Ghost!Tessiel

Tessiel felt the tug at very deep in his inner core, he felt nothing alike before, his eyes found John's, this was very bad, if John's body were to die then would disappear and he didn't like the idea of failing John.

"What is happening?" John asked, he had his hand on his heart.

"The thief is doing something to your body" it was the best explanation he could offer to the true owner of his vessel.

"Bloody...." They both felt it again that tug, this time it was like tender hug, he looked at John, he knew that he also knew what that meant. Tessiel took John's hand and teleported, they were in a bakery and the thief was there, sitting. Alone and somehow hurt.

"Thief" he called gathering all his hate, making his body visible to everyone in the place, some of the other patrons screamed scared. "Thief!"

Tessiel never imagined seeing John's eyes stare at him with that loneliness.

"Seems like it's time to leave" John's voice sounded so wrong. The thief pulled out a silver pocket and Tessiel inmediatly knew it was his blade, he gasped at the sight and keep still, the thief was a very cunning evil creature. "So long" he said and smashed the clock in the floor, a blue light blinded Tessiel for few seconds, once he opened his eyes, Tessiel noted that the people in the bakery was scared but alive, John wasn't anywhere and neither the thief, and people cannot see him anymore.

"Oh father" he said, he walked outside the bakery, "John?" But there wasn't answer at his calling. He was alone, he failed at protecting John, and he wasn't an angel anymore and the worst, he was trapped in a word that needed his help and he was a humble ghost. "Let John return safely home".

Note: and that's the last you're going to see of Phieth and put Tessiel more or less out of the main events, and Nyung, don't wait anything of him.

Suzareigna turned to one of her companions. She was concentrating on the goings-on with Mustang. Getting to him could be a slight problem until either Hawkeye left his side or the now-reduced-in-rank Colonel went to his room. "We need eyes inside the humans' headquarters. That means someone has to go back and I am the one. I will disguise myself as one of Mustang's trusted aides. Using telepathy to insinuate myself into his sphere of influence will be easy. Those humans' minds are so easy to read and control. I will place a strong barrier around my mind so the only two there capable of detecting me, Serke and Wrath, cannot see through my deception. The homunculus will not recognize me, even if he stares into my eyes like he just did to Mustang. "

The dragon demon princess was confident, but not cocky. Serke would definitely know she has arrived, she knew that but didn't need to alarm her associates."Serke may detect my presence somewhere but he won't find me. I will know if he is probing for me. I have a few tricks up my armored sleeve to throw him off."

And that little feat would require some help from the only stronger telepath she knew. Her mother had made herself scarce since her last encounter with Serke. She sent her mother a telepathic message. "You need to make the enemy believe that there are numerous telepathic dragons lurking in the complex. You are the only one strong enough to keep him occupied and away from me so I can complete my immediate mission." She knew her mother would jump at a chance to get back in there, if only to annoy Serke, even if it was only telepathically.

She needed to make herself look the part, so shr teleported a uniform for a moderately ranked officer to her. It only took a few minutes for her to change and return, looking like one of the military humans. "Kor, you are to protect my Fate kin. Keep Sedhor here. I cannot protect him while on this assignment and Amalia/Novus will have my head if any harm comes to him."

Expecting everyone to do their part, she transported herself into the military complex. She walked confidently up to the guards outside Mustang's office. "I have business with Col Mustang." Controlling their minds was so easy, it was laughable. One of the men opened the door for her. "Colonel, your aide is here."

He stepped aside and Suzareigna entered the office, interjecting a telepathic message to both officers that she was needed. "Colonel, Ma'am, I am here as requested." And it was that easy.

Note- Suzareigna doesn't know what has happened to Tessiel/John/Serke at this point. She has to assume that he is still there helping to control the situation.

DLS had just let Nyung go back to Serke when she got a telepathic message from her daughter. She relished the thought of not having to deal with Serke directly, but still getting under his skin, so to speak. Replying simply to her daughter, the dragon demon queen merely messaged back "Of course, I will help."

Knowing that Suzareigna would be entering the lion's den, so to speak, meant she needed to act quickly. She didn't want to just make them all think there were telepathic dragons there, she waned the real deal. Although putting more of her kind ins harm's way was not really to her liking, she knew this was a war. War meant sacrifices might have to be made. She had already had five such sacrifices, so the next group would have to be volunteers.

