Koras nodded shyly, taking deep if shaky breaths as he calmed himself down; he'd thought he'd been prepared, since he knew he'd have to go in the Pokéball for at least a couple of seconds to be properly captured, but apparently he didn't have as good a hold on his fear of enclosed spaces as he thought he did.
Cadaver, meanwhile, was still focused on finding out just what had tossed the Pokéball back to them. He headed behind the dumpster where the arm had come from... or rather, he tried to, but instead he had to jump back, blinking as he stared at the tail that had popped out from behind the dumpster just like the arm had, the appendage swaying slightly as if in warning. "...What the heck?" 'That tail has a stinger on the end... a Drapion? But a Drapion wouldn't be able to hide behind a dumpster, and I'm pretty sure they don't have hands to toss Pokéballs with...'

There was a pause in the tail's movements, shortly followed by the sound of sniffing. After a moment, a human head with spiky dark-green hair joined the Drapion tail in peeking out from behind the dumpster... or at least, it would be human if it weren't for the metallic-looking skin, ridiculously sharp teeth, and the fact that the eyes seemed a little larger than a normal human's. The being looked at the Poffin, then at Lilian, expression unreadable. The tension was high in the alley as Cadaver got ready to fight if need b -
"Just wondering: what flavor that Poffin? Vanilla give gas."
And just like that that, the tension and suspense were slowly and brutally murdered and the carcasses thrown into a raging bonfire. Koras just watched from the sidelines, amused by the being's antics.

The being's eyes brightened at the mention of chocolate, and Cadaver suppressed a groan even as Koras suppressed a blush at Lilian's words. The look on the being's face was disturbingly like Hellion's when the little mouse was around fish. Fortunately, the being seemed to have better control over his food addiction.
The being focused back in on Lilian's words just in time to hear what she was saying and see her transformation. The being nodded happily. "Kay." He then abruptly vanished, tail, head, and all, reappearing in front of the Hybrid Trio.
Needless to say, while Cadaver wasn't phased in the slightest, Koras was more than a little startled by the being's appearance. The being was wearing a black cloak and a black pair of shorts, which did nothing to hide the six-pack abs that denoted the being as male and the shiny skin that covered his entire torso and head. Neither did it do anything to hide the to-scale Jolteon legs or to-scale Rhyperior arm and Darmanitan arm, or the Drapion tail or Salamence wings for that matter. He even had Garchomp-esque claws in place of where the fingers would be on his Rhyperior hand.
"Hi! Chimera is Chimera," he greeted them cheerfully, apparently not realizing that his appearance was startling even to other Pokémon/Human hybrids.

Koras smiled reassuringly to let her know he understood, though the look he was giving Chimera indicated his jealous side was starting to get the better of him.
Chimera seemed rather oblivious to Koras as he answered, absentmindedly stuffing his face between words. "Born this way, yes, yes, grew into it, he get one once DNA stabimilize."
Cadaver stared blankly, but decided not to ask how Chimera was natural or how he knew Koras's DNA was unstable. "So exactly what Pokémon are you - "
"Lucario, Steelix, Feraligatr, Drapion, Golurk, Ferrothorn, Rhyperior, Darmanitan, Glaceon, Salamence, Garchomp, Ariados, Jolteon, Slowking, Absol, Lickilicky, Rampardos, Xatu. More human than other ones."
Cadaver twitched slightly. "How'd you know what - "
"Part Xatu and Absol," Chimera reminded him cheerfully as the boy finished off the Poffins he'd been given. "Add Slowking brain, and Chimera know much."
Cue the skeptical looks from Cadaver and Koras, since the so-called "knowledgeable" boy was speaking in what was barely a step above the way toddlers talked.

