“ I didn't think you were into the whole suited-attire thing.” The blond grinned, raising a brow teasingly at the man who'd come to her rescue once again. But his response came back twofold, taunting her about the fact that she'd gone to prom – a notion she'd been rather against when they talked about it, and decided to skip the occasion together.
His boyish smile played in his features, and his eyes dipped down to what she was wearing, but was careful not to linger there too long. “Donned a dress, put on makeup...” His musings were light, fun-filled as his hand threaded through his hair. “High heels...” She cleaned up well, despite what she'd claimed before.
That only caused her to spill just what had happened over the course of the night; he sniggered at the idea of her being dragged on her heels back to her closet... and made a few remarks here and there. His story didn't sound nearly as entertaining. Gym, for the most part, couldn't be made into a good story by someone who really didn't pay all that much attention. It was sad really, but Dominik Edipova skated through life without much observation of things around him. Namely, his thoughts fell more onto the current moment, precarious as to what the next might hold.
Given his own history, Aurelie couldn't find anything within herself to blame him. Life, obviously could be too short to worry about the future. And it was this attitude that kept him fun, less panicked than some of the other students with shadowy pasts. The pair found themselves walking through empty halls, and she followed his company to his room, too involved in their sporadic, often random conversation to realize just where they were headed. Because the Slovene didn't have a roommate, she didn't think about lowering her voice, or peeking into see if her company would disturb anyone. Instead, she settled on the futon, kicking off her heels as she did so.
Time lapsed by more quickly than she could have realized, and before her eyes wandered to a clock or even to his windows, the morning's light birthed upon the horizon, promising a new day. And it wasn't until the rays shined on her face that her eyelids fluttered open. Unsure of when she'd dozed off, the telekinetic stretched, yawning silently before peering up to Dom's loft. One of his blankets was in her lap – meaning she'd been the first to succumb to her exhaustion, because he'd had enough care to provide his guest with a bit of warmth.
The thought gave rise to the first smile of the day, lips quirking upward as she contemplated the suspended Omega. For such an incredibly lazy man when it came to school work, he seemed to put effort elsewhere. Careful not to wake him, she blew a kiss in his direction and grabbed her shoes before tip-toeing out into the hallway.
Quietly, she shut the door behind her, biting her lip nervously. The last thing she needed was for someone to see her sneaking out of an Omega's room the morning after prom. But it was the first thing that happened. Cursing far beneath her breath as she heard the clicking of someone's tongue against their teeth, Aurelie hesitated to turn around. She took a deep breath before doing so and held it until she saw just who had spied her leaving Dom's room. Another Omega... one she knew of by reputation.
“Oh don't give me that look, Speedy...” She said, azure orbs rolling toward the ceiling. “Nothing happened.” A part of her wanted to say more, but often times, more was less in the way of digging oneself out of a shallow grave. And making this situation worse instead of better wasn't going to help her in the long run, should Cissa find out that she had been distracting Dom from his studies, even if by just a little. “No shame in my walk back to my room.”

Tara Kiernan Mutation: Geokinesis Alpha Location: Dorm Room --> Lounge - Picking up a Roomie The night had ended with some good times, Tara dancing with Leo and getting to know him a little better. She was glad that they had decided to go together, and she tried to throw him a bone by not dancing closer to him every time she saw Aurelie glancing towards them. The blonde telekinetic didn’t stick around long, however, after they started dancing, and she was glad to see temptation turn it’s pretty head and remove itself from the situation. It was too hard to resist causing trouble when it was oh so easy. She woke up alone, not that she couldn’t have found some company if he wanted to, the sounds of drums and trumpets blaring from the halls on the guy’s side of the dorms. Immediately, she grinned, laughing as she sat up in bed and messed her fingers back through her hair. “ Why didn’t I think of that,” she muttered to herself, laying back down for a few minutes before finally seeming to muster the energy to get out of bed and start the day. She’d been drinking the night before, but nowhere near as much as some of her companions, who were no doubt feeling the aftereffects by now. It didn’t take long for her to shower and get changed, stepping out into the hallways just as someone had managed to disperse their wake up call. It was kind of a shame – she was hoping for more of a fallout than the band simply giving up mid crescendo. The brunette stretched her arms above her head as she made her way through the hallways, wondering just how many of them were still trying to sleep off the night before, or who hadn’t yet woken up to see who they had fallen asleep with. It was one of her favorite things from events like Prom – seeing who had to do that walk of shame the next morning. Already, walking through the halls of the girls dorms towards the stairs, she could see some trying to slip in without being noticed, only to be met with a wry grin from the earth mover. Of course, this would have been a lot more fun if she had someone equally mischievous to share it with. Her footsteps lead her towards the lounge, where she caught sight of Thomas and Lillian, as well as a familiar face, Blake. She ignored the men for now, instead turning her sights on the intended target. Plopping down on the couch right next to Lillian, who sat there reading, Tara pretended to examine her nails, picking a piece of dirt out from underneath and flicking it away out of boredom. Only then did brown eyes round on the power mimic, tossing her hair over her shoulders. “ Here’s the deal. You’re an Alpha now. You seem like you could be fun. I don’t have a roommate, and I need someone around that is going to have as much fun never letting those girls doing the walk of shame forget it. So – I talked to Summers and got your room assignment changed.” Her expression finally changed to a smile, patting the girl on the leg before she stood and headed over to a chair of her own. And people thought she was bossy… “ Hey, Tommy, Blake,” she finally greeted, a sing song tone on her voice as she kicked her legs up over the arm of the chair, crossing her ankles together. She had no idea how the healer's night had ended, but she had a guess. Still, it was nice to see him flustered. " So, Tommy, which of the saps sneaking into their dorm rooms this morning was coming from your direction? Don't tell me none of them, because I just don't believe it," she said with a joking tone, tilting her head to the side with a raised eyebrow.

