used to, but he managed. The more places he went the more experiences he got to learn from. Unfortunately, he got to see the many bad parts of different societies. It wasn't long before he realized how the world is truly messed up.

He was well into his twenties when he decided to be the change that was needed. His goal was to unite the world much like Yuki no Okoku did--only better. One to focus on his own interests, he wasn't all that present when it came to the witch issue. He didn't even skip a beat when the moment worlds collided. At some point during all this, he became a mage. They had a tendency to be regarded highly in society and thus a position worth working his way into. Now he was trying to gain more followers and comrades.

Though she rarely succumbs to her anger, when she does her calm and passive demeanor completely dissipates. She relies very heavily on her animal instincts then, baring her fangs in a defensive stance.

History:
❖ Born under a full moon, among peach blossoms and eternal snow, in a small village hidden deep within the white mountains of Yuki no Okoku, the beautiful scenery unfolded between a young couple, who were overjoyed at the sight of their child.

Jiho grew up under the strict but gentle ways of her mother, teaching her of the rules that she follows to this day. Her father, though mostly absent, made it a point to let her know how much he loves her and her mother through his monthly visits.

It was far from her reality to find out that her father was sick, slowly dying from an incurable poison inflicted on him during his travels. She spent nights and days next to her father, helping her mother with caring for him as much as she could. In his last moments, he held her hands with a weak smile,

“I know you’ll do well. I love you so much.”

Fat tears rolled off her cheeks as she moved aside, letting her mother and father have a few moments to themselves before the inevitable came. He passed with peace, his arms enveloping his wife for the last time. The only thing that filled their home that day were her mother’s sobs and her own quiet sniffles.

She promised to her mother and to herself that she’d be strong for the both of them. So she set off to gain more power, her determination a burning will in her. It was what she knew she could do for her mother and her father.

Thanks for the submission! I'm sending you a PM regarding Spirit Whispering as I see there being a few options with that, so I wanted to offer them up to you. In the meantime, there are a couple things I'd like to mention:
Restoration Augmentation: Healing, I normally let slide with Conjuration or Divination, but I'm not really sure that I can for Transmutation.
Binding: Rolling could be fun :3 [mostly 'cause I like rolling] Maybe with a d8? Start with a 1/8 chance, and have it go up by one every successive post and eventually ending at the fourth/second post?
Ecto-Boost: Feels more like Conjuration to me with a substance coming from 'nowhere'.
Ecto-Strings: This feels more like a Knight Ability than a spell to me. I'd suggest altering it a little.
Ecto-Zap: Definitely Evocation, lots of damage or otherwise. I'm gunna be checking these last three over with Ren in the morning, so I'll get back to you on them, though.

That's great...you basically pointed out what I was thinking.

For the last three I was going for transmuting mana to ectoplasm (spirit) spells...but I wasnt sure if that'd work. They were made more for a fun test than a serious want to use. I also thought the string one was kind of combaty like a knight but gave up trying to think of a better way. Talking about it makes want to think more haha

As for the healing one...I mainly added that because he can't buff himself in the other ways and it was under a buff in the power wiki...but I had a feeling that it'd fit more under somehing else. I can switch it to divination if the whisper one stays there or something. If that's all that's needed.

Using a d8 seems good...it'd still work if he upgraded length and amount of people at some point. Haha

Overall, I'm fine with him mainly using buffs and telekinesis...I just didn't want all his options to be overpowered...cause telekinesis can get like that. Haha

Binding - Transmutation [B Rank]: After something is fashioned, energy can be granted to the artifact, and by use of a wordless spell that she created, the artifact gains the ability to move, but can only move under the explicit direction of the one it is bound do. There does not seem to be an upper limit to how many bound things she is able to command, but she is seen normally controlling around four or five. However, there is one account of her moving ten puppets around in quick succession....
She normally uses this on things she creates, as can be identified by the symbol usually carved into the back of the heads. However, in a pinch, she can carve this mark into other things, and imbue it with energy so she might puppet it to her will.
It should be noted that there must be energy for something to use a rune-carved artifact. However, using this symbol is useless to anyone besides her, as the symbol is essentially hers, and represents a bond to her soul. So, to carve it merely grants this clanless dark elf the capacity to utilize it, should she desire.

Articulate - Necromancy [Rank D] - A spell specifically meant to graft the voices once used by they who are no longer living and transplanted to an artifact with a mouth, thus giving voice to her puppets and dolls. Perfectly personal. This spell acts like a ritual, so it needs time, but is permanent until the voice is removed or detached from the doll or puppet.

Raise Dead - Necromancy [Rank B] - Clearly a staple of the art, if close enough to corpses, she can cast her influence and energy out from her and cause these corpses to stand and come to her aid. As useful and powerful as her dolls, these corpses move at her command, to her defense, or to merely help her sweep the house. The larger the corpse she attempts to raise, the more of her energy is needed. To note, the most she's been able to raise at a time has been seven of average height.

Chill Touch - Necromancy [Rank B]: On contact, necromatic energies leech the life of the one receiving the damage. First to die are the nerve endings. Then the flesh, chilled and cold, begins to rot from within, as though it has died. The longer the contact, the more intense the damage.

Retrieval - Necromancy [Rank C] - If given access to a corpse, she can remove parts or pieces from the body without damaging the whole of it. While technically useless, it allowed for a side business, for a time, of selling body parts. Very ugly work, yes, but it helped pay her food bill. Watching even from a safe middle distance makes it clear that this is most clearly magic. Some might suggest that this could be used on the living.... Most agree that they would not like to see this tested.