She phased out and back home where she could get fresh minds and bodies. DLS didn't want dragons that had already been involved in any way with the missions engaging Wrath and company. She walked into the brigade lounge and there she found her able-bodied telepathic dragons. "I have a mission for twenty volunteers." Every dragon stood up and volunteered as she figured they would, even when they didn't even know the assignment. She chose the twenty who, in human form, would blend in best. All were excellent for the job, some just seemed a better fit, body-shape-wise.

She took the volunteers to a ready room and briefed them. " I am sending you as a diversion to assist Princess Suzareigna. Your job is to spread out and keep your minds only partially cloaked. I want the enemy to sense your presence but not be able to readily find you. "
A lot more technical information was given, but that was done telepathically and individually so each dragon would seamlessly meld into the human ensemble.

She phased seventeen various military uniforms and three civilian outfits for her men. She instructed them to don the clothes; inspected and adjusted their fit. Afterwards, she phased each dragon-soldier to his duty assignment. Some were sent solo, some in groups of two or three. These troops had to blend in with the inhabitants of the military installation. Being telepathic, it was not difficult for each dragon to link to a counterpart and insinuate himself into the regularity of military life.

Once all were in place, DLS sent a telepathic message to her daughter that all was done. The actual details of how she did it were not important for Suzareigna to know just now. If the princess knew that some of her best dragons had volunteered for this assignment, she would be upset. Upset that her mother put them in danger's path, but proud of her dragons.

The dragon queen decided to stick around to watch things, and if necessary, aid in her troops deception. Entering the military base would have brought the enemy to her immediately, even disguised as a normal military grunt; and she didn't need that kind of trouble. So, she positioned herself on the roof of the main building, absorbed as much sunlight as possible and sat invisibly to anyone's eyes.

She did do a quick sweep with her mind and found Wrath. He didn't seem to be in the company of Serke, but that didn't mean he wasn't hovering somewhere. Had she actively searched for him, he would have sensed her presence and that would place everyone else in danger. Now it was sit and wait and hope Suzareigna's mission was a complete success. It had to be for the rest of the mission to succeed.

Note: As far I can remember, the only powers and abilities that Wrath from FMAb were: superspeed, special sight, excelent swormanship and human.
Wrath

Roy Mustang

They have just arrived at the office, Roy wanted to rest after the long hours of craziness in the central command, he changed his uniform, it was battered and bloodied, and for some reason has the insignia from his shoulders taken, fortunately for him, Riza had ready a new uniform for him.

"I still don't like this" He said to Hawkeye meanwhile he replaced his uniform jacket, "Why they don't killed more men? Why only concentrated on me and Bradley?"

"Maybe they only want to put a new Fürer in the office fast" Riza offered, she checked her service gun trying no to look at Roy.

Someone knocked the door. "I asked to be left alone" Roy whispered, Riza's body tensed and quickly prepared her gun but her body language remained calm. "Came in" Roy called at whoever knocked, he was completely presentable in the uniform with the Colonel bars on his shoulders when a female entered the room.

Roy looked at the stranger, he gave a quick glance to Riza who in turn nodded.

"So, you're the leader of the fake soldiers, aren't you?" Roy adjusted his white glove, and before he could said anything more, Riza Hawkeye had her gun in her hand and shoot almost five times, then she graved him and exited troughs the window. It was a good thing they were on the base floor, running in the gardnes was easy, re enter the building was a different matter.

"What that was for?" He asked to Riza.

"Since we don't asked for an aid it was very clear that that creature was going to harm you, and that I won't allow on my watch" She said as she turned the corner.

"my, my... you're becoming soft" Roy followed her with a smile in his face, that tiny voice urged him to alert the others and get ride of the fake soldiers. But how? if that woman entered without facing problems then they were screwed.

"There must be more of them, we need to alert the Fürer" Roy whispered at the sight of a couple of soldiers. They both take cover ducking under a bush.

"No time for that, we need reinforcement quickly." Roy can tell that she was calculating all the possibilities they had "Time to make that call, sir"

Roy knew who she wanted to call,he wanted to keep them outside this, they had earned that, and beside he didn't know if they still keep in touch with each other.

"All right" To protect Amestris, he'll do whatever was needed. Well yes that's a good reason, keep the Fürer safe from those who want to kill him. that voice whispered in his head.

"Follow me" Surprisingly Risa lead on a hidden pathway that get them outside the Central Command in time record. "We can't risk to get trapped by those fake soldiers, we need to surprise them and turn their planes against them"

"The best way to save him is to bring to the field the most unpredictable players" They both sprint to a nearer building avoiding their own men, they ran as fast as they could under the falling shadows of the evening as their cover until they found a bar.

