"I seek revenge for my brothers death. Only blood will satisfy my desire..." Elycian merely yawned as the small imp seemed to beg for mercy. She was bored again and that never bode well for anyone near. Her hands smoothed out her skirt and she walked up to stand beside Sesshomaru. Elycian watched as Jaken seemed to trip over nothing and fall off the side of the cliff. "Hrmm..." Her wings spread slightly as she thought about saving the little thing. Elycian's gaze turned to Sesshomaru, one eyebrow slightly raised in question.

Sesshomaru stood there quietly and began to get another flashback of his father leaving again more vivid before it was interrupted by him hearing Jaken fall off the side. His expression tensed as his flashback was interrupted by that little imp, turning to the side and walking past Elycian along the edge. It was obvious his flashbacks were bugging him, his fists clenched as his claws dug into his palm..leaving a little trail of blood. He stopped and looked over his shoulder, his eye a deep red, "Elycian...you know what to do...I wish to be alone." Sesshomaru continued walking and gave hints to how he felt as he refused to let any trees stand in his way..it wasn't a hard trail to follow.

"I seek revenge for my brothers death. Only blood will satisfy my desire..." Elycian rolled her eyes and shrugged once. "Very well." Drawing one of her daggers with a red silk strand hooked to it, she tossed it down toward the imp to save him and pull his annoying little green butt back to the top. Once she felt it wrap around his little body she yanked and jerked him back up. Not caring that his body made a loud thump on the ground. "Learn to walk." Elycian glanced down once at the green imp and simply retrieved her dagger. She turned and began following the massive trail of down trees. Not bothering to see if he were following her. Elycian's gaze only centered on Sesshomaru's wondering what could possibly bother the demon. Her long silver hair flowing out around her as the wind suddenly blew from the new tunnel Sesshomaru had created in the trees.

Sesshomaru felt everything sink in and held his hands out open, he looked down at them and watched as they began healing immediately. His father's blood passed through his veins, he saw the vision of his father to help that human wench. He filled with hatred as he drew Bakusaiga and unleashed a burst of green energy that travelled almost disappearing down below the cliff and a moment later the shockwave of the attack caused pieces of the cliff to crumble. His hair returned fell slowly as the wind from shockwave died down, the blade erupted steam as he still held it. He loosened his grip so the sword fell out of his hands and to his feet, the blade reflected his gaze as he spoke as he felt the visions leave him, "Father...I know what I must do.." He turned and began walking before he caught Elycian's scent, his golden eyes watched her as he still had Bakusaiga drawn out. "I thought I made myself clear when I said I wanted to be alone...", he spoke noticing the imp wasn't there, so it was just the two of them. Could she be here for what happened before Jaken interrupted them, Sesshomaru put away Bakusaiga and stood there waiting for her to make a move.

"I seek revenge for my brothers death. Only blood will satisfy my desire..." Elycian stood there watching him her silver eyes some what shining in defiance. She stopped when he did, slowly watching his shoulders tense then ease and tense again. Her "You live in your fathers shadow." She smirked softly and walked up to him. "I do not follow orders...very well.." Elycian walked a circle around him, her hand moving subtly to touch a few strands of his hair before stepping back in front of him. "Besides...I have become fond of watching you..." Her head tilted to one side as she touched the tip of one horn "Walk...." One eyebrow raised as if asking what he intended to do if she kept disobeying him. She was after all demon royalty and full blooded, she gave orders. Her mind drifted back to not long before, when Jaken had interrupted them. Her curiosity perked but not by much. Elycian had no hopes of anything. Simply death, killing and taking reign from her dying father. "Problem...Sesshomaru?..."

Sesshomaru's golden eyes followed her as she paced around him, he found it strange how she would address him in such a common manner. He saw her eyes glow as it seems she had recalled what happened earlier, he ignored her and tried to move past but the path was narrow and here she was standing in the way. He moved closer to her and carefully got a good look at her, "You will suffer consequences for not listening to me..." Sesshomaru flicked his wrist as a tree fell and blocked the path out, he looked back into her eyes with ambition as he held her hand softly, "How do you know I am not Naraku in disguise as Sesshomaru...how well do you know me?", he spoke calmly. He had feelings for her but how well did she know him and did she care for him.

