" yeah, You did. " he said, the bite healing almost instantly. The other man took Emmi. Just like Lane had said, they wouls have taken him to become a slave. Emmi was in the man's car, in a cage. She had a collar around her neck, that contained her demon powers. They drove off.

Lane laughed "My venom will take effect in three... two... one..." The car crshed into a ditch and Emmi appeared beside him "You okay?"

Emmi was covered in bruises, making it obvious she had tried to escape.
She ripped the collar off of her, and the bruises dissapeared. " Yeah.." she said softly, looking down.