"We need to use your telephone" Riza Hawkeye demanded at the owner of the almost empty place.

Dan Evans dropped the glass he was cleaning at the sight of the Fürer, the hero of Ishval, the homunculus killer, the flame alchemist, inside his humble bar. His costumers were surprised as he was and nobody dared to move a muscle or whisper a sound, even when the famous Riza Hawkeye walked and demanded again. "where is the telephone landline?" Dan Evans used his finger to point where the little phone was.

"This is Major Riza Hawkeye, I want a direct call to the Elric house in Resembol, hurry"

But Dan Evans was not a fool, he knew by heart the ranks of the army like everyone in Amestris and seeing the Fürer Roy Mustang in a Colonel uniform was disconcerting, with not possible clue at what was happening. And he didn't like the possibilities that were jumping at his mind.

Kor watched on the screens the failure that was Suzi's brief attempt to infiltrate Central Command to keep an eye on the brainwashed Fuhrer Mustang. After Hawkeye and Mustang fleed the area, Kor used his Instant Transmission to teleport next to Suzi.

Kor: "Well it seemed your lone wolf act ended in a spectacular failure. Now they will be more alert than they were before. Well anyways no worries, let's return back to base and work on a strategy to enact as a group this time, ok?"

Kor returned to base and waited for Suzi to return after him. She did so shortly after he did.

Brigadier General Alex Louis Armstrong, a.k.a. the Strong Arm Alchemist, had received his orders from Fuhrer Mustang to go retrieve the Elrics. Their phone call had ended about maybe 15 or 20 minutes ago and now him and his soldiers were headed to retrieve the Elric brothers. It seemed that things were about to get interesting again after such a long time of peace. The Homunculi it appeared had returned after having been defeated about a decade earlier. Unfortunately that meant that war was probably about to erupt once again in the land of Amestris. Well hopefully if they were lucky they'd be able to stop it from happening.

They were driving down a dirt road halfway in between the site of the wreckage and the next town. When they got to the next town, they'd stop to refuel their cars and make a call to the Elrics to let them know in advance that they were on their way to pick them up.

Brigadier General Alex Armstrong: "Captain Ross, when we get to the next stop we'll stop to refuel and make a call to the Elric brothers to let them know we're coming to get them. Also I guess we can let everyone else take a break too."

Captain Ross: "YES SIR!"

With his orders given, Alex's thought drifted off to the events of a decade ago when they fought against the Homunculi and the entire country had almost been successfully sacrificed to grant godhood to the one known as Father. If it hadn't been for Hohenheim's Reverse Transmutation Circle, then the entire country would have been sacrificed for him to obtain godhood.

DLS watched from atop the roof of Central Command as Mustang and Hawkeye fled the complex and ran off to the city and into the bar. She signed and said to herself, "That was a total ********. Wrath and Serke have those two brainwashed really well. If my daughter cannot break through it while they are awake, it's pretty bad. Seems a bit more strategy is needed. Let's just hope we don't have to kill off any of them in the process of taking down Wrath. I would hate to do that, but it is a war.:

Still having enough sunlight absorbed to remain invisible, the dragon demon queen flew down and followed the humans to he little bar. She remained outside and listened to the conversation. The female officer was making a primitive phone call ordering someone to activate the Elric Brothers. Well that was one less obstacle for the allies to tackle. Let the humans bring the Elrics to them. Perhaps Aegil would have better luck getting through to them.

DLS flew back to the Central Command and sat on the roof. She used her telepathy to contact her dragons. She sent a message to them where the caverns were and ordered them to retreat there for further instructions. At the same time, she felt Kor enter the complex. He was joining Suzi in the now vacant office. She listened in as Kor was telling her to go back to the caves. The dragon princess's mood was not good, but the queen knew her daughter was going to strategically retreat- again. And this time, she was going to be in a rotten mood when she got there. All hell was about to break loose.

When Mustang and Hawkeye reacted to her entry with disdain and alarm, Suzareigna was alarmed. She didn't show it on the outside and remained calm. When they accused her of being the leader of the "fake soldiers" she didn't answer. She didn't have much time to before Hawkeye started firing several shots at her. Fortunately her barrier held and the bullets were deflected away from her body. When the two humans jumped out the window, Suzi started to follow but then Kor arrived and stopped her.

