As to your problem, Lance:
That is why we have the NPCs. If your kage is not online/active, there should be a mod. Just post up a request for NPC and they'll even help you with learning the techniques. The TUP MODs aren't in the same time zone. Such we change shifts. Just be patient and post a request.

I was just wondering what is the situation with the summons? Are they in the process of being developed?

I was under the impression that they were already done, but I guess I could be wrong.
you do know you need the summoner specialty to use summons?

Witch Hunter Robin 94 The only summon posted is slugs Sorry about that Robin. We have several summons backed up and being edited. The process is taking us a bit longer than anticipated. We definiately will have more up by the time the Chuunin exams are over and done with. Sorry about that.

Could I make a suggestion that a second crew member be assigned to custom taijutsu/kenjutsu styles? sweatdrop I'm sure that Deil has a good reason for being unable to post, but it's been a while since anyone has gotten any feedback from him in that department.

I'm actually typing up responses to you and Malfrost right now, and then I'll go back and see which ones I can address that are still relevant (i.e.: are the people that sent applications who aren't even posting anymore). Auggie is a helper, but he's been busy lately, so it's just me for now.

Of course if the other Rper is willing it works fine, but if a male Rpc knows yours a male, then I would say they can say are not effected.

Of course if the other Rper is willing it works fine, but if a male Rpc knows yours a male, then I would say they can say are not effected./insert sexuality clause here

More of a question, but to trigger the +2 for Elemental mastery, it's obvious for Suiton and Fuuton: Rain, a lake, high winds, etc. But... what is needed to trigger the +2 to Raiton? A thunderstorm? How much fire is needed to trigger Katon's +2, or exposed earth for Doton's +2?

Could someone be willing to explain to me the way an Uchiha gains tomoe in this guild. I understand the the whole life and death thing I mean like when it starts out they get one in one eye and two in another. Then a second in the one that had only one. But my question is to get a three is it simultaneous for both eyes ?

It says it on the bloodline post, and in the show, every time Sasuke gained a tomoe he was in a pretty hardcore fight with something, or someone he should not have been. It is the same thing here.
