Quin smiled as the Fallen continued to help him. He didn't mean to leave the other behind. He was just so excited by all the excitement going on around him. The Slimes were moving so fast he was worried he would never catch one. He stood up again, dusting himself off on his way back to the other. "You are helping! You're doing great too!" Quinton smiled. "I'm getting hungry, so they have to be hungry too, right? Do you have any food?"
Just as he was asking, a strange Slime wandered up to them. "Oh! Oh! I can catch this one!" Before Quin could really make an attack plan, the slime was rubbing up on his leg. He laughed and simply reached down to pet the thing. "Look, I just needed to be patient!"

"Congrats on your new friend," Aurum told Quin with a smile. Being patient did pay off, it seemed! Now Quin had a slime of his very own, too!

Quin grinned and scooped up the gooy neko, he held out a hand to the Fallen. "Thanks for your help! My name is Quin." He couldn't stop the grin that stretched from ear to ear. "Maybe we can have play dates with our new Slimes some day!"
Kama saw a bunch of slimes heading down a corridor. He began to head for them, waving his bowl like a moron, to be honest. He got around a corner and froze, because oh my gosh they were EVERYWHERE and he had no idea what to do next.
Delilah pondered, then said "Let's find a place where I can hang the bag with the mouth open to the floor, and then we both can try to herd Slimes into it!" She headed down the hall, trying to find a good spot.

It was almost a shock when the junior walked out of the current classroom to witness an overload of slimes, bounding all over the place. She had to walk back into the classroom, close the door, then re-enter the halls to make sure that what she was seeing wasn't just some altered reality. After noting it wasn't, and seeing the reactions of some other students, the girl chewed at her lip, maybe she could try and get one, it didn't seem like it wasn't allowed.
Slowing bending down, the girl sat on her knees and cooed to the best of her ability, holding out her hands out towards a nearby slime. "Uh... Come here if you want." However, the slime before her had no interest in Cerys whatsoever, and ignored her actions, leaving her to sigh in disappointment and watch as it bounced away, however despite this she was slightly more determined to try again.
Kappa wasn't sure what was happening. No, scratch that, he could hear screeching and Ava's faint yells, so obviously something Not Good was occurring. He had snuck out, again, to spend time with Claus and Alice, only returning to find throw objects, destroyed hallways, and children chasing... some strange blob things. His anxiety peaked, eyes narrowing as he watched the barbaric display. The school was a mess! He couldn't handle messes! Was his room the same state? Was everything ruined forever? What if Ava shut the school down? What if those strange blob creatures took over?
Luckily, his dorm was on the first floor, and nearby. Kappa scurried to his room, about to slip inside and hide from the world when, suddenly, something soft and vaguely sticky pressed into his leg. Kappa froze, pressing against his door and, slowly, peering down. Ah. A strange blob monster. It looked up at him, pitiful eyes glistening with tears. It looked terrified! Like him. Frowning, Kappa looked up the hallway, flinching as he witnessed a stampede of children chasing one singular blob. Okay, fine, he could offer safety to this one poor creature. Scooping the slime up, he fled into his room, locking it behind him.
Chi
Chi was going to catch a slime if it was the last thing she did! The second Ava had pleaded for the students to help she ran up, tossing herself into the fray. Sadly, she only earned herself a good kick in the face and her dress being trampled. Okay, maybe she should try somewhere with less people.....
Tobias
Tobias wasn't really trying to help, but it was kind of hard to get to your dorm when the stairs to them were blocked by slimes everywhere, and students trying to catch them. Stumbling against the wall, Tobias earned a slime jumping into his face, causing a loud and abrupt squeak.
Yuki
Oh nooooo. Oh no no no. Yuki had hidden in her office, attending to students injured and frequently getting up to screech at slimes trying to get inside. At one point, she even tried to capture a slime, throwing an empty trashcan right at it. Nothing happened other than the slime dodging and slamming itself into the door, leaving a nice dent for Ava to scream about later.
Willow
The second Willow heard about familiar problems he leapt to battle. Familiars?! Where?! There?! He had spotted one, about to engage when, instead, he tripped over an abandoned shoe, slamming into the floor and scaring said familiar off. Who left their shoe in the middle of the hallway?!
Sirius
Sirius knew Deskri would murder him. He knew it deep down that his boyfriend would stab him right in the face with a spork. Deskri would have locked the door the second he noticed the slime, and probably find to enchant it shut. Or, worse, illusion magic, which Sirius hated when Des when angered. Still, slimes were cute. Sirius was cute. Surely Des would forgive him?
Now the matter was.... he just had to find a slime to catch.... Unfortunately, students were everywhere, and Sirius wasn't about to get stuck in that mess.
Ava
Ava wanted to scream. No, she already had screamed, it was just a matter of how sore her throat was now. Her school was over-run, and the second she found Sirius she would ream him a new one. Perhaps she could even call Deskri? No, she would absolutely call Deskri. Nothing scared Sirius more than when his boyfriend turned up on his day off.
Ava stood in her office, holding a stapler in her hand, ready to fling it at any notice. The door creaked open, the hand holding the stapler raising, threatening. A slime wiggled in, and she almost tossed it, only pausing when the slime gave a pitiful 'meeeeeep'. It looked.... injured? How did a ball of slime get hurt? Sighing, Ava flicked her hand, shutting the door with magic before approaching the poor thing.
Fine, maybe this one wasn't so bad.
Alice
Alice leapt from her spot on the stairs, arms out to catch the slime she intended to land on. All that followed was a loud shriek as she fell right on her face. Ouch.
Kadali
Kadali perched by the cafeteria, net in hand. The second she saw a slime she pounced, net falling on.....
A student. Oh shoot, they looked pretty mad.
Chloe
Chloe wasn't too interested in this fiasco, but hey. Maybe having a tiny ball of adorable slime as a friend wouldn't be too bad.... She just needed to find one that didn't look so eager to tear up everything in its path....
Speaking of, Chloe let out a shriek as she was tripped by a slime, wincing as she fell right onto her back. Ooooooh, why did she even leave her dorm?!
Nimue
Nimue had come by just to re-visit their old school. Now, as a punishment, they found themselves trapped by excited slimes, hand raising in defeat as the wave overcame them.
Cherie
Cherie had visited because, well, lets be real, you couldn't have enough familiars. She was rather surprised when, within seconds, a slime bounced into her open arms. Score!
Sasaki
Saki had been told not to go back to school when the announcement came. She had promised she wouldn't, but... then abruptly pretended like she was going out to play with the neighbors kid. Lieeeeee. She went right back to the school, ready to try her luck. The first thing that happened? A slime bounced into her face and sent her tumbling to the ground. Alas! She would not give up!
Petra
Petra hadn't left her room in days. Transitioning to a new school was hard, and she hadn't appreciated being dropped here. However, when she heard about slimes? Out she went, running to try and find one for herself. Her fate was sealed, however, when she ran over water, slipping and smashing into the fountain.