"Lone Wolf act, Kor? You son of a b***h! You specifically asked me to get down here and use my telepathy on Mustang and the others. And just so you know, I am not alone. But you didn't bother to check that out, did you? Well, it seems we got ******** again. Now, we do have to go regroup. I only hope my watcher outside can keep tabs on where those two went and will report back to us. Let's go."

Suzareigna was pissed, and she never let her anger show before. But now, she had just about had it with this whole operation."Kor, get your a** back to the caves. I will be there in about 2 minutes. I need to check with my watcher and give her orders." With that, Suzi phased out and onto the roof next to her mother.

The two female royal dragons stood staring at each other. Suzi spoke first, "I swear, if there is any more interference from anyone again, I am just going to take my brother, our troops and leave. Then you can do what you intended all along. I am sick and tired of dealing with those fools. These humans are not worth saving and the undead creatures should just be sent back to the hell from which they were spawned." She glared in the direction of the town where she telepathically located Mustang. "I know you brought more dragons here. Please take them to the caves and meet me there."

The Elric Bro

RESEMBOOL

As the evening was refreshing in the rural town of Resembool, Winry Elric put down her screwdriver to see finished her new work, a little tiny piece that will improve the mobility in her new automail models.

"Where are they?" she asked at the air, but old Den opened her eyes as a way to answer her question. Winry pet her old friend. "If they make me wait any longer I..." She said to the black sleepy dog.

"And there she is" Winry smiled happy, she stood up and jump at Alphonse.

"Mommy mommy" her tow children chorused happy, on running around Alphonse the other on her father's shoulders.

"So happy to see me again" Al laughed with her sister-in-law in his arms.

"Al, when you get back?" She asked

"I was on my way to Central City but I wanted to see my favourites nephews" Al said

"Don't tell me you bring another cat?" Edward faked sadness, but happy to see his younger brother.

"Brother...!" Alphonse blushed at that. "I.... how did you"

"The cat" Winry ordered to pull the poor kitten out his coat and Alphonse did with a hint of shame. "Aww this one is adorable"

"Neko-chan!" chorused the children again.

The bells of their telephone sounded suddenly. "I wonder who is it" Winry went quickly to answer the telephone, the children seemed more focused on Al than everything else.

"I found a new book of advanced Alkahestry" Al whispered to his brother.

"Amazing" He whispered back.

"odd" Winry returned back shortly "it was a soldier claming that Brigadier General Alex Louis Armstrong is coming to visit us"

"Brigadier General Alex Louis Armstrong!!" both brothers exclaimed in surprise, it has been like years since they were in contact with the army. And even when they remained as good friends, they didn't pay friendly visits anymore.

Suzareigna phased out and back to the communications center in the caves. Her staff knew that body language from the moment she reappeared. Everyone remained silent and paid attention to their duty stations. Suzareigna paced back and forth for several minutes until she was able to calm herself down and maintain her usual composure. She was still fuming over what Kor had said to her and she knew she wasn't exactly polite to her mother. She hadn't lost it like this with an officer since, well, she didn't want to go there. Let's just say, the last time someone got her this riled up, he got turned into a pile of ashes.

Now that she was back to her usual military self, she turned to the officer monitoring the goings-on in the city."I want you to keep a close eye on the humans called Mustang and Hawkeye. If they go anywhere other than the Central Command, I want to know immediately." Then she spoke to another officer "The Elrics have been contacted and should be arriving soon. As soon as they are in the city, I need to know. They cannot be allowed inside the Central Command building before either the Queen or I have intercepted them. IS THAT CLEAR?"

The young dragon at the communications console never let his eyes wander from the screen. "Yes Ma'am. I have located the Elric's. The younger brother has just arrived at the older one's home. I intercepted a primitive phone message that they are expecting a visit from a General Armstrong."

The dragon princess nodded. "That's what I expected. Keep a close eye and ear on what happens. Let me know as soon as they leave for the city."

She turned to Sedhor who was still sitting across the room. "I can hardly wait for Aegil to get here. We have a lot to discuss. I believe it is time for you Fates to start taking a more active role in what's going on here."

Thinking of the events in Mustang's office, Suzareigna realized that she could not go back into the fray appearing in her usual human form. A makeover was needed. She had given orders, and now she needed to return to her quarters and do just that. "When the Queen returns, request she join me in my quarters. Until then, unless the situation changes, do not bother me."