Chimera immediately dove into the poffins like a man... Pokémon... thing possessed, the crumbs making a mess all over his face before his extended his Lickitung-sized tongue a little and licked the crumbs off his lips, a blissfully happy look on his face.
Cue the skeptical looks turning to Lilian before Koras just shrugged and took her word for it, smiling as he kissed her on the cheek.
Cadaver then blinked as he realized something and turned to Chimera again. "Wait... what was that last answer to Lilian's questions?"
Chimera blinked, coming out of his own personal chocolate-induced heaven. "He get one once DNA stablizminize?"
Cadaver nodded. "Yes, that. How did you know about that?"
"Part Xatu. Told you already."
"...Right, stupid question. Now: do you know what we need to do to fix him?" Maybe a little insight will help him out.
Chimera nodded, smiling brightly, and recited a single line with surprising clarity. "The Broken One shall reveal the means to reunite the Child of Aria, and the Song and the Dance will become one and banish the Skybound from the First Land."
Cadaver blinked several times at that even as Koras stared at their new hybrid-friend in surprise. "That sounds surprisingly like a prophecy of some sort..."
Chimera just nodded, still smiling cheerfully. "Yes."

"Nope," was all Chimera said. "Egg in vision not hatched yet."
Cadaver grunted. "In that case, the Child of Aria's probably Koras, not his daughter... son... whatever. First Land... Kanto, maybe, since it's the first region ever discovered? The rest, though, I have no ******** clue about... the Song and Dance part seems familiar somehow though..." Cadaver shook his head. "Meh, whatever."
Suddenly a rather sweet scent floated through the alley, causing the Pokémon to bust out of their Pokéballs and making them follow it in a sort of trance. Koras would've followed it too, if Cadaver wasn't holding him back for the moment, and it would similarly affect Lilian if she didn't hold it together.
Chimera snarled, eyes suddenly narrowing at the scent. "The Poisonous One seeks to lure us..." he warned the rest of the group.

Koras blinked as he snapped out of it, wondering what just happened. Shaking his head to clear it, he quickly did a head count... and then paused. He did another head count, then looked around before smacking himself in the forehead.
"Well, thank you Lillian, but since I'm technically dead I'm not really affected by the scent." Cadaver then noticed his friend's palm-to-forehead gesture and looked around. "What's the matter, Koras? Is something wrong?"
Kitsune looked around as well... and then immediately began panicking, turning this way and that, obviously trying to find something.
Chimera quickly noticed the problem. "Where shadow-mouse?"
Cadaver blinked again, looking around once more. Sure enough - no Hellion. "...Well, s**t." If they tried to go after Hellion, they'd be subjecting themselves to the scent and most likely falling prey to it themselves, but if they didn't, who knew what would happen to the poor little dark mouse?
Chimera considered the problem a moment before nodding to himself and slipping out of the bubble. "Chimera go get - part Steel, have immunity. You follow in bubbles if want." With that, Chimera a multicolored blur as he sped off in the direction of the scent with all the speed of a Jolteon.

Koras glanced over at his beloved in concern and took her hand, unknowingly sharing his energy with her.
Soon they came across the source of the scent: an admittedly attractive purple-haired woman, leaning against a Shiny Venusaur and wearing a Team Rocket uniform that didn't leave much to the imagination.
...And in her hands was a terrified-looking stone statue of a familiar Dark/Electric mouse.
The woman seemed more than a little startled when her new prize was snatched out of her hands by a multicolored blur. Her gaze immediately snapped toward the source, watching as Chimera stopped and gently put the statue down and giving him a seductive smile. "Well well, it appears there's one more companion with the pet projects than originally mentioned... and a rather interesting fellow at that. And what, pray tell, would you be?"
Chimera stood calmly and turned to face the woman, obviously unaffected by her charms and the pheromones she was pumping out. He simply pointed to himself. "Chimera." He then pointed at the woman and her Venusaur. "Cannon fodder."
If anything, the obvious Team Rocket member's smile turned even more seductive. "Really? Well, we'll see about that. Aphrodite, Sunny Day, then Solarbeam!" The sunlight quickly got brighter... right before the Venusaur was suddenly in Chimera's face and firing off an instant Solarbeam.
When the Solarbeam was finished, however, Chimera was nowhere in sight, causing the Venusaur to blink in confusion. "...Saur...?"
WHAM!
Within a split second, the Venusaur was sent flying, making a rather impressive crater in the ground. The cause was easy to see: Chimera, Darmanitan hand still blazing from the Fire Punch uppercut he'd performed. He then glanced behind him at the woman, his face expressionless. "Your turn. You want be shaken or thrown?" he asked coolly.
Koras, meanwhile, wasn't really paying attention to the fight, watching the petrified Hellion with more than a little concern.
