Eliza decidedvshe would have to give her friend some fighting tips after today - but for now she had to focus on the fight itself. since it had worked so well the last time she employed once more her new favorite move and tried to club him on the head again

N'mol stepped back, his breathing slightly heavy, as Agrin crumpled to the floor. That was it. The last of them.

"We should drag him out and leave him for the dragons to watch, just in case," N'mol suggested. "I'll handle it. You two begin passing out firestone to the dragons outside. The sooner they get some fire in them, the better. It might be enough to scare off those who aren't as sure that they want to be in the middle of this battle and on the wrong side."

He began to drag the man's body toward the door. The fight had taught N'mol that not all of those on the side of the revolution were as dedicated to the cause as they seemed. When you gathered groups of spiteful, self-absorbed individuals together, you didn't end up with an entirely reliable fighting force. He thought of the Brown and his rider. And some...

The curly-haired Greenrider passed him, easily hauling a bag of firestone over her shoulder. N'mol let her and Eliza pass him first, and then dumped Agrin to the side of the doorway. Tyeth was still gone, for the moment, so he looked around for what dragons were available.

N'mol was distracted from his attempt to locate a viable guard for Agrin.

"Halith will watch him," the rider offered as she returned. N'mol looked up and saw an exceedingly dark Green with a shockingly pale head and neck tilt her head at him. The rider gestured at the doorway and he preceded her into the room, satisfied that Agrin would be taken care of. As they lifted a second round of firestone sacks, she added, "I'm Cetalese of Green Halith. I don't think we had a chance to exchange names. Thank you for coming to Trine's rescue. We appreciate it."

N'mol smiled at her. "Of course we're here. If there's still a chance to save the remaining Weyrs, and there is, Benden will do all it can to help you with whatever riders managed to make it here. Once we've gotten the dragons filled with stone, we can go see to the wounded and make them as strong as possible before we move on next. Is D'lin all right? What happened?"

The man had been absent from the fight and N'mol had missed his presence. He needed to know what he had missed before they made it back to the wounded.

"It's alright, We'll just have to see about getting you some fighting lesson's when this is over with. But I"m pretty sure you got a few good shots in when it really counted ." Eliza teased her friend before they started carting sacks of firestone back and forth. Plexith's demanding rumble had her loading him first.

Once the building was cleared out of firestone and flame thrower's Eliza brushed her hands on her pants and looked around. What were they going to do about all the unconscious people? She supposed they would just have to leave them there - the small group was hardly set up for watching after prisoners and she doubted they could even spare a dragon to do so. If nothing else this little foray had shown them all that the revolutionists were quite dedicated to this little revolt.

"I think that's all of it" Eliza told anyone who might be interested as she came out of the building for the final time and moved to Velath, checking that her riding harness had not been damaged in all of the fighting.

"Go, we'll follow," Cetalese called to Plexith, waving at him as she, too, checked over her riding straps. It would be embarrassing to get through all of the fighting only to slip off of Halith's back and plummet to the ground. She knew Plexith's heart was with his rider, and there were plenty of riders left to watch over things. "D'lin should be updated before we get there. We'll be right behind you."

She would have said it all privately, but while it was a privilege to have Plexith speak to her mind-to-mind-- and she was aware it was a privilege-- she wasn't sure that he would be able to hear her in return if she initiated the conversation. Chances are that he wouldn't.

Thankfully, Halith wasn't a jealous dragon, so she didn't mind the turn Cetalese's thoughts had taken. It would be useful to be able to speak that quickly between us, wouldn't it, Cetalesemine?

Yes, but I am quite happy with just you in my head, Ceta replied as she finished checking her straps and mounted Halith. She watched Tyeth land and N'mol begin strapping sacks of firestone to him. Ask N'mol's Bronze if we may go on ahead to meet our Wingleader while he finishes seeing to his people.

There was a pause as she strapped herself in and Halith bespoke Tyeth, then she stretched out her wings. He says we may go ahead, and Velath if she wishes it. The others will stay here to see to the wounded and help them get equipped with firestone.

All right. Tell Eliza where we're going and then go to where D'lin is. We'll accompany Plexith.

Plexith watched the two greens join him in the sky, canting his head downwards to look at those still on the ground - he did not wish to leave Cepheith and her's especially but the Benden bronze was still there and assuring him that he would make sure the golds returned safely.

