Emil only hung on tighter as Lukas told him to let go. That was until he was pushed. He stepped back a few paces and looked up at his once calm brother. He was starting to breathe heavily and small blood drops fell out from his enflamed eyes. The Icelander's body was becoming more weaker the longer he used his magic. Whether it was suicide mission or not, he had to bring his brother back from the depths of darkness.

Emil stood up straight, face-to-face with Lukas. He gave one last sigh before engulfing himself with his own flames. He then quickly kneeled to the ground, slamming his hands down infront of him. Silence; then a wall full of varieties of colored flames arose from the floor and surrounded the Norwegian. He got back up and ran through the wall of fire.

Once inside, Emil extended out his arm and made a sword out of flames. "You don't have to do this, Lukas! Just return to your normal self!" He offered one last time.

"Ain't nothin' innocent 'bout what you're doin', Luz," Tennessee hissed from nearby. While Fenrir had been dealing with the ice, the state had managed to sneak up close while her shield was temporarily down. When Leilani had attacked it nearly stopped his heart for fear she would retaliate against Hawaii, but he had to agree with her reasons for attacking. Things were getting too dangerous and he couldn't protect people anymore just by acting defensively. If he could slow her down even a little then it would make the rescue missions way easier.

Unlike those Fenrir was counting on to hold back and avoid hurting their beloved Mexico, Tennessee had no such sentiments. He didn't show her mercy during the war and he had too much respect for her as a warrior to hold back now. The state showed no mercy as he buried his tomahawk in the shoulder Leilani had aimed for earlier. It might have been suicide for a state to directly attack a nation, but he had done more reckless things before.

Hawaii stood there for a moment, a bit surprised that she didn't even seem phased by her attack. Well she was used to not being noticed, so she just shrugged it off in her mind. But that was when she noticed Melody, another one of her state siblings. Blinking quickly, she noticed that she had many injuries on her, including some nasty burns that needed to be treated quickly otherwise they would being to expand and fester. Grimacing at the though, the island state quickly moved from her position, hitting a fireball that came her way with the club, acting as some sort of bat, aiming back at Luz Maria before she arrived with the small coupling of states, just wanting to see if she could be of some use to her bretheren.

As she finally arrived, she looked over Melody with a sigh. She didn't know this girl half as well as Tennessee did, or the rest of the Eastern states, but since she was trying to branch out and make better connections with people/ "Hey, are you alright?" She asked the elder state with a smile before she turned and looked at Andrew. Well, that was where he was anyway, she quickly began to look around like a mother who had just lost her child in a busy marketplace before she saw what he was doing. To actually attack a fully-grown nation, especially one that was showing so much hostility, it was almost a death with. "Tennessee!" Hawaii cried out, still beside Melody at this moment. All she wanted to do was to help him, since he was the only one here besides Japan who showed her any kindness but it felt as though her feet were glued to the floor, she couldn't do anything else at the moment, but she stood there, scared and worried over her new friend.