Fionchaor Gearglas
Fionchaor jogged around the perimeter of the art building, backpack bouncing over his shoulders. He moved in an almost mechanical manner, precisely and efficiently, never missing a step. His eyes regularly swept the path ahead of him as well as the surrounding shrubbery. He held in his left hand a small shovel, and in his right an uncapped bottle. Several more with their caps on rattled around in his bag.
Abruptly Fionchaor came to a halt. Ears perked, he stood listening. His heart beat steadily in his chest, while his breathing came quickly, but not laboured. A lifestyle that involved physical recreation saw to that. Under the sound of his breathing, he heard faint slurp. Inclining his head to the left to face towards the gardens, he searched the brush. He could see nothing, but that did not mean nothing was there. Shovel at the ready, he crept forwards. As he padded over the lawn, silent, the slurping sound resumed, originating from a patch of onions. Within moments he was nearly on top of it.
Suddenly Fionchaor darted out, shovel extended. There was a faint splat as the pan connected with something soft. Fionchaor did not waste a second. He swooped in with the bottle, bringing it together with the end of the shovel. From within the glass a pair of pink eyes surrounded by a green melty body blinked up at him. Disregarding the garbled coo that came from the slime, Fionchaor screwed a lid on and dropped it over his shoulder into his backpack.
One down, several dozen to go.

T'kani stood in the background, having returned to observe the chaos after capturing a slime for herself. She wanted so badly to sketch out the happenings as they were going on, but settled for taking in as much as she could remember for later doodling. There was simply too much going on, and she needed to be mobile in case she ended up being in the way of someone's hunt. Crouching along the ground, she crept up behind him, ears alert and tail flowing behind her slightly above the dirt. She'd just showered that morning, no reason to go dragging her tail through the campus and getting it all filthy again.

