Bruce smiled reaching out and grabbing the sweatshirts once he found it. “yeay warmpth. ” he said grinning and sitting up, which awkwardly enough left him straddeling tony’s hips in a very obvious way, He just pretended it didnt happen and instead he raised his hands up, slipping tony’s hoodie over his head and smiling, “it smells like you.” he said with a smile setteling himself back down ontop of his boyfriend, cuddeling him tight. “hi.” he smiling at the proximity of their faces.
His heart raced a little when Bruce sat up, teenage brain /flooding/ with fantasies. He shook his head to remove them. "It does?" Tony laughed, "I really need to do laundry more often."

“in a cute this sweatshirt smells like my boyfriend kind of way, not so much in a, my boyfriend needs to wash his cloths way.” he said kissing him sweetly. “I like it.” he said smiling because the sleeves were too big on him and the sweatshirt was a little too big on him even though him and tony were about the same size height wise, he was a fair bit smaller. but not eating too much could do that to you after a few years of it. Either way he really enjoyed the way that the sweatshirt swallowed him, it made him feel comfortable and warm, the same way tony did.
"Ohhh!" Tony laughed again at the clarification; he was glad to hear that his clothing didn't smell like BO. Bruce was, well to be frank, utterly adorable in his sweatshirt. The 17-year old hugged his boyfriend close. "You can take it home with you and keep it, if you like," he offered. With his walk-in closet full of clothes, /he/ hardly needed it.

Bruce grinned happily, “really?” Bruce almost laughed at the thought of being one of those people who went around wearing their boyfriends cloths. Drowning in their sweatshirts, he oddly enough had no issues with being that kind of boyfriend. “i think id like that.” he said cuddling up closer and relaxing. “best. date. ever.”
Tony grinned and drug his fingers through Bruce's hair again. He rested his head against the ground and shut his eyes, just enjoying the weight of his boyfriend on top of him. He could feel the other teen's chest expand and contract as he breathed softly in and out, as well as the heat of his breath on his neck. It was very calming to just be close to him. As the minutes slowly passed, Tony found himself yawning towards unconsciousness, even though it was a relatively early hour-- at least for him anyway.

Bruce smiled, fingers tracing lazy circles on whatever part of tony’s body they happened ot be laying on, he wasnt really sire at this point. He was overwhelmed with this… elation, the sense of comfort and love and happiness that he hadnt really felt since his mother had been alive, since she had tucked him in, and held him on nights when his father got really bad. That sense of security… he hadn’t found it in anyone else until now. He hummed under his breath, subconsciously singing love songs. God he was so cheesy.
Bruce's humming lulled Tony closer and closer to dreamland, his fingers growing heavy as they continued to tug rows through his boyfriend's curly hair. This really did feel... different this time, he thought to himself. More secure. More... genuine. Like Bruce would actually... be there for him, instead of thinking of him as a burden like his dad and girlfriends had.

Bruce smiled as tony seemingly drifted off, he pressed his lips to his cheek, enjoying the feeling of the slight stubble that lingered there. So close, no matter how far, Couldn’t be much more from the heart, Forever trusting who we are
And nothing else matters…” bruce sang quietly smiling as he noted what seemed to be his boyfriends favorite band. The song actually kindof worked pretty well in correlation to how he actually felt.
Tony's lips formed the beginning of the next stanza almost automatically, his brain keying to the song even though he was half-asleep, "Never opened myself this way... Life is ours, we live it our way..."

Bruce smiled running his fingers over his boyfriend’s arm, singing the next part of the song that he knew… but he wasnt really sure how. “Trust I seek, and I find in you. Every day for us… something new, Open mind, for a different view …And nothing else matters…” he sang realizing he had pretty much picked the perfect song to sing his boyfriend to sleep with. He smiled.
Tony sang along with Bruce until the end of the song, and when they reached it, his eyes fluttered open to look up at his boyfriend, heart fluttering in his chest from the amount of emotion he felt. "I love you. Seriously. You are... so good to me. And probably more than I deserve..." he trailed off, wincing away the start of tears.

Bruce frowned, “hey, stop that.” he said wiping the tear away fron his eye. “stop being mean to my boyfriend!” he exclaimed leaning forward to press their lips together again, “I love you, when you love someone you’re hardly going to be horrible to them are you?” he asked running his thumb over tony’s cheek consolingly. “stop beating yourself up and let yourself be happy.”
It really wasn't so easy as just 'stopping', but Tony chuckled at the way Bruce worded things. "Okay, alright, I'll stop. I just... well, I'm glad you devided to give me a chance," he shrugged with a little smile.

