Kiera frowned. "I'm sorry I made you feel this way. There is just so much work to do, that it's hard to fit it into one day. I would be with you more often otherwise." She coughed, wiped her forehead then carried on. "I must have made myself pretty untrustworthy... I'm sorry, Shortstraw."
"I'll answer it, father. Go sit down. You know you have a bad cold." Comet soon appeared at the door and upon opening it, her expression remained as dull, even though she was surprised to see this girl here. "Unfortunately we meet again, it seems." She looked to the floor then behind her. "Please come inside." She invited. Comet then walked to the bottom of the grand stairs. "CRESSEDA." She shouted, then looked back to the man who was in a wheelchair beside the large doors leading to the parlour. "Excuse us, we weren't expecting company. Your client should be with us shortly." Comet quickly made her way over to the man and put a wet towel over his forehead. "Comet..? Who was at the door?" Comet dabbed his forehead carefully. "Cresseda's demon, father. She mentioned something about supplies last time I talked with her."
The girl suddenly stopped hugging him and sat on his belly with wide eyes. "Oh! But you musn't tell anyone I'm here!" He looked to her, confused. And probably more relaxed than he should be. "But why?" The girl giggled and smiled. "Because I'm a secret silly! If you can see me then that means your family will be able to see me too. I'd like to remain a secret please." She gave him a contented smile with her hand held out. "The name's Hana. Nice ta' finally meet'cha!"

*Shortstraw gave a shie, "that last time really did get to me. I wont lie. It scared the s**t out of me, i wasn't even sure i was going to live past that day. Not sure i can take another thing like that is all i'm saying." He looked to her, "i know things get complicated somtimes, expechally with all this politics and stuff, i just hope you dont go to far. I love you more then anyone," he smerked, "but you scare the crap out of somtimes you know." He finished his stackand sat back, streaching. "I know the past is the past but, it's what makes us who we are somtimes too. That and i was reminded with a dream earlyer that keeps ringing in my head. Sorry." He chukkled.
Meanwhile Veria blinked, "so you are my latest clients other. I had figured as such." She smerked, "anyways yes i have brought what is required of my end of the deal." She stood there however and looked for Cresseda. Surly, she even learned much by just coming here. However she could sense somthing... "wait..." she glared int he direction of the parlor, "i smell somthing..." she sniffed the air, "sickining..." she smerked thinking of going to take a look.

Kiera nodded and stopped writing. "I suppose there's no point trying to keep telling you that there was little to nothing I could do about what happened. Neither me or Evelyn." She shook her head and lined up a few papers, sliding them into a file. "Because you still seem to think that it was my fault." She shrugged, standing up and walking over to a shelf of files where she carefully placed the one she had. "I grew up with it, my past is how it is. But my past does not define me, just please remember that."
Comet looked calmly to Veira. "Please keep your hands to yourself. Or your nose for that matter. Be respectful to my home." The man slowly stood from his wheelchair. "Ah, so it must be miss Veira then." He smiled through squinting eyes. "A pleasure to meet you, miss." Cresseda came flying down the stairs. "I told you not to shout like I'm some dog." Comet looked blankly to Cresseda. "Well you're a b***h, so I thought it only appropriate." The man quickly ushered Comet and himself into the parlour, fearing Cresseda would pounce on Comet there and then.
Dante suddenly smiled, and took her hand to shake. "You already know who I am.." Hana grinned and nodded enthusiastically. "I sure do! You're the prince of Yokai! I've been watching you for ages! I was afraid you wouldn't be able to see me!" Dante sat up slowly so she slid to sit on his lap. "Why were you looking for me?" Hana smiled. "Because a man told me that you'd be able to see me." "Why can't anyone see you?" Hana hopped to her feet and did a little twirl in her plain white dress. "I'm stuck in limbo.. Half here, half not. You can see me because of well.. reasons." She blushed a little and brought her finger to her mouth. Dante stared, fascinated as this girl was as jumpy and fun as he was if not more. "You're a ghost then?" Hana shook her head putting her hands behind her back. "If I were a ghost, I wouldn't have been able to hug you, silly! I'm solid-" She smacked her own chest with a giggle as if it were proof. "-, but only to certain people."