This even had turned out to be a complete drag. He looked over at Jacen, unsure of what to do or even say for the matter. Complete silence worked well for him, but this was kind of ridiculous. And so, he found himself refilling his cup with the same drink again. After a good while of drinking it, he felt really weird. For instance, he found himself tripping out at random things, such as the decorations. He also found himself talking a whole lot more. His senses also had seemed to dull, making him completely unaware of a lot of things. He then looked at Jacen, getting ready to ask a question. "Is this what they mean by spiking the drink?" In that random moment, he randomly cursed out loud, but the music had completely covered it up from everyone else hearing him.
He sat down at the table they were near. This day was seriously completely boring. He soon found himself tapping his foot either to the music itself or to the fact he may have been impatient. Next thing he knew, he was tapping his fingers and recalling all the wonderful events that took place in his life. He may have found himself asking rhetorical questions, but this place had bored him to all of eternity. He stood up slightly wobbling towards Jacen. "How did that shoe get there...Oh wait. It's mine....Anywho, this place stinks on ice....speaking of ice...." He took his cup and began chewing on the ice cubes. After he finished he began to speak again. "Hey..,Look, I go on this little exercise routine around midnight...you know what? That just sounds completely awkward. No awkwardness intended..." He soon found himself chuckling at even that phrase. 'Long story short before I go rambling again, I am planning on doing the drill ahead of schedule because this place has just completely bored me. You can find me at the mansions front gates? Yea, the gates. Anyway, I am catching a ride back to the mansion." With that, Marcel had left out. He climbed in the car that would escort him back to the Academy.
Marcel wobbled back into his room. This was a completely uneventful event. He sat down near his bed and began to pull out several of his clothes he used to work out in. He also grabbed clothes he would sleep in for the night. After getting changed out, he grabbed two bottles of water he had in one of his baskets. He placed it in his bag and put it on his back. He then yawned and put everything back, grabbing his sleeping clothes as well as drinking both bottles of water. After taking a shower, he crashed under the covers.
~Time Skip~
Marcel awoke earlier that day feeling completely cold and with a headache. He yawned as he popped two pills of aspirin in his mouth and downing them with water. He repeated the process of taking a shower and then getting dressed to go on his routine. Unsure of if his roommate had come in or not, he made his bed as usual and then opened the room's window. He began climbing down from the window and once he landed on the ground, he started off running. After going on his little exercise for an hour, he made his way back, climbing back up into his window. He took another shower and then got dress in slightly warm clothes. He always got cold after taking a shower, so those clothes would help some. He placed on some shades, he was still a little bit under the weather from the other night, He walked down to the lobby. He looked around to see that most of his team mates were in there. He extended his hand some and waved. "Hey everyone" he said before he found himself to a seat, slouching over in it. He was waiting to see everything else unfold for now before he did anything else. "Work Hard, Play Hard. Kerrigan Schwartz Codename: Knoxx Team: Omega Location: Kerri and Cissa's Room Current Thoughts: I've faced the Brotherhood, demon lords and inter dimensional monsters - no idea how to act in bed… " This might not be that bad, but that has to say something about me, right? I mean, it can't be a good sign that every guy that shows interest in me gets an elbow or fist to the face," she responded with a laugh, green eyes closing as she felt his hands caress her still slightly tensed muscles. Her eyes moved smoothly over his form, taking in the scars and tattoos with a simple remark about the stories that they would no doubt hold for him. A smile graced her features as he responded to her, her torso twisting around just enough so she could plant a kiss on his lips. " I'd like to hear those stories sometime." In true Kerrigan fashion, she had to ask him how he slept, wanting to make sure that she hadn't done anything "wrong." His assurances that it had been one of his better nights of sleep, followed by a kiss on the neck, caused the redhead to blush, giving a nod as she released another breathy laugh. Her head leaned back against him, inadvertently releasing a contented sigh, as she continued to lay in Roland's arms. It felt a little strange, not having anywhere to be, or anything in particular that she had to do. True, she was skipping her morning run, but at the end of the day this was much more enjoyable. That was certainly something she didn't say very often. There were several moments of silence that passed between them, neither of them willing to move, nor did it seem that either of them could come up with anything to say. It wasn't necessarily awkward - well, at least not at first. Of course, the more Kerrigan thought about the previous evening, she found her thoughts starting to spin out of control. There were suddenly so many….questions. And yet, she dare not ask them right now - the last thing she wanted to do was ruin a perfectly nice moment by sounding neurotic and ruining whatever was happening here. It wasn't a chance she was willing to take at the moment. And then her mouth opened, almost as if she were going to say something, only to abruptly shut once more. Apparently, she wouldn't even listen to her own internal thoughts. " So…man, I'm going to sound like a real chick here," she started, laughing as she twisted around underneath the sheets so she was facing him, careful not to wiggle too far out of his embrace. Green eyes rose to meet his, teeth closing down gently on her lower lip as her arm rested against his bare chest, tracing a small circle with her fingernail. " What does this…mean, exactly?" Was that one of those questions you weren't supposed to ask right away? Would be understand that the last time she was in this situation she just let it go, and a week later, he had disappeared? Of course he would have no way of knowing that - how was that explanation going to come up in regular conversation? Kerrigan might not know much about dating, but she knew better than to bring up an ex in the arms of a new man for the first time.