Bruce curled himself closer, it was getting colder out, not to mention his boyfriend was sad and he hated it. “Hey, i get that your not just going to wake up tomorrow and love yourself… dont you think i get that? I mean really who are you talking to here.” he said sighing, “and i dont expect you to just… stop being insecure about things because thats insane, I cant just expect that of you, especially when its not something i do myself.” he said reaching out and running his thumb over tony’s cheek again, “But I’d like you to know, that i guess what i really want is for you to give yourself a chance… at being happy at least. Because if you keep thinking you dont deserve it, you could have everything in the world and you would still be miserable.” he said hoping he had conveyed his point without putting his foot in his mouth, but he never really knew…
The last words struck Tony the hardest, because yeah, most people looked at his situation and /did/ think he had it all. He was rich. He had a nice car. He was smart. He could get any girl he wanted. And despite all that, he couldn't name a time in his 17 years of life that he'd been /happy/. But right now, here with Bruce... well, it was the closest he'd ever come to it. Tony wound his arms around his boyfriend. "I-I'll give it my best shot," he promised.

“Thats all im asking for.” he said kissing his boyfriend happily, he knew he really wasnt someone to be giving lectures on liking yourself… seeing as he was like the poster boy for self hate, and making himself misrable. But apparently he had signed a deal to become the poster boy for being a hypocrate, because he was the first one to ruin his own happiness by piping up and deciding he didnt deserve it in the first place. maybe it would change this time he told himself, he had allready broken so many of his rules, he had no idea why he was still holding back.
Tony smiled and sighed, looking back up at the night sky above them as he cuddled Bruce. "So... when did you want me to take you back home?" he asked. Kidnapping jokes aside, he knew he couldn't keep his boyfriend forever.

“never,” he muttered shivvering a bit, it was cold… “but i should be home before midnight, for the record.” he added, not that he really wanted to go, but he kindof had to.
Tony chuckled at the endearing comment. "Well, it's not midnight yet." He caught the younger teen shiver and proceeded to flip their positions, so Bruce could have the place on the blanket he'd warmed up while his own back faced the elements. He could feel the metal casing of the reactor growing cool as well, creating a light but persistent ache in his chest.

“You’re warm!” he exclaimed happily, “its kinda great.” he said with a laugh, wrapping his arms which still drowned in the sweatshirt around his boyfriend’s back.
Tony smiled and kissed him. "So what'cha wanna do tomorrow? You know, as an encore?" he asked. One thing they'd have to do was cram for the Calc test, but there would be plenty of day left for fun.

“I work tomorrow” he said frowning, “you can come with me though, see if they…processed your application.” he said quickly hoping maybe tony would just agree without knowing what he was saying.
"My what now?" Tony blinked, confused. "Is there a Take-your-boyfriend-to-work Day I don't know about?"

no such luck then, “Um no, i might have sort of had to work today and took the day off to go on a date and told my boss well, that i took the day off to go on a date and so she … might have freaked out googled you, searched your high school transcripts and possibly requested i submit your name on the paid intern list. Which im sure by now you’ve been bumped to the top… just because… you know… you’re smart. Not because you’re a stark. Actually that kindof made her a little annoyed, but um yeah… i guess its… accidentally get your boyfriend a job day.” he said blushing feverishly.
The 17-year old's jaw slacked open, confounded. He didn't know how to feel. Well, that was a lie, he sort of knew how to feel. Definitely gratefulness to Bruce. But what he felt more instead was worry. His gut did a little flip-flop. Tony reached up to rub the back of his head. "I've... I've never had a job before..." he said uncertainly.

“dont worry you’ll work with me so my boss can AWW at our cuteness. Its the best job in the world, all you have to do is build stuff, and do science experiments and clean test tubes.” he said grinning, “its like AP Chem, but without the notes, and you get paid, and get to see me.” he said there really wasnt a downside to this job. At least not that bruce could think of, “Plus you can even choose a mentor that has a ‘promising field of research’ you know, someone who is going somewhere… so your dad wont be all… ‘theoretical Physics is a joke’. Bruce quoted tony’s dad from something he had read before and just now linked the name to the person.
Tony smiled; it didn't sound so bad at all. Actually, it sounded great. You know, as long as he didn't break anything and end up having to replace it. He cuddled Bruce close, nuzzling against him, beginning to get a little excited about it. "If there's a Sweetest Boyfriend of the Year award, I nominate you," he laughed. "Seriously, you're looking out for me. So, um, when do we have to be there?"

oh yeah, the bad part… now he remembered. “six thirty.” he replied under his breath hoping his boyfriend would just… not catch on until later.
Tony couldn't remember if he'd ever gotten up so early on a Sunday in all his life. "Jesus. Good thing I don't sleep anyway," he commented, not even joking.