*Shortstraw nodded with a smile, "i know and i'm proud of that. Ever since things have been much better. I only had that dream is all, only reasion i brought it up. I thought maybe if i talked about it, it wouldn't bother me as much. Maybe help me forget about it." he nodded, "and i do feel better." He chukkled, "Sooo what else you need me to help with?"
meanwhile Veria gave a nod as the man was taken back tot he parlor. "yes... greetings..." she looked to Cresseda, "i have come with what you asked for..." she looked back to the parlor, "but it seems i can offer ever so much more." She shrugged and held up a finger, "anyways!~" she replied cheerfully, "your van is outside, all fixed up and redy to go. All the new funtions are on the complexity sheet and instructions." She explained pulled a rather large thick book and putting it in cressedas hands. "And the supplize are in it." She handed her the keys to the van, "and finally last but not least your assistant." She stepped back and held out her hand with a evil smerk, suddenly a small girl appeared. "This is one of my demons, Cassy. She comes equiped with a little girls form, and a teenaged form. She has agreed to my spechal terms of assisting you. And being she's a demon she will defently be helpful with her abilitys in times of hardship or quick need." She patted the demons head, "however there is one small problem with having a demon on you side i will worn you. You gain alot, but she will need to feed when here in the land of the living, so she may wonder off when not working with you to eat from time to time. And one of my varyious rules are that she is to make no other deals others and only help you. So theres no need to think she will turn on you either." She finally smiled, "anything i missed?"

Kiera smiled back over to him as she got a smaller stack and placed it in front of him. "It's just this and another stack for me to do and then I think I'm done for the day." She went and sat back down again at the desk. "What day were we planning to have that fair, by the way? I need to know so that I could get my work done early for that day."
Cresseda's shocked face said it all. "I can't believe you actually got it all.." She looked with wide eyes down to the assistant. "Even that.." Comet soon came to Cresseda's side again. "Was it worth the betrayal?" Cresseda glared at Comet as she handed her the keys to the new van. "I got us some things, be grateful you a*****e." Comet didn't respond or every react as she took the keys, fondled them a little in her hands and walked away again without even looking at Veira. "I'm not getting involved." Cresseda's eyes followed Comet out spitefully. "Yeah, because you're fathers favourite."
Dante continued to stare. "How are you stuck in limbo and you're not a ghost?" Hana fumbled her fingers together. "Hmm... Someone told me that it was something to do with the fact that I.. was born strangely. They said someone went back in time to make sure I wasn't born, but something went wrong in the time rift, and so I'm only half here." Dante still didn't understand why it was only him and his family who could see her, although they hadn't actually proved that point. Dante hopped to his feet. "Why do you wanna stay secret?" Hana giggled at him. "You like asking a lotta questions, don't you? Well I guess I only want you to know about me at the moment. So from now on... can we meet here everyday?" She suddenly shifted into her wolf form and bounced around playfully. "Please please please please please?!" Dante laughed. "Sure, if I can sneak away every morning." Hana barked and howled happily. He then shifted into his wolf form also and started to chase her around.

*Shortstraw nodded, "I have it set up for a week from now. That way we have tim eto prepair." He chukkled, "and not have as many oopys. We still have to get ourselves on board with somthing to persent." He thought a moment, "i could sing on stage." He smerked.
Meanwhile Veria giggled, " ahh one of those sorta situations. Always fun arn't they." She winked, "let me know if you need anything else." She turned to walk out before turning back, "also thankyou for inviting me in." Thats right she was now able to enter the house whenever she felt need, thanks to be let in once. Veria walked out side and closed the door carfully looking up at the sky, "ahhh a nice day out, think i'll walk home."
At this point cassy looked up to the women. "For the record my name isn't cassy. Thats the name the princess told me i have to follow." She replied as she glared, "so tell me how things work. I need to understand what my job is exacly in more detail then the princess gave me." And that was that, the deal was compleat and veria walked home happily. "Now all i need to do is get one last thing done and i'm alll set."