Elycian smirked as Sesshomaru walked closer to her. Not budging, wanting to test him with every step he took. "Consequences. Hrmm...whatever would they be?" Her eyes flashing softly once more in a sort of challenge. She didnt even flinch as he decided to cause a tree to fall, blocking the way. She chuckled softly wondering if he thought her to attempt an escape. "You do not smell of filth nor of peasant." She leaned forward to softly whisper near his ear. "Royal demons and full blooded ones have different scents. But you know that...dont you...." She leaned back as he took her hand in his. Her head tilted to one side causing her hair to fall over one shoulder as the wind blew swiftly through the trees. Elycian hated to admit it to herself but she could get used to teasing him. And as her smirk turned to a small smile, as she mentally added watching him walk in front of her to the list.

Sesshomaru spoke softly as if the words were as light as air, "I have grown fond of you and don't understand why I feel more at ease with your presence..." His expression was confusion as he never felt this way before, Sesshomaru let her hand go feeling as if he may have approached it the wrong way. Sesshomaru knew if she did care for him she would understand his honesty. He turned away and walked over to the cliff, "Strange, I feel this warm inside but its only when your nearby....its quite annoying...it is also peaceful at times...I cant explain it but I want you to stay..at my side.." Sesshomaru felt the air go silent as he opened up to her, he trusted her with his rare emotions that he hid from others.

"I seek revenge for my brothers death. Only blood will satisfy my desire..." Elycian stood there listening to his all but whispered words to her. Feeling her breath catch, but not fully understanding why she let him speak what she knew was probably the oddest thing he had ever done. The rumors and things she had found out about him had not warned her of this side. Elycian smiled wickedly with a sense of pride knowing she was the reason for it. "I feel you have. Otherwise I have the impression I would be dead already." She followed behind him her wings spreading out a tad on their own as the edge of the cliff appeared before her. The wind blowing over her wings sent soft shivers through her. "As a demon I was raised to know only certain emotions." Her hand moved to her chest as she took a deep breath."I...get the annoyance." She whispered her next words, knowing he would hear them even if she stood a small distance behind him. "I lose my breath around you. No one...has done that to me. Almost angers me but then....I dont want to leave for wanting it to happen again." Elycian turned slightly following the direction of the wind, her wings still spread as the wind blew. She lowered her hand from her chest and opened both her hands palms out letting the wind blow over her.

Sesshomaru moved over so he blocked the wind from hitting her and moved close to her. He stood closer then he ever did before and embraced her slightly forcefully, he nuzzled her as his hand met hers and took the dagger and tossed it aside. Sesshomaru pulled back and stroked her hair, "I understand that habits hare habits but how long will you wonder alone to fend for yourself, I'll provide evidence of your value to me." Sesshomaru bite Elycian on the neck marking her as his. Sesshomaru felt a surreal feeling as he held her, almost as if no one could separate them.

Her wings her one attribute she held close to her black heart. Her breath caught once more as he moved to hold her to him. A bit confused she almost said something before hearing him talk as he ran his fingers through her hair. "I understand that habits hare habits but how long will you wonder alone to fend for yourself, I'll provide evidence of your value to me." Stunned at his words she slowly wrapped her arms around his waist."As my mother before me. Till the end of my days if necessary." The moment he bit her she knew she wasnt going anywhere anymore. Elycian shivered at his bite on her neck, her eyes closing as she felt her power as a royal demon grow. She had been claimed. Her eyes opened as the thought fully processed. Her arms tightened around his waist holding him to her as she smirked and thought to herself "Ah hell...."

Sesshomaru felt her hands slip around him holding him close, he slowly embraced her feeling everything around him almost stand still. Space and time both cringed before his eyes as he leaned forward and locked his lips with hers. He kissed her deeply watching her melt as the kiss began to progress, but he broke off as he felt a disturbance nearby. His expression returned to its former cold self as he let her go slowly and walked to the cliff, "Strange, this scent...its familar.." Sesshomaru searched down the mountainside trying to find the source, being on a cliff made it easier to see. If anything lurked around it wouldn't be able to slip his vision.

"I seek revenge for my brothers death. Only blood will satisfy my desire..." Elycian went stiff for a moment almost for the first time in her long demon existence, afraid she would die. Sesshomaru wasnt known to be anything but a killer. She seemed to melt when he leaned in to kiss her. And rather deeply only increasing her surprise. Her hands dug into his clothing holding him to her as tight as she could. Her world seemed to narrow into one tiny small spot of just the two of them as they were. Her wings twitched suddenly as he pulled away quickly seeming to sense something. Elycian rubbed the tip of one horn watching him. She adjusted her clothing then moved up to look down over the cliffs edge. "What...exactly is it?" Her eyes narrowed at being interrupted. She would be furious if it was some half demon or lesser soul. She despised them, specially when they thought themselves better then full demons. Her hand moved to rest lightly on her hip beside her daggers.

