EXCUSE ME MR. EYE. CASS SAID NO.
No seriously, she hadn't been on solid ice for more than 10 seconds before it collapsed beneath her again and she tumbled back down onto the eye of the titan which...to be honest, was the last place she wanted to be.
She wanted to go back to the base and maybe cuddle with somebody.
Seriously.

As she got up onto the ice again, it cracked....
Uh oh.
Nononono.
She wasn't going back down with the flipping ice block this time either! Cass had done it once, and she again took a running jump and went flying off over the edge of the ice onto another piece of it, skidding across it before she went running again.
RUNNING.
FOREVER.

She hit ice... Ice that wasn't moving.
Oh thank god. She could stop running for her life. Maybe. She glanced back into the destruction from the titan, making a face as she realized she'd been in all of that. It was like something out of a movie. Still, for a long time Cass just laid on the ice, panting and trying to gather herself up mentally.
She was alive.
She needed to get back to base and report on what had just happened. They just....
s**t. She didn't know what to do first besides get back up to her feet and get walking to see who else was out there with her and free from the damage of the ice.

Ennéa couldn't keep up with the rapidly breaking ice. Cracks were all around her and she could see water everywhere. She stepped on a piece of ice only for it to bounce and then sink into the water. "Ahhh!" Her arms pinwheeled and she fell...
...back onto the Titain's eyeball. Wasn't it the same one even?
Ennéa was grateful having been spared a plunge into the water and what was doubtlessly a very unpleasant death from hypothermia but this was getting kind of ridiculous.
Nevertheless she got back to her feet and kept trying. She didn't want to die today.

Ennéa got to the edge of the eye and looked frantically around for some sort of solid (or even reasonably buoyant, she wasn't feeling particularly picky right now) piece of ice for her to escape onto. She didn't see anything though and her heart sank.
She was just about to take her chances and try and make a jump for one of the further pieces of ice when out of nowhere a killer whale surfaced from the water and lunged at her. "AHHHHHHH! WHAT?!?!"
This wasn't a friendly well-trained amusement park/aquarium whale that jumped gracefully though hoops for fish at its trainer's whistle. It was a wild creature, feral and hungry, and apparently more than happy to take advantage of the chaos to try and eat young pink-haired girls as they stood on giant eyeballs.
Ennéa barely managed to avoid the whale's mouth as it leaped at her but she wasn't quite fast enough to avoid its tail. It smacked her and sent her flying.

Wilson looked down at his feet, the ice cracking dangerously. Eyes widened and he immediately began to run toward the next piece of ice, but the sounds only grew louder with each step he took. A quick glance behind him revealed rapidly-disappearing ice. He swore under his breath and jumped. His hands gripped the ice and managed to haul himself onto it.

It was all Jerry could do to dance around the cracks, but try as he might, things looked pretty grim.
I'm going to die here. I'm going to die and dear lord I wish I could have just stayed a penguin.

But then Clerise fell down a cliff, and climbing back up the ice was a more arduous task than initially anticipated.
Stupid ******** ice.

Life was so much easier as a penguin. It consisted of Fish and Ladies and Pebbles and trying to not be eaten.
And he was a lot better at swimming.
He leaped once more...

Wilson thought he was safe for the time being, but in actuality he was wrong. Just as he climbed onto a safe piece of ice, there came the ominous sound of cracking again. The trainee sighed and began running again. GDI.