Name: Leonardo Rossi Team: Alphas Location: Room - Outside - Kitchen The Morning After… Not All It’s Hyped Up To Be. It was the weirdest feeling in the world, really. The animal mimic’s eyes fluttered opened, and a look of confusion crossed his face momentarily. Where was he, exactly? Wherever he was, it was soft, and comfortable… his bed. He was in his bed. Blinking a few times, his eyes adjusted to the new light pouring through the cracks in the curtains as he looked over to the other bed in the room. It was empty. So that was why Leo had opted to sleep in his own bed rather than the library, like he normally did. It started to come back to him now – coming back from prom with Tara, saying the usual good-byes, and then finding his room empty. He had figured that whatever date his roommate had taken to prom, he would bring back to do what most kids did after prom. However, Leo was tired, and didn’t feel like sleeping in the library even if Dimitri came back.
Sighing, he sat up, flipping his legs over the side of the bed. His toes curled as they hit the hard wood floor beneath it. Standing to his full height, he stretched, letting out a small yawn. Taking a deep breath, Leo felt… good. Better than good – he felt great. Amazing. He should sleep in his bed more often. He was in basketball shorts and a white T-shirt; his normal attire for taking a run or a swim. Looking outside, it did seem quite nice out. Even after a tiring night of dancing, Leo’s body felt the call of activity. He always felt that he needed to kick start his body every morning in order to do anything productive the rest of the day. A run or swim always did that for him. Walking over to the closet, he pulled out his animal briefcase, copying the agility of a spider, the reflexes of a fly, and the endurance of a cockroach.
Looking back to his bed, he spotted the plastic case under it… the case he dare not touch. It held all of his old SHIELD gear… and just thinking about that made him think of everything else that was going on with the world. The increase in mutant violence… the new Registration Act… oh, he wasn’t forgetting about that one. Because technically, he was already registered. Not that anyone else needed to know that. Only a select few people knew that he used to work for the government – the teachers, and Bella. And Katarina… he mustn’t forget about her… the femme fatale that had come closer to killing him than any other person. He intended to keep it that way, especially now that everyone would have heated opinions about his past involvement with people that were stealing mutants away from homes. Maybe he should have a talk later today with Scott about that… whether the former SHIELD operative would be considered a target or not. Deciding to shake away all those horrid thoughts from his mind, Leo decided to go on that run/swim. Get his mind off of things.
He was somewhat damp by the time he got back – he had done a quick few laps around the school and then did a few laps in the pool, not bothering to change his clothes. A couple of laps to dry himself off put him in a good position to go get breakfast. He never liked to eat before exercising – he was always afraid of puking. On his jog back towards the nearest entrance to the kitchen area, he spotted a girl he had never seen before (Peyton), but decided to give her a short nod and a friendly wave. If she was a regular outdoor exerciser like Leo was, they might be seeing more of each other, so he figured he would be nice. He probably would have stopped to introduce himself, seeing as how attractive she was, but he was mad hungry.
Entering the kitchen, he spotted Raine, and yet again someone he had never seen before (Vee). The Academy appeared to be getting new people every day… did they ever reach some sort of carrying capacity. Although they lived in a big huge mansion… you’d think it would get crowded eventually. “Hey Raine,” he nodded to the electrokinetic, already making a bee-line for the refrigerator. Raine and the other girl had apparently just finished making introductions, since Leo had come in just in time to hear the end of the other girl’s sentence. “So you just got put on the team?” the animal mimic asked, opening the fridge and peering inside. Grabbing a raspberry yogurt and shutting the door, he shifted it to his left hand as he outstretched his right to the new girl. “I’m Leo. Fellow Alpha.”
Grabbing a spoon from the drawer, Leo opened the yogurt. That was when he noticed Raine’s face… or rather, had a second look. Something had been eating at her – she had been crying recently. Concern stretched over the young man’s features – this wasn’t the first time he had seen her this way. Actually, the last time he had spoken to her, she had been in this sort of state. He decided to ask about it later... to call her out on it now, in front of this other girl, would be extremely rude. So instead, he turned his head, asking the new girl, “So what’s your snazzy power?” before taking a bite of yogurt.

"We're caught in this moment...I won't let you go..." Location: Kitchen Omega's "Black" Cat Michelle Cole "Sun Down, Friday Night, Uptown City Lights Here I go I like" "Dressed Up, out the door Really ready for, one night Maybe more I like, I like" "Red Strobe Light, hot coarse dirty minds When you cross my way I like, I like Just you and I, touch at first sight" Michelle layed in her bed, looking up at the wall as she began browsing on her phone. She looked at the time on her clock. It was early in the morning. She stretched her arms out widely as she yawned. She pressed the gallery option on her phone and browsed through her pictures. It was quite the funny thing she did at the Prom the other night. She was taking pictures of people who were all acting like fools. Basically, the people who were drunk. She giggled as she looked at this one boy on her phone who was half way asleep. That boy she had felt sympathy for. He was really easy on the eyes too. A nice yellow-skinned gentleman with light brown eyes. She stopped looking at her phone and glanced over to see him on the floor sound asleep. She had felt responsible for him getting drunk, so she only found it best to let him sleep there. She didn't need him being caught in some car wreck trying to drive back.