Kiera put her forehead gently against the desk in submission. "Please, please no. Don't sing." She couldn't help but laugh a little. "That'd be as bad as me singing." She looked up, still laughing. "Maybe we could do a duet, jesus that'd be hilarious."
Cresseda put her hand on her hip and chuckled. "Another demon, eh. I guess that's the perks of having a deal with a demoness." Rat suddenly appeared at her side. "So this is that amazing assistant you were gonna get for us?" He looked sceptical, staring down at the girl. "Let me dissect her..." Cresseda slapped him. "No dissecting. We're using this girl to help out. We also have a new van and stuff. Get the others, we're going to our next town. There, we'll show the newbies and this demon the ropes." Rat snickered. "Gladly..." He disappeared.
Hana and Dante played for hours. Dante was gone for hours. It was so fun being with another of Dante's kind, and he could relate to this girl so well. She was like a girl version of him, and they just worked. When it came the time for Dante to go back to the castle, Hana sat in front of him, whining. "I don't want you to go yet.. I'll be alone.." Dante barked. "Come to the castle then!" Hana shook her large wolfy head. "I don't want them to see me. Most of them won't be able to anyway." Dante whined also. "... I'll definitely see you tomorrow, then. I promise!" She gave a playful growl before standing up and nipping his flank. "You better, I'll be waiting! We made a wolf pact!" They both barked to each other before Dante ran as fast as he could to get back to the castle. Hana watched him carefully. "He's everything I wished he would be.." Dante came running through the front doors out of breath. "I'M HUNGRY." He announced.

*Soflora was sitting sadly in the kitchen, as lilly was just starting to cook dinner this time, though both were really happy to see him, and both basicly gave him a hug at the same time. Solfora didn't say anything but lilly had, "good to have you back." She chukkled and let go, "i'll give you what i got but i'm just starting to cook." She chukkled and tunred back to cooking. However soflora was still latched to him. "I was worryed." She whsipered to him over his shoulder in a sad voice.
Meanwhile cassy looked to Rat with a smerk, "i rather disect you. Naw on your arms and legs, feast on your soul... and just so you know, you can't desect a demon." She looked to the women with a smile, "we dont really have much to disect." She smerked showing her demon teeth, "maybe this will be more enjoyable then it sounded. The princess said that it would be somthing i would love doing becuse it would have a connection to me." She turned, "you lead... boss."

Dante was surprised although hugged her back. "I wasn't gone for very long... was I?" Kiiro sat at the table carefully with her hands on her lap. "You were gone for hours, mister Dante..." Dante's eyes widened. "Really? It didn't feel that long." He smiled. "Well I'm back now and all I've eaten today is a deer." Kiiro was still unsteady, but kept to herself about Dante's emotions. "You've been in the woods all this time?" Dante nodded and blinked a few times. "Yeah, why?" Kiiro shook her head and turned her head away. "No reason." Evelyn suddenly appeared awkwardly on the stairs, falling over onto her side, and looked muddy and a little torn. "s**t." She slowly picked herself up so that she wouldn't fall down the stairs and quickly stumbled up the stairs. Kiiro turned her head only slightly, knowing her sister was home, however didn't move from her spot.

*Shortstraw chukkled, "oh i think that would be fun. No one said we had to be good at it." He laughed, "just that we try it." He nodded, before hearing a sudden bump sound. He looked to the clock, "we spent almost the entire day in here. I bet it's dinner time." He nodded and got up, "i'll go check see if it's ready, if so i'll bring you a plate." He gave her a quick kiss and headed to the sound, looking to investigate. He also hope he might find evelyn downstairs somewhere. He wanted that advice.*
meanwhile Solfora nodded, "you left this morning with only the words i'm going to th woods." She hugged tighter, "and you weren't yourself and i was afrade, and i wasn't sure you would come home." She let go and looked to him with a sadden face as if to cry, "is everything okay donte? Do we need to have a talk? Is there somthing i'm missing or done wrong?"