After DLS rounded up all her dragons from the various parts of the military compound, she phased them to the caves along with herself. It was crowded in the communications center, so she had one of the officers direct the newcomers to the mess and then to quarters. Looking at the monitors, she realized that her daughter had already given some orders that she would have issued- keep track of Mustang and the Elrics. "So, is there any update on the Elrics?" A simple, "No Ma'am" was all she needed. She could see that Mustang and Hawkeye were still at the little shop they had entered after leaving their office at Central Command. She was a bit amused that they thought they could feel safer there than in their own compound. Maybe being among so many humans made them feel that way. The fools. Well, let them have their folly for now, it won't last long.

Just then, a dragon assigned as Suzareigna's aide approached DLS, "Your Majesty. The Princess has requested that you join her in her quarters as soon as possible." DLS nodded and the officer left her side.

If Suzi needed her mother in her quarters, something was up and the dragon demon queen wasted no time seeing what that was. She was satisfied that her troops were doing all that was necessary and made haste to her daughter. She didn't knock, just walked in and got a surprise. She fully expected to see her daughter but not exactly how she saw her. Instead of the same human form that Suzi had been sporting, there stood a light-skinned female with sun-bleached blonde hair, crystal-blue eyes. She was the same height but her facial features were more in line with those of a native Amestian, "So, is this your latest way of insinuating yourself into Central Command? I must say, you do look quite different. If I didn't have a mother's sense, I would never know you were my daughter."

Taking her daughter by the hand, the two royals walk out to the command center and show off the "new" princess.

Suzareigna's temporary new look:

Aegil: The Magician, Number I

Aegil was quiet when he arrived, sitting himself next to his brother Sedhor and settling into thought for a bit. It was best not to approach DLS without a plan of his own, an idea. And granted, he had a few, but most involved the usage of a very particular ability. One that he was not intending to use lightly, given the failure's consequences should the unlikely happen and he miscalculate by even a tenth of a percent. Though, it would be the quickest solution, as he wouldn't have to deal with certain time restraints.

Regardless, the Magician thought quietly as the group slowly reassembled.

Amalia: The Fool, Number 0 / Novus: The World, Number XXI

Amalia was asleep, still, having been put to bed for a while by now. The girl was holding her stuffed bear tightly to her little body, and the guard who came to check in on her would later remark how peaceful she looked. Cute too, but it was hard to dispute the innocent girl's natural cute-charm. She was, as far as 'the Fool' went, a small child at the moment. Though soon enough that was liable to change yet again. When it was time for war..

User Image

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Sedhor had fallen asleep as well, his head hung low as he had his arms crossed over his chest. He had grown bored of waiting, and not wanting to accidentally injure any dragons by sparring them, as he was in quite a violent mood, he had opted to calm down by sitting and resting. NOw though he would need an awakening to get off the chair.

User Image

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

Harbinger sat in the not-cave base for now, having his clothing being repaired while he waited. Instead of that, he was wearing a rather more simple cloth robe, seeing as he hadn't brought his spare change with him, and glanced around. "Draco, I don't suppose you're still within earshot are you?"

As Suzareigna reentered the control room, she was glad to see Aegil has finally arrived. She smiled when she saw Sedhor napping. It was good that he was getting some rest and no pacing or otherwise seething about something. She caught a glimpse of his thoughts and couldn't help by comment. “Sedhor, the dragons would have loved to spar with you. And you needn't worry about hurting them. They would have worried about hurting you, and therefore gaining the wrath of me or, worse, Amalia.”

She couldn't help but show off her new form. “So Kor, when I return to the human's military headquearters, they will not recognize me. And trust me when I say that whether Wrath is there or no, no one, and I do mean no one will be able to read anything from my mind other than what I have decided my purpose is there. I, on the other hand, will be able to start projecting my thoughts again. But, since Mustang and Hawkeye have been so thoroughly brainwashed by Wrath or Serke, I know that in their waking state, I cannot touch their minds. I must wait until they are asleep.”