Michelle slowly got out the bed and tapped him lightly. He still layed there sound asleep. She smiled some. "Aww, he doesn't want to wake up." Michelle walked off to her dresser and came back with a bottle of water. She opened it and poured it all on him, causing him to spring up. She chuckled as she handed him a towel. "You didn't wake up right away, sir. I had to be sure." She turned the room light on and opened her closet. She began rummaging through one of her baskets and clapped her hands in enthusiasm. She had found him a nice set of clothes. There were some unproud moments of hers where she went dressed as a boy to sneak in some places. Somehow, no one had told the difference. She turned around and then dropped the clothes, her jaw lowering as she saw him in only his boxers as he stood up. He looked really cute for a human. "Well, I'll be a troubled youth's mother. Do you work out a lot or do you play sports?" She had gave off a southern belle accent she picked up from hearing someone at the school do just the other day. (Rogue). He chuckled as he walked towards her to get the clothes.
'Well if you must know, I play on the football team at school."
She smiled as she pulled out a clean set of a dry towel, wash towel, and a fresh new bar of soap. "I see. So might I have the Stranger in my Rooms name and what brought him to the prom yesterday?" He smiled as he took the towels from her and the soap.
"My name is Austen and I came to the prom yesterday because I was invited there by...I can't remember. It was supposed to be a date with someone I had just met" Michelle only watched as he paused for a second to recall everything that happened last night. "Do you know if I came in with someone?"
She giggled again. "No idea...Really, but I recalled you getting drunk off your a** last night, so I took you back here to let you rest. your car is parked outside, but my good sir smell of Gin and Juice. You need to take a shower." She grabbed him by the hand and opened the room door. She peered down the halls and then led him the showering room. She waited for him to get done and when he was done, she led him back to the room for him to get changed. He then asked her for her name. After she gave him her name, she took his phone and put her number in it. When he called it, she had recorded his number. She looked at the clock and now read seven o'clock. She led him to the garage to where is car was at. When he got in and cranked the car up, he rolled the window down as she leaned down to the car window. "Well, I have to get ready and everything myself, So I guess this is where we will have to cut the chit chat and see each other some other time, huh?"
"Yea. We'll be in touch." Michelle smiled and hugged him, watching as he drove off afterwards. She waited until he was fully out before talking to herself some. "Oh, Mister Irvine, we will definitely be in touch, but not in the way you think." She had a bracelet of his with a bar code on it. One of her little side missions was down. Now she had more to accomplish. She headed back to her room and got in some workout clothes. She was going to hit the training room and practice with a gun. Something light. A pistol perhaps. She walked down to the room and set a duffle bag down. She opened it and pulled out two pistols. She walked towards the range area and began to open fire on her targets. She reloaded and began opening fire again. She was making lovely art todaay. After she was done, she walked over to the board and took the papers off the wall. She smiled as she placed them all together in a pattern until the bullet holes revealed the shape of a heart. She tossed them in the trash and skipped down the hall. It was time to start her day fully now.
Michelle made it back to her room and turned on her music on her iPod. She had no idea where her roommate was at since she had come in two days ago, but all she knew was that she had a room to herself. She began humming to the tune as she picked out her clothes for the day. She walked out the room to take a shower and returned minutes after. She began to apply lotion while preparing her clothes and painting her fingernails. She walked over to the mirror, applying her mascara and other makeup appliances before getting dressed. After doing that and putting on her perfume, she still felt naked. She smiled and opened her jewelry box. She put on an armlet and necklaces with gears on them. Those two accessories had surprises to them. She placed on a gold coat and then took pictures of herself.