'I must go to my rider' Plexith told Cepheith with a small amount of apology in his voice. He had waited as long as he could but he could wait no longer and loaded down with firestone he blinked between.

Upon arrival the dragonriders sought to set up a perimeter, planning to sneak into the Gale Stalker Headquarters and retrieve the firestone and agenothree wands store within for practice sessions. FOr a few minutes this plan seemed to be working well - however upon approaching the building it soon became obvious that the rider's were not alone on the battlefield.

The riders taking the initiative broke into the building before the enemies lurking within could act first. D'lin breaks down the door and attack's Greta who is lurking within along with some of her cohorts.He is quickly followed by Cetalese who attacks Rase & Eliza who attacks Ratha, N'mol throws his lot in with D'lin to help subdue Greta. Kindra throws a blind punch at a man trying to escape the building and connects knocking Hans off the steps.

Outside the dragons are taken by surprise as Whers pour out of the woods, Halith stops a charge from Bronze Gretask while Tyeth stops green Rask from sinking her claws into Suunaths golden hide. Enraged by the attempt Suunath also attacks green Rask. In the midst of this chaos betrayal from within strikes the group as Dinah and Dinahsk posing as friends of the riders turn on them, attacking Kindra. The whers are not without larger allies and arriving to the battle are brown Ivanhoth and his rider Fi'o, following closely behind thier arrival is the thundering arrival of Hus and Hussk who rush to Kindra's aid proving themselves to be against the revolution started by their fellow handlers.

Velath aids her green friend Halith in fending off the Bronze Gretask while Kindra attempts to fend off Dinahsk with a misplaced kick. As enraged as Tyeth at the thought of a measly Wher attacking a gold PLexith joins in the fight against Rask - putting the little green at the mercy of three metallic dragons. Brown Ivanhoth deciding that this fight is not a fair one swoops down to try and draw Plexith's attention on to him but the attack is unsucessful while Fi'o his rider unknowingly goes to the aid of Dinah by randomly attacking Hus whom Dinah also retaliates against for her interference.

The first casualty of the battle turns out to be Rask, the little green Wher unable to stand against the combined might of Tyeth,Suunath and Plexith. Suunath gets the killing blow, decapitating the little creature. Sasar decides to join in the fight at this point attacking bronzerider K'en who happens to be the first person who draws his attention, unlike many of the others Sasar has come to the battle a bit more prepared however and weilds a deadly knife.

With Rask dead at Suunaths jaws, Tyeth turns his attention to Hansk a blue wher who was trying to get to his handler near the building and Stromath goes to the defense of his rider attacking Sasar's Wher Sasask. Finding out that Kindra is being attacked N'mol abandons the attack on Greta with D'lin and rushes outside to help his goldrider deal with the traitor Dinah.

B'nen and Gneisth arrive in time to see the attack on K'en and rush to his aid while the brown Gneisth took note of a brown wher lurking about the battlefield and attacked.Along with the B'nen greenrider Keela and her dragon Taith arrive on the battlefield - and waste no time in joining in as Keela attacks Zorn while her dragon went to help Gneisth. Hearing the painful wailing of Zornsk, Hansk abandons his fight with Tyeth to help the other Wher at around the same time as A'in and Troiseth arrive to help the riders on thier quest. Troiseth imediatly goes to help Taith and Gneisth in thier fight with the Whers.

With Hansk running off to help Zornsk, Tyeth is free and handy as N'mol asks him for help with Dinahsk and the bronze responde gladly.Ivonhoth meanwhile had abandoned his attack on Stromath, keening wildly at the loss of Rask before attacking bronze Stromath. Narisa meanwhile had been following the rest of the riders into the building when she was suddenly attacked from the side by Tomen, turning she defends against the older man while her golden Queen - Cepheith goes to the defense of Gneisth,Troiseth & Taith against Hansk.

Inside the building Ethel see's the way D'lin is keeping Greta pinned and leaps to help the estranged leader out, attacking D'lin with a vengence. Although taking note of Ivanhoth's earlier attack and miss, Plexith turns and throws his lot in with green's, Halith and Velath, against the bronze Gretask. Zornsk realizing that his handler is in danger meanwhile abandons the fight against the dragons, leaving Hansk to thier mercy while he races off to help Zorn, Taith unwilling to let the brown go follows suit.

