Karinda snarled as Akuma grabbed her arm, the sensation leaving her as Noci removed her hands from the now snarling and spitting Saiirin.
"If thou knewest the same as I," she snarled, yanking her arm from the man's hold, "thou would have understood." Casting him a last glare, she returned her attention to Noci. "Be wary, then, and make no contact is my request."
Karinda looked back to Akuma. "Kirin," she said to him, continuing to use her false name. "As it has been stated, I do not know the way to the library. 'Tis the reason I am still standing before thee, now awaiting the dragon's," she gestured to Plushy with the hilt of her sword. "departure. He stands as my guide."

"Right..Gotcha, no touching" She watched the interaction between the two, taking note of 'Kirin's' last words. "Noci" Noci said to the new man, smiling pleasantly up at him "Please don't hurt Mrs K okay".

Akuma smiled at the little girl and gave her a pendant then started to walking away "Never trust anyone little girl, keep this with you for good luck.and the same goes for you Kirin never trust anyone"

((Last post of the night! Good thing, too; me know it all is going to have fun reading through all our posts. xd )) "Worry not about me," Karinda muttered, glared after Akuma as he walked away.
Advice well spoken! Saiirin thought, her eyes narrowed as she stared at Karinda.
Karinda sighed. "Plushy," she said to the dragon, "Are you willing to take an extra passenger?"

"Hm" Noci Bowed slightly in thanks before taking a closer look at the neckalce itself, it seemed inocent enough, but like Akuma had just said, trust no one.
Shoving it in a hidden pocket made from one of the folds on her dress she turned pleading eyes to Plushy "I'ts only one trip, please?"
Nighty Night hun biggrin yeah hehe at least he wont be bored 4laugh ))

Akuma thinks to him self "Now I'll know wheres that library.And hopefully find a peacekeeper or two."

Loki nodded and made her voice just a bit quieter than Rodger's. "Sorry about that." She sighed and took a moment to think and look around as well before answering him.
The fact that both adults were being unexpectedly quiet and careful, even for a library, made Jarod uneasy. He took his mother's hand in his own again, the banana still in the other. Noting that both of them were being watchful of whoever might be around, Jarod kept a lookout for anyone or anything suspicious, and decided it might be a good idea to keep an ear open to their conversation as well.
"I never actually left the Defenders..." Loki sensed her son's discomfort and gave his hand a small squeeze before going on, afraid of looking directly at Rodger. "I was with a small group of Defenders a couple of years ago, and we were being led to Headquarters. One of the members was not a willing Defender, and... well, things started getting... rocky between he and the rest of the group, particularly the leader." Loki looked up at the ceiling of the library, before finally returning Rodger's gaze. "It was around that time that Jarod here came into the world."
Jarod knew who the troublesome member of the group was. He had asked to hear about his father many times before. His eyes remained on their surroundings.
"After thinking about the unpleasant things I saw and heard in my time with the group felt it would be... safer for us to ...take a break from any possible trouble for a while. Now Jarod's a bit older, and he's a quick learner, so I think I've waited long enough. I figured it would be better to return sooner rather than later, and better late than never." Loki looked at Jarod, then back at Rodger. "No matter what kinds of surprises may come along."

((I do not have too much time, but I have a couple comments to throw out into the field! Me know it all, you need to tell me what all your character's powers are now, not just throw them in there seemingly just because it worked to get them out of there without being followed (not saying that was your motivation; it was just extremely convenient). Run powers and abilities by me so I can 1) add them to your profile, 2) be sure that your character has not become too powerful for the RP, and 3) so I can make sure you are sticking to what you have for your character's powers and not just adding them because it works at that time (also not saying that you would do that! Just something I do with everyone). I want characters to have their limitations with their powers, and I need to know what those are so I can keep an eye on that. I ask that of everyone. No one should go outside their character's stated abilities unless there is a good reason. If anyone wants any powers added, send me a PM. Rikku Wood, I was going to ask. Did you want to make Noci your second character, or is she to stay a disposable NPC? Rush And Crush, so you know, Karinda has only walked the streets from the entrance of town to the library, then around the school, to which she was teleported from the library. Until anon, all! dramallama mrgreen ))

((All of the people mentioned in the "meeting" scene are my characters, im still making thier profiles sweatdrop and no Noci was not tearing up, remember she is working alongside Willow and the others secretly.))
"Oh, Mrs K" Noci went to tap Karinda on the shoulder only to be transported along with her. "Wha-!? Where are we?"