She walked out the room and made herself down to the Kitchen. She looked to see a lot of faces (Leo, Raine, and Vee) and smiled as she had come in on somewhat of a conversation. She had no idea who they all were, but from the way they were all sounding, that all had to be. "Well good morning everyone."She walked over to the cabinets and the fridge. If he was going to start her day, she had to start it off right with healthy food choices. She could also use some caffeine. She grabbed a coffee bad and began to make some. She grabbed eggs out the fridge as well as turkey sausage. She then went on to make toast from honey white wheat bread. After everything was done, she set it all down at the table, grabbing a coffee mug and another glass for orange juice. She began to read the news while slowly eating. "So how is it going for everyone so far today?" "And the world around us, won't stop turning to night I Like, I Like I'm losing control right now and I feel it's right I Like, I Like (( Austen was a temporary character. I will not be using him for anything at this moment, so I hope this was alright ^ ^ ))

Gabriel Byrne Location: Range Thoughts: Testing out the new toys Gabriel checked the diagnostic program that he had been running. The terminal he had placed down appeared to be running smoothly. He finally got the tone that confirmed that the diagnostics being 100%. Smirking at the result, he began the start-up sequence. He lifted up the rifle he had placed on the table, and began to load it slowly. Answering the military man's question regarding the drone, "If by built, you mean sketched out, machined the parts by hand, programmed the AI, and put it all together by myself then yes I did." he finished as he pulled the slide back on the rifle and pointed it towards a target. Three bangs echoed through the air as he placed three bullets down range into the 300 yard target. By his guess, it was roughly a spread of three to four inches with each round. Not bad for a 5.56. Taking note of his observation of the rifle he added, "If you're curious about the launcher it's another little thing I made. Light-weight carbon fiber all around. The weapon altogether itself weighs a little more than a loaded M16A1. Not very front heavy at all."As the drone itself whirred to life, he lowered his weapon and removed the clip. He pulled the slide to remove the last round from the chamber, catching it as it glinted in the sun. He began to run the terminal's start up features, and the drone rose to the ground quickly as it gained altitude. Looking at the terminal's camera view, he registered that it reached approximately 25 feet off the ground. "Drone's currently a prototype. I want this to be smaller, more agile. Currently it can move at it's fastest 40 miles per hour in a straight line. With turning, the fastest I've gotten her is 25 without stalling out. The quadrotor feature makes it easier to move around a lot faster." he stated, getting the targeting up on the same target he shot at earlier, "Currently I got a modified M4A1 and 60 rounds in there. The goal is to create a series of drones that can use a variety of modular weapons to strike hard and fast with all kinds of flavors of destruction." he then pressed the fire key, and the drone fired off three rounds into the target. Three rounds, one hole. Right in between the eyes. "Accuracy has never been a problem for me with these things. So let me guess, Army?"

Name: Raine "Glitter" Burke Team: Alphas Power: Creation and Manipulation of Electricity Location: Kitchen She felt like the girl’s gaze was ice as green eyes searched over her form for a moment, though thankfully it softened a bit after a few seconds. Her words were met with a simple shrug, the girl simply stating that getting breakfast in the morning was the normal thing to do. Raine forced a smile, arms tightening around her midsection. “ Fair enough,” the firefly muttered, introducing herself in a hopes that it would make the girl a little more friendly to her. Apparently, extending her hand wasn’t the best idea, Raine catching the girl’s hesitation to taking ahold of it. Maybe she had some sort of power that made touch not a good idea? But a smile spread across her lips once more as the girl’s hand closed around her own, giving her name and explaining just why Raine, who generally made it her business to know everyone given how many grounps and organizations she was involved with at the school, wouldn’t recognize her. Her touch was slightly cold, the hairs on her arm standing up momentarily, though the firefly didn’t show any outward signs of real surprise. It was kind of refreshing, as opposed to the hot touch of the Omega leader. “ Well, welcome to Academy X. I’m an Alpha too, so it’s probably good that we ran into each other.” Their numbers seemed to be growing again, no doubt in response to the Registration Act and all the unrest beyond the walls of the Academy. Eli walked into the kitchen without a word, beginning to prepare himself some breakfast. Raine’s hazel eyes looked over him for a moment, clearing her throat to get his attention and giving him a little wave. “ That’s Eli, also an Alpha,” she explained to Vee, easily falling into her role as welcome wagon as she cast the girl a sideways glance. The sound of her name caused Raine to turn around abruptly, giving Leo a small smile as he made a direct line for the refrigerator. “ Hey, Leo. This is Vee,” she responded, motioning to the girl next to her before tucking her hands into the back pockets of her army green capris. She was glad that he was pleasant to their new teammate, not that she expected anything else. True, she and Leo hadn’t spent that much time together, but he was pleasant to be around. The animal mimic asked Vee what her power was, and it was only then that the firefly realized that she hadn’t asked one of the most basic questions one would have about a new teammate. Taking advantage of the opportunity to grab something for herself, she cast periodic glances back towards the girl so she would know that she was listening while finding the saltines and water that she’d initially come down to the kitchen for.

Alpha: Lounge to Lillian's old dorm with Alex. Lillian had been just sitting reading her book in her own little world. Even if she knew the book pretty much by heart after reading it so many times over the years, she still enjoyed reading it. It was actually relatively quite in the lounge for once. Granted the after effects from prom time activities left many certainly not wanting out of their beds this morning, for various reasons. It didn't seem she had been reading long before someone plopped down near her. Peeking away from her book cuious as to who it was. Lillian saw Tara was the person in question. The power mimic couldn't help but smirk slightly as she saw Tara seemingly examining her nails. I left Lillian curious if geokenetic had something on her mind but she would give the girl time for what ever it was needed saying. Once Tara turned toward her the girl began to speak. Lillian quirked an eyebrow as she listened to the girl talk. It seemed that Lillian was no longer to be rooming with Alex but now to reside with Tara. The girl had in the time from prom ending to this moment here managed to talk Scott in to moving the power mimics room assignment. As things stood Lillian didn't seem to have a say in the matter. Before Lillian could even reply once Tara had finished speaking the girl patted her leg and made her way over to Thomas and Blake. Laughing lightly while shaking her head Lillian shoved her book mark in place to save her location in the book. Standing she walked over to the now group of three. "Morning Thomas, Blake it is nice to see you again. It certainly has been a while." She said with a smile to the pair of boys at the table before turing to her new roommate. "Sorry to intrude. But I need to steal this one here." Placing a hand on Tara's shoulder. "Tara dear. Since you took it upon yourself to make me your room mate. Then you get to help me move mystuff from my now privious room to my new one." She pushed the girls legs from the arm of the chair and grabbed on over her hands to drag Tara to her feet. "So lets go miss thang. Lets get me moved while the majority of people are still hiding in their rooms."Lillian wouldn't lie part of her felt bad about the sudden switch Alex may think it had something to do with her. But in a way she didn't since it wasn't the power mimic who went and asked for a room change. Nope in this situation it all fell down to Tara. And while thinking about leaving a note for Alex, it reminded her of still needing to find Raine to attempt to apologize for the night before. But again that particular talk was on hold for now. First she needed to move into her new room. "Tara I do have something to ask. Are you one that likes to sneak into your room mates bed to snuggle at night?"