Fionchaor Gearglas
With his pack full, Fionchaor slipped it off his shoulders and set it on the ground beside his shovel. A chorus of gurgling and cooing came from within. Indifferent, the elf bent over and drew the zipper closed. The cries turned muffled before falling silent. Shrugging, Fionchaor grabbed one of the straps to heft it over his shoulders.
Then he paused.
It was only a brief pause, one that lasted no more than a second, but he paused nonetheless. For a moment he thought he had heard... foorsteps. Resuming his task, Fionchaor slipped his bag onto his shoulders. He pulled the straps tight so that it would not jostle around too much, and once it was secure, picked up his shovel and set off.
Like before he moved at a brisk pace. He kept his eyes forward, and did not so much as glance behind him. That did not mean he was any less alert though. As he jogged, he put almost all his focus on tuning in to his surroundings, listening for anything out of the ordinary. Footsteps were nothing unusual of course, but such quiet footsteps...
He found what he was looking for. Rounding a corner, Fionchaor counted three heartbeats. Then he whirled around.
Quickly standing up, Cerys changed her tactic. She watched as a few slime came bounding past before her sights set on one who was alone. Carefully approaching it, Cerys put her hand near it's blob of a face, unsure how else to get it's attention. However the slime ignored her and quickly ran off, frightened from the sudden appearance of her hand.
Pallas snickered as she missed catching a single slime out of the group that slid between her legs. "Dang!" she said with a laugh. She'd had to get crafty with this, she supposed. But how? Just then, a slow-moving and vaguely imp-shaped slime landed on her foot and she scooped it up!
Parfait flailed about a bit as she tried to catch a slime. She had seen at least one of her sisters cheering her on, so she would absolutely get one. She just needed to actually catch one... Which was easy when the slime so obligingly slid into her shirt, making her squeal with laughter.
Hadrian tried singing to the nearest slimes to coax it closer, one of the songs that Azure had been trying to teach him how to play on the guitar.
Hadrian continued to croon softly to the slimes as he tried to catch one. He was careful of his claws, not wanting to hurt any of the little things. He was distracted from his thoughts by a group of slimes in a corner so he tried to pin one of them in the corner.
Xanti slid into one of the rooms with a bunch of the slimes in it and wondered how he was going to catch one at all. Maybe he could use his tail. He flicked the end a bit as he contemplated and used it to reach for one.

Hadrian hummed softly as he made to corner the slimes. "Gotcha!" he crowed as he felt his hands close down around a slimy critter. Except when he opened his hands, all that he held was...slime. And not a moving one. Just the slimy bit that got left behind. "Dang."
Xanti didn't think he was getting anywhere using his tail to catch the slimes so he slithered deeper into the room and dove under a desk to grasp at the nearest slime. Only it had evaded his capture! With a huff, he straightened up again and went to look for an easier target. Which he found in the form of a sleepy little naga-shaped slime on one of the desks!
Hadrian laughed as he tried to catch another slime. It wasn't until he lunged that he felt the slime moving in his sleeve from the last time he tried to catch one. "Hey! You're a sneaky one, aren't you?" he chuckled. You'll do fine!"
Luck was still not on Chi's side. Instead of catching a slime, she found herself crashing into a door, much to the teacher of the classrooms anger.
Tobias
Okay, so this entire situation was just too much! When a slime came flying at him, instead of catching it, Tobias ducked, screeching in response.
Yuki
Yet again, another trashcan was thrown, and no slimes were captured. They weren't getting into her office!!!
Willow
So, when you fall right onto a slime you apparently are flung forward, which Willow found out as he tripped over another student.
Sirius
Sirius was sure Deskri would murder him, but.... slimes were cute. He almost stumbled over a group, catching himself by using the wall. This wasn't the plan.
Alice
Alice ducked as a net was, by accident, flung her way! Woah! People were far too excited!
Kadali
Slime hunting had to wait! She was busy being chased by an angry student!
Chloe
Chloe had decided to head back to her room, pausing when a tiny slime bounced up to her feet. Scooping the slime up, she gave it a gentle squeeze, deciding she'd need to clean her room a bit for her new friend.
Nimue
That's it! They were leaving! Things were too chao- oh. Nimue almost tripped over a slime, stumbling to catch themselves before bending over to inspect the creature. Gently, they lifted them, smiling as the slime cooed playfully. Okay, now they could go home with their new friend.
Sasaki
Saki was determined to get a slime, even if she kept missing. If she was going to break the rules then she wanted some sort of compensation for it!
Petra
Petra rubbed her head, lifting herself from her fallen position. As she did so, something from the fountain she fell into rolled off and into her hands. Blinking, she smiled for the first time since she came to the academy. Oh! A slime! Perfect!