Spare the Dying - Necromancy [Rank C] - If there is someone that this clanless elf wishes to see continue to live, she can touch them and cast a spell that calls off the procession of death within a body. Wounds seem to begin sealing themselves, the body ceases going into shock, the heart calms, the brain begins to work towards recovery. It's basically a magical band-aid, but hey, should last long enough for the ambulance to arrive.

Still - Necromancy [Rank C] - This power need not be utilized via contact but seems to act faster when she touches her targets. The nerves and blood of the targets begin to respond more sluggishly. Thought processes become hazier, as though neurons in the brain are struggling to fire. There is a reason, after all, that death is equated with sleep.

False Life - Necromancy [Rank A] - This spell utilizes flesh and gives it a form of death, making it easier for her to piece together when actively wounded. This spell is limited to herself and requires an almost zenlike active meditation. When this spell is in use, any damage she takes affects her about as intensely as it would have affected a zombie, but she has the benefit of knowing the damage and being able to pull it back together. Some suggest that this is the keenest proof that she has demonic heritage.

Cold Repose - Necromancy [Rank C] - If she chooses, she can touch a corpse and prevent decay. This spell generally lasts a few days. When it naturally wears off, decay resumes where it left off. Raising the corpse affected by this spell takes three times as long.

Talking to the Dead - [Rank C] - Cast on a corpse, the corpse in question is granted the energy and wherewithal to speak and answer questions that are posed to it. The corpse is not compelled to answer honestly. The corpses are generally prone to answer simply and cryptically. The corpse's ability to answer is limited to what it knew in life, including languages. Hope you know the language of the one you're talking to!

Whence I See.... - Necromancy - [Rank B] - Negative energy is sent coursing through a creature that you can see within thirty feet, causing it searing pain. The longer this energy is held, the more damage is inflicted. Being able to see the target is only necessary for initially casting the spell, and is not required to maintain it. Dodging only does so much. A humanoid killed by this spell is very, very likely to lift itself from the dead. It is prone, then, to obeying orders from the caster.

Clone - Necromancy - [Rank D] - Necromancy where it crosses into life is found here in this spell. The spell initiates the creation of a clone of a person or creature, or a younger version of said individual. All that is required is a tissue sample to act as a seed, and the clone grows, provided it is in a sealed container. It takes 120 days to grow, but is soulless unless granted a soul. If the one whose flesh sample is wiling to be placed in the new body, it is drawn to it upon death of its first form. This ritual, however, takes time and effort to prepare. Useless in battle, but remarkable potential applications....

Personality:
❖ Tori tends to keep to herself, and even seems to prefer it that way. She carves and creates and has skills behind her ability to craft with her hands and give life to her creations, in a manner of speaking. When in the company of others, she is attentive, but seems to offer little input unless directly asked. (Few ask a mute, though.) She also seems to prefer thicker layers, to have her face obscured, and the majority of her communication is through her dolls. As such, if she is included in conversation, the dolls speak for her, making her seem very detached from a conversation. Many times, it doesn't seem like she's paying attention at all. Maybe she really doesn't give a flying feather.
Although... she does seem to enjoy watching others suffer, or if they are in pain. There is no laughter, but she watches. Does she wait to see how long it takes people to shake off what's bothering them?

History:
❖ Well.... when a mommy succubus and a dark elf male love each other very, very much.....

Well, even if they did, that's not where this story started. Frankly, their interaction had very little to do with love and everything to do with the repression of the male and the opportunity the female presented when she came by, saw the need, and decided to have a good time while she was there.

He was the son of a respected family and clan, and despite any attempt to hide their affair, he was discovered and chastised for it. Word, of course, came through of the child he had sired. (A surprise to him, of course.) Unable to account for this manner of disgrace, and to a demoness that he had already been warned about, he was given a task to regain his honor, which he undertook. The succubi, however, was hunted down. She came to term and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Not wanting to be burdened by a child, the infant was left on the doorstep of the clan. She was killed a number of years later, proving that the clan was very, very good at sending people to successfully kill things.

At least, that was all the little girl had been taught. She was deemed a scourge and often plagued by the others, despite some of her skill. When she was within her second decade, her vocal chords were surgically severed, to prevent her from seducing any of the others. After all, she was of impure blood, and she was oft reminded that she was much like a demoness. She was paler than the rest of the clan. She was thinner than the rest of the clan. She was physically weaker than her peers.

When the day came for the rites of passage, many of the youth passed and did gloriously well. In truth, compared to her, they most certainly did well. Even the weakest of them seemed to excel. She was set to task, but ill prepared as she was, she did not succeed. Not considered an adult of the clan, she was granted a choice. She could leave and endure banishment for the remainder of her days, or she could die with honor under the blade of a true and initiated member of the clan.

Like most who valued their life, she excused herself from the caverns and the temples of her kindred. Leaving the honored priestesses and lords behind, she took to the world, but veiled her face and hid herself in leathers and layers. She did leave with one souvenir, however. She feels that she made a good choice and protects it carefully.

Not one to merely fade away, she refined the necromatic and transmutation powers and magics she learned, she carved and crafted dolls and puppets that she imbued with enough energy to persuade them into motion. Her army slowly grew as she traveled. Now and again, a bandit or something would attack her. They would not make it back to wherever they came from. Intriguingly enough, it was in the fifth year of her banishment that her dolls and puppets began to speak. They lacked souls, as anyone with the ability to see life would confirm, but they would speak using the voices of those who failed to kill her.

She merely smiles when asked about how her dolls and puppets are able to speak.