The rest of Dimitri's night at the prom was...good. Which was surprising for the X-men. He or she might have thought someone may have jinxed it. One moment s**t goes down at the local mall, and the next moment, the prom they all had, where the majority of them were all in one spot...nothing happens? No glass shattering, no threats from the dude in the purple helmet? All of that paranoia some had..all for nothing. He would take his bottle of water and toast it to the chameleon before getting back on the dance floor once more with his date, showing them how it was properly done and spent most of his night chilling with Daylia. When their night at the prom was over they had gotten back safely. Though having the humor that Dimitri had, and because he knew he was capable of driving he had made small imitations that would match a dui. Nothing that would raise the heart rate up to where the damn thing sounded like a high school drum line though. When they got home, Dimitri still wanted to hang out with Daylia, because he knew if he went to his pad, he wasn't going to do anything special. Not to mention Leo might play a few of the Playboy's cards and bring Tara back to the pad. How would he look having nothing by his waist?
The two had ended their night by watching a movie like a couple that wanted to stay in for the night, and eventually it would have gotten late for Dimitri to make noise going back to his pad. That was when he asked Daylia if he could stay at her pad instead. She was cool with it, but with only one stipulation, which Dimitri had guessed before. It was good that she told Dimitri what was going down, rather than letting him on only to stop him when it was just going to get much...much better. Dimitri had no problem with that and even if they did he wouldn't be a big fan of shagging when she was near drunk status. That didn't sit well with Dimitri. A.K.A he didn't smash girls that were drunk. There was still some good in him...or was it?
That morning....
The Playboy would have rolled over so that the harmful rays called morning light wouldn't pierce through his face and tell him to wake up. Even with that horrific music playing by their shitty band who's mothers Dimitri probably hooked up with already, it didn't seem to gravitate too much towards the room he was sleeping in....Okay so the band members were actually good and Dimitri probably met their mothers on accident. Any sort of music blaring in anyone's ears in the morning was considered bad. And it seemed to have gotten to him enough to where he rolled over to share the level of sound with his other ear. That, and another body came in contact with his naked upper body.
And that's when s**t got real...
He heard someone, a female drop the F bomb right next to him. Curious, but not fully aware of his surroundings yet, he opened his eyes to see a cute redhead chick. Did that mean Dimitri hooked up with Jean Grey!? ********. In his dreams probably, for his brain had activated, his eyes quickly opened in surprise and immediately he realized that Jean wasn't in bed with the telekinetic. "Oh s**t..."
It was Daylia, his prom date.
"Uh, Hi?" he said with a slight forced smile. "What the ******** happened last night?" he thought, his mind forming the pieces right afterwards. There was prom, they got back here, chilled, and then...they were here. Of course everything seemed hazy but Dimitri just got the main parts down. And why was he half naked? His top was missing but even then he still had his pants on from prom? The Playboy even had his underwear on, which just made this even more suspicious. Maybe his date would know what happened, but when he looked over to ask she asked him first if they..did you know what. "I don't...I don't think we did, I think we're in the clear."
"I think? I think!? Oh mann..." his inner voice told him as he covered his face, before steamrolling it over with his hands. One would think that he would be happy that he ended up in bed with Daylia with barley anything on. But that was only if she was fine with it, which she said she wasn't. The fact that they still had clothes on indicated that they didn't get it on. But the fact that shagging can happen with a drop of a zipper and the sliding of a women's panties(if she had any on) didn't help his case. Then there were the other situations that could have gone down...like did he take advantage of her. No, Hell no he didn't. The codename was Playboy, not dateraper "Okay just be cool D...what.. happened last night?" his inner voice asked once again before a playback of last night occured. With the small amount of alcohol he had and the amount of sleep he had, having a hangover was out the window, which meant he could remember what happened with concentration.
He looked over to Daylia, who had apologized before she hid her face with one of her pillows. Just as he was remembering, he felt bad for the chameleon. It was one thing for Dimitri not to remember, but he couldn't imagine what went through head, not even remembering that she had allowed him to say over. With a sigh of relief he stared at her for a few moments, looking better in the T-shirt than she did in her prom outfit. s**t, her appearance right now was better than her prom outfit. "Daylia?"
The Playboy reached his hand over to the pillow, and like a toy claw tried to pry it from her, with the strength of the claw as well. Hopefully she would allow him to remove the pillow, just so that he could see her face and tell her what happened. And that part of her brain would remember as well. "Hey.." he started in a warm assuring tone. "We didn't do anything, I promise you..I only had one drink remember? You allowed me to stay and said shagging was off limits...so we just slept...that's all."