Next she walked over and stood directly in front of Aegil. “I see you are calculating various scenarios and the percentages of success. Perhaps it is time we toss aside any plans that have a low percentage of working, no matter how they might somehow gain us a minute advantage. This mission is taking far too long and we have lost too many of our men, and too many civilians have been killed needlessly. If you do have a plan that is more potent, please share it with us. We can discuss your plan and perhaps work something we have been planning with it.” She took a breath to let her words sink in. After a few long moments she continued. “I know you are aware that we dragon demons have had just about enough of these games and want a swift conclusion. Mother has stated on more than one occasion that had Kor and his friends not arrived or all of you, my family of Fates, this whole mess would have been over and done with long ago. There would have been no senseless loss of innocent lives and we wouldn't be here with our thumbs up our ….” The princess warrior was cut off when a strong hand clasped her shoulder. She turned to see her Mother standing there, a stern look on her face.

Meanwhile, out in the far reaches of the planet, inside a carefully concealed outpost, Harbinger was seeming to be a big on edge. He called out for Draco, wondering if he was alone in this desolate place.

"I'm right here, Harbinger. I was merely getting us something to eat. Once you had rested and I heard you rustling in here, I prepared our meal. I believe this is more fitting ,men of our station for a first meal of the day." Draco presented a tray with two plates on it. Upon those plates were omelets made with goose eggs (someone must have phased out to get those) that were stuffed with smoked salmon, caviar and a bit of creme fraiche. Beside the omelets were two sets of triangular cut toasted bread, slightly buttered and a cup on orange marmalade. For beverage, Harbinger had mentioned something about living a special kind of tea, so a pot of that tea was presented along with two cups and adequate sugar cubes and cream. Draco set the tray down on the table. If Dakra did anything right, it was supplying them with royal-appropriate furniture in this outpost. "So, why don;t we sit, have some food and you can tell me what you wanted me for."

Kor thought to himself how things needed to change. They needed to work together better. Sure the Fates and Kor got along well and were able to work together well as a team, but the dragon demons kept going off and trying to handle things all by themselves. That wouldn't work. He knew he'd have to mention that to them and hopefully get it thru their thick skulls that team work was absolutely necessary if they were to be successful in their plans to stop Reaper and his forces from doing whatever Reaper's group was planning. And when Suzi and her mother returned he did exactly just that.

Kor: "I'm not sure if your guise was the issue last time. It seems that Mustang and the others know the names and faces of their fellow soldiers within Central Command and if that is the case then I don't think your guise will work with them no matter how much you change it. It might fool some of the lesser officers, but Mustang and Hawkeye picked you out pretty quickly last time. Also I don't think you should be going off on your own again. We need to work together to accomplish our goal or else I think we'll just fail time after time until we do something different and finally work together."

DLS calmed her daughter down with just a hand on her shoulder. She listened as Kor made his little speech about Suzi going off before and now changing her looks. Walking over to Kor and the Fates, she pulled him aside to speak more privately. What she had to say didn't need to be heard by the keen ears of her dragon comrades. “Kor, you really are dense. Of course Hawkeye and Mustang know all the upper echelon officers at Central Command . But they don't know all the officers on the outlying areas. And Suzi didn't go in as an officer, she went in as an aide. It was her face they recognized. Her intent was not to even go near them this time. She was merely planning on becoming office staff. And that would get her close enough to keep an eye on things. But of course, you just made assumptions, like you always do. And that is why we dragon demons don't play well with you. It's not that we aren't team players. Take a look around and see how our team operates. We run a smooth operation, everyone knows what to do and don't get upset if someone has the initiative to step up and make suggestion. If Suzi or I think something should be done and there is someone better than us to do it, then that someone else knows to do it. That's the way a well-organized unit works. “

The dragon queen was losing patience with Kor, but she needed to keep things fairly civil. “Now, for once, why don't you stop trying to run everything, make suggestions which are carried out exactly as you wanted, and then get upset when things don't go exactly as planned.” She sighed and turned to her brother Fates.

“Aegil, I must agree with my daughter on one point. You are the oldest, wisest and most calculating of all the Fates. Since it was not to be that I take care of matters from day one, before all of you arrived, then another plan is needed. In my opinion, the Elrics are going to be trouble. Getting them as allies is going to take some cunning. Those two are tied by blood to one another and by more than friendship to Mustang. They have no love at all for Wrath, but their minds will be taken over if they are not somehow 'conditioned' so as not to be brainwashed like Mustang and the others have been. You know that means we have to intercept them, somehow, before they get to Central Command. With the one called Armstrong with them, it will take more than just Suzi and myself to pull that off. So, big brother, do you have a plan or shall I allow my statagist daughter to devise some plot?”

If Kor wanted them all to play nicely as a team, that was fine, as long as the Fates, namely Aegil, was the team leader and Kor was relegated to the back lines.