Taith in an attempt to help her rider picks up the offending Handler Zorn and places him on a nearby roof while Gretask set upon by two greens and a bronze dragons runs off and escapes into the building where he collapse's near death - D'lin at teh behest of his dragon take a swift strike at teh ailing Wher, hoping to finish it off bu is set upon by Greta and Ethel before he can do so. With his new rooftop view Zorn see's the tide of battle and decides that fleeing would be the best course of action, Whistling for his wher the two make an escape into the woods, living to fight another day.

With the bronze wher having made his escape Plexith turns his attention to revenge against Ivanhoth, Halith follow suit. Velath meanwhile attempts to get a claw into the buildings doorway and finish off Gretask but cannot fit. Set upon by two opponant's D'lin is forced into a defensive stance that can't hold out for long - the bronze rider is dazed and nearly unconcious when Eliza propells him out the door and bids Velath take him to safety. With D'lin gone Greta is free to run to her Wher and tries to urge the wounded bronze to his feet. Ethel meanwhile attack's Eliza, taking her anger out on the rider who saved the bronze rider from her grasp while Eliza'd original target attempts to escape while Akaya and Sleeth arrive to help thier comrades.

Han's meanwhile, having picked himself up from where he had stumbled after the blow from Kindra's fist, turns and joins Tomen in attacking Narisa.Just when the riders seem to be outnumbers the handlers however reinforcements arrive by the names of Agrin and Agrinsk. Agrinsk charges at green Halith, while Velath returns after taking D'lin from the fight.

Sleeth - attempts to come to the aid of Narisa, picks up Hans who is distracted by his Wher's situation and takes him from the fight, setting him down next to his Wher just as Hansk is slain by Taith who joined in the fight against the Wher when Zorn and Zornsk ran off.Akaya turns her attention to helping Narisa by attacking Tomen. With Hansk killed Cepheith turns her attentions to brown Ivanhoth and joins the other dragons an action followed by Suunath.

With so many dragons attacking him Ivanhoth decided that he stood no chance and blinked between in retreat. With the brown gone Suunath is turned back to the fight her rider is in - and flys into a rage when DInahsk, Dinah's green wher manages to take down the gold rider. Enrage she attacks the Wher and kills it,Dinahovercome with grief collapses on top of her Wher and stops fighting. Taith meanwhile picks up her next target and attacks Agrinsk. Kind hearted Sleeth attempts to guard over Kindra's unconcious form and Plexith free from battle turns his attention to Agrinsk along with Taith. Gneisth goes to the aid of his rider by attacking Sasask and Tyeth free now that Dinahsk was gone joins him.

Agrin attempting to help his Wher takes a shot at green Halith. Keela meanwhile turns to help K'en and B'nen. Inside the building Ceta and Eliza together manage to defeat Ethel while Greta and Gretask realizing that many of thier allies are down rush out of the building. Affected by all the death that has been happening Halith makes a plea for Agrinsk's life - which Plexith decides to honor and gives the Wher and his handler a chance to leave the battle while winging away to look for another target. Agrin and Agrinsk however do not take this chance and continue to attack. Within the building Eliza and Cetalese finish off the injured Rase and Ratha.

Outside the building - Plexith spots Greta and Gretask trying to escape, recalling the bronze where from earlier and angry over the plight of his rider Plexith kills Gretask while Greta runs away into the woods.Halith noticing that Narisa is in dire straights abandons her stand off with Agrin who contined to badger her in order to run off and lift the gold rider up, holding her safe while Eliza and Ceta rush in to help finish off Tomen while Taith manages to knock out Agrinsk behind her. While Agrin continued to attack Keela he gave up when the dragons started to interfere and sought out the building where he knew he could fight the riders without worrying about the dragons getting in the way.

Sasar and Sasask realizing that they stood no chance against the combined might of Dragons and riders forming against them surrendered to the Dragonriders mercy. When it seems like the battle is drawing to a close the riders are drawn to a lone fight still taking place, Tyeth rushes to try and save the struggling Hus by grabbing Fi'o and flying away with her but Fi'o gets the last laugh by throwing her knife and wounding Hus while Ivanhoth returns and demands the return of his rider from Tyeth. Hus sucumbs to her injuries while the brown dragon manages to grab his rider and escape between just as Dinah who was thought unconcious escapes into the woods.

In order to get the firestone, Ceta,Eliza and N'mol are forced back into the building where they successfully clear out Agrin. The dragonriders pack up the firestone to take back to thier staging area and hand out.The battle is a win for the riders...but came at great injury and cost to both sides.