Omega, Location: Kerrigan's Room What does this mean really? Laying next to Kerrigan in the bed was an interesting and exhilarating moment. She laughed saying that it can't be a good sign that people get hit in the face. He smiled a bit, the sting on his face was slowly dying down. The woman in his arms made this man feel pretty damn good. She said she'd like to hear about those stories, and he chuckled a bit. "Well I'll be honest the stories are not exactly for the faint of heart. Though I get the feeling that you'd be able to understand them."Kerrigan then asked him what exactly this meant. What this night meant to him was a good question. He smiled as he contemplated this for a moment. "Well, can I be honest? What do you think it means? Because if you enjoyed this like I did, then I say we should keep this going." he answered to her, holding her close as he looked into her green eyes, "I enjoyed last night, and I enjoyed spending it with you."A part of him was exhilarated about the moment, but part of him also was terrified. The memories that swam through his head began to come to the front of his mind. She could take care of herself, but people around him died. Sonja died right in front of him. But we'd have to worry about this when the time came. He just hoped this red head beside him was worth it all.

As Vee finished her last sentence, another person came in. He nodded a quick greeting to Raine and made a beeline for the refrigerator. Another guy entered as well, whom Vee recognized as Eli. He didn't seem in all that great a mood. Probably had something to do with the blaring trumpet sounds. That scratchy sound of that instrument could bring anybody down.
Vee nodded when Raine pointed him out. "Already met."
Then, the other guy (Leo) addressed her, and she set her gaze on him. He was a lot peppier than Eli at the moment. She guessed he just had a workout, judging by his clothes and the perspiration on his face. His eyes were an amazingly blue color. Vee nodded when Raine introduced her. When Leo held out his hand, she hesitated again, then shrugged off any worries. She took his hand, hoped her cold skin didn't shock him all that much, and shook it briefly. "Pleasure," she said airily. She found it somewhat ironic that everybody she'd met so far had been Alphas. Where were all the Omegas hiding?
She took a moment to take a bite out of her pastry before Leo asked her what her ability was. Vee glanced around the room for what she could use to show them, and settled on the bottle of water in front of her. She waved her hand over the bottle, and it iced over immediately. There was a crackling sound as the water expanded inside the water bottle, stretching the container.
Vee looked back up at Raine and Leo, sea green orbs watching them both carefully. She was curious as well as to what their powers were. She'd never met any other mutants beside her mother, and her powers were nothing knew, them being related to her own. Truthfully, even though she was one herself, the idea of people with extra powers still seemed a bit surreal to her. "Same question, back at you. Both of you," she said, an inquisitive and almost innocent tone creeping into her voice.

Jacen Reilly [Kraken] / Omega / Dorm to Kitchen Sleep is cheap, and Jacen had been up for at least an hour when the music started. Granted, he still jumped to the ceiling when the band started up, toothbrush clenched between teeth. The tanned mutant dropped from the ceiling and spit the rest of the toothpaste into the sink, muttering to nobody about pranks and loud vibrations. Last night had left him alone and sober, coming home to a room void of companionship. Unless you counted the rodent. Which Jacen did. He’d promptly dropped to the mattress and passed out. Then he’d woken up, went about the usual morning stuff, and that was that. Jacen glanced towards his door as he pulled on a shirt and flipped through his window, not wanting to interrupt the hymn as it played out, though he could have sworn he heard a squeal and hum of twisting metal as he departed. He landed with bare hands and feet on the grass surrounding the academy, before standing up straight and stretching his back. With a satisfying ‘pop’ he continued on his way around the building, soaking in the morning sun. Some distance away he could see a blonde girl stretching and farther a guy and girl entering the range. The top of his head could just be seen as he stopped walking underneath the kitchen window. With a jump he moved through the kitchen window and onto the floor of what seemed to be a popular room. Once again thankful that this kitchen seemed built especially for large groups, he waved a hand at those assembled. “Morning everyone~” He grinned, looking from a surly looking Eli to a chipper Leo and Michelle. He nodded to his fellow Omega, before turning at Vee’s comment. “What question?” He asked, momentarily forgetting that he didn’t know who this girl was, while smiling a greeting to Raine as he searched the cabinet for some sugary cereal.