 Inuyasha's Shade

After everyone had gone back to the world they all belong, he had left the ruins of his previous master's castle, washing his hands of the black dog and began his life as an aimless nomad in the world he was born in. A pity that there won't be a Kagome for him to have in this place too. That copy was killed in the final battle at the ruin. Now he is connected firmly to Inuyasha as his living shadow, in his mind's eye, should he focus hard enough he can view the world of light and dark through the eyes of Inuyasha. He didn't feel a need to however, he was content with being aware of the man's feelings and emotions which he feels as though they are his own. For now he closed off that part of his mind to focus on hunting. He decided to make sure that there aren't any stragglers from the battle that escaped and might prove to be a thorn in his side later. Sniffing the air he spiraled around the area tracking any stray wolves or creatures that still work for the black dog. Feeling hungry he came across the tracks and smell of an wounded boar demon. So it was able to limp away eh, tch well now it is his supper.
He is patient, tracking, stalking the wounded creature. having no boots on makes it easier to sneak up on it, he used his connections to shadows to cloak him enough to hid the red of Inuyasha's robes as he slowly approached the beast. it could still be dangerous but with the handicap it would also be slow and a bit clumsy. he cracked his knuckles as he waited for the right moment to pounce, his golden eyes not leaving the beast. Once it turned away from him did he attack, swift and silently. The energy of Inuyasha's youki flowed out of his claws and raked 4 neat and deep gashes across it's belly spilling its guts. It squealed in agony and thrashed. Another quick slash to its throat killed it. Inuyasha might prefer to cook the meat after killing it, but to him it is just fine while fresh. He has a different immune system then the half-demon. He make look, talk, act like and have the powers of Inuyasha...but he is still just a shade. And Shades love fresh meat and fresh blood.
He spent the next 20 or so minutes enjoying a tasty, bloody meal. He had just pulled the best part, the heart out of the beast and walked off leaving the rest of it for scavengers to have, biting into the heart like a chewy deflated apple, he tore the meat with his teeth and walked on towards the cliffs. At first not aware of there being anyone else in the area until he heard the distant destruction of Sesshomaru venting his feeling out with his weapons. His dog ears immediately perked forward and he stopped dead. someone is nearby... He stuffed the remainder of the heart into his mouth and used his shade abilities to flit through a shadow to emerge up a tree right over a scene that would have made the real Inuyasha gag.
It is a tall tree, below and to his left a bit by the edge of the cliff is Sesshomaru and a demon wench whom he didn't know, Inuyasha doesn't know her either. The two demons were standing close to one another, in an embrace. He carefully swallowed the meat in his mouth and wiped his mouth of juices. Unlike the real Inuyasha, he can mask his scent cleverly enough that he wouldn't be detected immediately. He could just hear some of the conversation between the two. "I understand that habits hare habits but how long will you wonder alone to fend for yourself, I'll provide evidence of your value to me." He arched a brow and settled on the branch, and had a nice view of Sesshomaru claiming this wench. S'far as Inuyasha knows his half-brother b*****d walks alone and has no mate. However he did travel for a time with a human girl, Rin. Who had been cursed with premature adulthood for the man she loves...something like rejection may kill her or some such he wasn't too clear on the curse.
Just about the time that Sesshomaru would have began to pick up traces of his scent, he decided to break up this little...show, He coughed loudly and made loud, annoying gagging sounds from the tree. "Huchaackack...Plu-ease Get a Room! Don't you have a Castle in the Western Capital to courte your whores in Sesshomaru." He sneered from above, his voice is Inuyasha's voice. Since in every technical terms he IS Inuyasha's clone. In every ignorant, inccolently rude way.

Sesshomaru disappeared and in a series of afterimages he appeared in the sky just in front of the branch. The scent was familiar but it wasn't his brother, he would be heard from a long ways away with that obnoxious big mouth of his. "I see you still have that beaded collar, has you owner left you for the other dog...perhaps you should have been more obedient.." He spoke as he picked up that annoying little priestess's scent off him, it was scarce but traces were there. He stood there floating in the air, he didn't have the tessaiga either. Sesshomaru wasn't even threatened by the impostor, what could he do to him.