Once Shortstraw left Kiera stop writing for a small moment as she looked to the door. "What have you done now, Evelyn." She sighed angrily and carried on, eager to get the stack done before she was tired. Well, she was already tired, but too tired to function.
Dante looked to her with a frown. "Didn't I tell you to stop blaming yourself for the stuff I do? I'm fine Soflora, really." He smiled then hugged her again. "I told you already that you never do anything wrong. I just wanted to go to the woods today, it was a wolf thing. I needed the air for a while. Like a nature call or something." Kiiro turned her head to Dante. Yeah, she wasn't so convinced. Even though Dante was fine on the outside, Dante's flame was still the same as when he left in the morning. Something was wrong, but she wasn't as brave as Soflora and she was too timid to confront him about it. "Of course I'd come home."
Evelyn sat behind the door of the room that was originally left for her and Kiiro, even though they didn't need it. She shifted into her cat form, and shook all the dirt off her. "My beautiful fur..." She whined, licking her fur clean before she'd find herself presentable.

*Shortstraw just missed evelyn as he headed down stairs, "hmm... guess it was just someone falling downt he stairs again." He chukkled to himself as he came down into the kitchen, "hows dinner coming?" Lilly shied, "the one time i cook a few minets late everyone shows up." She mumbled sturring some soup.
Meanwhile Soflora nodded, "You just didn't seem yourself i was worryed is all." She smiled to him then kissed his cheek, "a wolf thing? Well i guess thats the same as a bat thing." She giggled, "oh and i warmed your seat for you." She nodded, "and I bought us a new moive to watch!" She announced happily, even though she wasn't as happy still, she was happy enough to see donte, and know she didn't do anything wrong. After all, he was everything to her now.
Meanwhile shortstraw was now in the background looking around the living room, "hmm." He replied as he headed back thorugh the kitchen, kiiro have you se... heard your sister latly, i been meaning to talk with her about some stuff." He asked head to the counter where lilly handed him two plates, then turned to put dontes starting plate down.

Kiiro turned her head to the table. "Onee-chan is in one of the bedrooms. She.. just came home." Kiiro pointed upwards although still had her face turned towards the table. "In the bedroom directly above." She informed. Dante grinned. "Awesome! Lets watch it tonight!" As he sat down he looked to Kiiro. "Do you wanna too?" Kiiro shook her head slowly. "No mister Dante... but thank you for the offer.." Dante shrugged the decline off as he looked happily to the food. Kiiro slowly slid off her chair. "Please excuse me." She dragged her hand across the wall as she left the kitchen and trailed into a completely different room entirely.

*Shortstraw nodded, "thanks." He however noticed her actions. He wondered if evelyn was really that harsh on her or somthing. He knew it wasn't his buisness but... hey he had a thing for kids, expechally little girls. He noded to lilly and headed up stairs. with two plates in his hands he went to keria first setting the plates down, "here you go, i went ahead and had your plate stacked for you." He smerked as it was a bit more then his as he put his down, "and i'll be right back." He handed her a napkin just in case and slipped out again. Room directly above, that was... evelyns room? he never thought he would find her in there. He knocked, "evelyn you in there? Just wanted some advice, i fyour buisy i'll talk to you later or somthing." he offered as he lisened.

Evelyn called from inside the room. "Come in, I'm not busy." She said as she shifted back into her now more orderly human form. She got up from the bed which had never been used and walked over to the window where she was to be found when Shortstraw came in. "Advice? You haven't asked that from me for a while." She said as she opened the window.
Kiera rose an eyebrow at her stack of food and he equalized both of their food so they would be eating the same amount. She smiled as she finished off a piece of paper, put it aside and moved onto the food. She didn't have much of an appetite, but she'd manage she supposed.
Dante watched Kiiro leave and he scowled. "Everyone's in a bad mood now." He pulled a face as he started his dinner, although he couldn't stuff it into his mouth as he could do with most foods. "I hope it's not 'cause of me."