Kerrigan Schwartz Codename: Knoxx Team: Omega Location: Kerri and Cissa's Room Current Thoughts: I've faced the Brotherhood, demon lords and inter dimensional monsters - no idea how to act in bed… " Yea, I think we both know that I'm not in that "faint of heart" category," she responded with a chuckle, nuzzling into him with a grin. Kerrigan was many things, and a girl that could handle a war story was at the top of the list. Her mind started working on making sense of the situation as a few minutes of silence passed between the two of them. It wasn't that Kerrigan was uncomfortable - in fact, she found herself very comfortable laying next to him, despite the fact that she was becoming acutely more aware of the fact that she was naked, her hair was a mess, and she was sure that she had terrible morning breath. At least he'd been gracious enough not to say anything about it, yet. The redhead took it upon herself to break the silence that passed between them, asking the one question that afterwards she was sure that she should never have asked on the first morning after. She twisted around so she was facing him, however, asking him what this all meant exactly so that she could be sure that they were on the same page. She almost cringed when he started his response with "can I be honest?" However, it didn't seem to go too badly from there, a smile breaking onto her features as she hid her face against his chest for a second when he suggested they keep this going. Her gaze rose to meet his once more as he explicitly told her that he enjoyed her company last night, her cheeks flushing pink as she released a breathy laugh. " No, I mean, yea. Last night was…it was great. Sorry to make this, you know, weird or something," she responded, her cheek turning to press against his chest as he held her close to him. It wasn't like her to be tripping over her words, or unsure what exactly she was supposed to say in a situation. But most of the situating where she was required to speak were giving orders to her fellow Omegas - it was more natural for her to do those than lay in these kinds of situations. " I think we covered it last night, but I'm…terrible at this kind of thing, so just be patient with me. Ok?" If they were going to be adults about this, then she felt like she might as well be straightforward with him about where her head was at. If everything she'd seen so far as any indication, he probably wouldn't think anything of it. He'd been nothing but a gentleman since they left the night before, and there was nothing indicating that he'd be anything but the same now. Shifting once more to glance at the clock, she rested her head back on the pillow with a soft groan. " We should probably get dressed. Cissa cleared out for the night, but who knows when she'll be back. If she sees us, she'll never let us forget it. Besides, I think the bulk of that 'walk of shame' should be done by now." Her tone at the end was clearly joking, leaning over the edge of the bed to grab her undergarments. Donning them underneath the sheet, she reluctantly slipped away from him, crossing the room towards her closet to allow him time to make himself decent as well. As she flipped through the hangers to find something, she finally settled on a pair of jeans and purple printed top, running her fingers through her hair to give it some sort of order. " How do you feel about breakfast," she called over her shoulder to him, pushing all her hair over one shoulder and coating her lips with a fresh layer of chapstick from her dresser. Her butt found the wood as she leaned against it, not sure if he would want to eat, or if they should split up for awhile, lest anyone get suspicious. Were they worried about that? It was another one of those questions that she wasn't sure she should ask, for fear of putting him on the spot. " It's not a big deal if you'd rather go about your own morning routine. I just know that I'm famished and an omelet sounds divine." She was quick to throw the out in there for him, hoping that he wouldn't think her too clingy already. If it wasn't painfully obvious that she'd not been in this situation many times, it would certainly be clear by now. This was one redhead that really had no idea what she was going.

Anthony "Graviton" CallahanOmegaGravitational Manipulation Waking up was sometimes the hardest part of the day for Anthony Callahan. The biggest decision had to be made – laze around, or do something productive. He contemplated these two tough choices as he rolled over onto his back, staring up at the ceiling. Unfortunately, this decision-making process was enacted by the loud sounds of trumpets blaring from the hallway. Someone thought it was funny to start playing loud musical instruments in the morning. His mouth pulled into a frown and his brow furrowed… decisions, decisions… Well, it would probably be relatively quiet day, considering everyone would be hung over or close to it from prom. Anthony had not participated in prom… he found it rather distasteful, a bunch of teens grinding against each other to music that was hardly comprehensible. Being a superhero had certainly matured him faster than normal – and made him more cynical. Especially after an entire city shunned him. Yeah… that still burned.
Well, time to get up and do something, he finally decided to himself as he sat up. Popping his neck, he moved it around, limbering it up. Stretching his arms up, he sighed, his eyes closing in small pleasure. Quietly pushing his covers back and standing on the hard wood floor, Anthony took so much care to not wake his roommate (Felix). Looking to the door, he knew that the band was still there, and that they would probably be a bother to get around and go down to the kitchen or wherever he needed to go. Sighing, he looked over to the window… perfect. Quickly, he made a quick change of his basketball shorts to a pair of black nylon sweatpants. It was much more comfortable – he didn’t feel so exposed to the elements. Stepping over to the window, he unlatched it, opening the bay windows, but making sure that the curtains were still pulled as to not disturb his roomie. And then, Tony did something normal people wouldn’t… he jumped out of the window. Not only did he jump out of the window, but he did it backwards, in quite possibly the most casual way possible.
He let himself fall for a few feet before catching himself, manipulating the pull of Earth’s gravity on his body so he floated there for a second or so, before aiming the nexus that pulled him upwards, towards the clear skies. It was so exhilarating, to be able to fly. He escaped literally everything here – annoying people, nagging, all of the human-mutant conflict… all of it. Up there, nothing mattered but him, and the magnificent view. Looking down on the mansion and the grounds from so high up, he said to himself, “Good morning, Academy X.” It was going to be a good day – he could feel it.
Zooming upwards, he got as high as he would like to go, then let his body start to fall back to the Earth. He free-fell for a good distance before catching himself, zipping by the Academy windows and out towards the lake. Over the lake, he flew only about a foot away from the surface, lightly dipping his hand in the water before going back up. He paused over the lake, letting his feet dangle there, almost touching the water. Yawning, he began to think of what he could actually do that day as he steadily drifted towards the shore. What was there to do? Nothing… well, he could try to meet new people. That was always productive… right?
Tony already spotted someone (Peyton) outside, stretching as if they were about to go on a run. She had her music in, blasting loud… but that wouldn’t deter Tony. He made sure to approach from the front, as to not startle her. Although, it might have looked creepy, the way that Tony was merely floating towards her. Everything below him was grass, and Tony didn’t trust placing his bare feet on the ground. There were bugs and creepy-crawlies in the ground… something he would rather avoid.
“Hi there,” he attempted communication with the blonde girl, careful not to shout too loud, but hopefully his voice was raised enough so that she could hear him. “I don’t mean to interrupt… but I thought I’d introduce myself instead of be a total shut-in. I’m Tony.”
