Form a contract with me and magically win this race! OwO
And just as she predicted, the winged ghoul didn't succeed with the cups. It had obviously been a fluke the first time, or beginner's luck, or maybe it meant she should be practicing her javelin throwing more. Yeah, it was probably all three but hey, she had the small consolation of having few students to point and laugh at her. Or at the very least Mac wasn't around to poke fun.
So she wandered off to the gambling, er, betting, er, you know what? She's just going to go and randomly pick a nyan-cat now...

Glowing amber eyes followed the curves of Riley's body as she purposely accentuated them, knowing very well the instant she did so that she was teasing him for what had just happened. He took it in stride -- while Riley was high off of sugar, he was riding the high of both praise and poptartcats, both of which were equally effective at this point in time. Riley could tease all she wanted, but they both knew it really was fitness that had been the cause. He'd worked out before joining fitness, of course -- since the start of school, he had never once let himself be the weakling, toning himself purposefully to be the ruthless bully character (yeah, we see how well THAT worked out) but Fitness had definitely done something different to him. And he was reaping the benefits. Or rather, they were -- Riley certainly got a lot of attention from boils.
The claw on his neck was less than gentle, but the skinwalker seemed less than perturbed, tensing as he had beneath Ash's touch, although he growled deep in the back of his throat, reaching up to grab her arm as she did so, his smirk devious. "Don't promise things you can't handle, Riley," he replied, looking exceptionally tempted to haul her over his shoulder, "If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were jealous."
Although the urge never quite left, he let the demoness link arms with him instead, following her as she headed away from Desu's booth.
"We gonna go flip my booth now?"
Ok, so he couldn't resist one last tease.

The mere fact that Nukpana had just called her on her challenge made her pause in her step, if only for a moment. She continued to look ahead, though her eyes narrowed in calculating thought.
Are you saying you don't think I could break you in half? Or is this yet another allusion to sexual play? I really can't tell with you anymore.
She did, however, finally turn to look at him when he accused her of jealousy. Her eyes widened for a moment, filling with mirth.
Ahah.
Ahahaha.
Nukpana, you are positively adorable. The word was said with as much inflection as a human might say the phrase 'You are positively horrifying.'
Needless to say, she was not complimenting him.
She reached up and pinched his cheek, before continuing out towards the other booths. Yes. I think it's about time I showed you just how good of a table flipper I can be.

Ooohh - One of the landsharks in the tank had bitten the net off clean. Edel immediately retracted her hand and stared at the remains of the net in her hand. It was......rather pathetic. She picked up yet another of those flimsy contraptions, gulping a little as she reached into the tank once more.
She hoped she was lucky (read: not getting her hand bitten off by one of the creatures).

Even high, Riley was pretty sharp. It only made the situation even more hilarious to him, his grin quickly starting to look competitive. That was the problem with them -- he may have accidentally issued a challenge, but if she picked up on it, he was just as likely to keep going with it, which undoubtedly would result in an impromptu wrestling match on the floor. Which at this point, could he really say he wouldn't enjoy that on any level? No, no he could not. Still, between the two of them they were pretty damn high for their own separate reasons, so instead he let it pass, letting the challenge fade with a snicker. They both knew she could do it -- those damn tentacles. Nuk was beginning to hate tentacles.
"If you have to ask, you'll never know," he purred, not looking over at him as she started to laugh at him, although he did glance over when she called him 'adorable.' If he were bothered that she pinched his cheek as if he were subordinate to her (which, in a way, he was) he didn't show it, still grinning as her hand fell and they continued on, amber eyes glinting a little at her last statement.

What is this?
Edel stared in amazement as a rainbow coloured grouper swam straight into the net and just SAT in there. Carefully, she lifted the net up, hoping that it wouldn't snap under the fish's weight. It didn't – in fact it felt light....and floaty....
Must be the rainbows.
Transferring it into a bag, she held it up to her face and watched the fish bloopbloopbloop at her with its luscious lips. She/he shall be called Elizabeth. The fish seemed to be staring rather intently at the bunnies that were popping up and down the whack-a-bunny station.
Maybe it was hungry.
Edel felt bad as she approached the bunnies, mallet in hand. She looked at Elizabeth, who stared back at her with her fishy eyes pointedly. Obey, they read.
This isn't funny, the life of a bunny is at stake! What do you mean they're not alive?

Squeak- wait, was that even a squeak? What kind of sounds do bunnies make anyway?
Edel had managed to knock one of the bunnies out and it lay there, so pure, so white as if waiting for her prince to come. Deep in her heart Edel was shedding QQ tears – not for the rabbit, but for the rabbit girl. One of her kin was about to be eaten, unless divine intervention occurs and the bunny's prince came.
Edel stretched out her hand to touch the rabbit, sweat-dropping a little as Elizabeth trashed around in her temporary plastic abode. Demandingly.
Jack Bless this bunny

Jack must have heard her calls, as the bunny jolted up from its unconsciousness, bolting off into the distance. Or maybe Edel's hands were just cold – like a bucket of ice-water.
Elizabeth was very displease. Very. Displease.
Edel chose to ignore her – it was a little hard seeing how the aquatic creature trashed around in a tantrum. It trashed around so hard in fact that it sailed through the air, plastic bag and all, and landed in front of the racing station.
In front of the nyan cats. Which stared at it. Hungrily.
And it was gone -
When rainbows come together, they form double rainbows. It was really intense. Edel watched in awe as the nyan cat that consumed the prissy fish started to emit not one, but TWO streaks of rainbow. It must be a sign.
Grabbing a betting card, Edel ticked against the name of the powered-up nyan cat.

Tess wasn't sure if she should think twice about trying for the fishing game again. She wasn't particularly lucky the first time, and now with the skittershark biting through one of the other nets, she felt like rethinking the game. Still, with the net in her hand, she tried again.

After nearly getting her finger bit off, Tess figured she'd go for something safer. For her at least. Mildly nervous from nearly losing an appendage, her grip on the hammer for the bunny-bash might not have been as desirable.

Indeed, it seems that even the stars of fate would re-align themselves to make way for the coming of the double rainbow. Captain Apple (which Edel had bet on previously, only to disappoint her notreally by finishing fourth), had pranced across the finishing line for a podium finish. It hic-ed and burped on the podium, emitting sparkles and bits of rainbow from its mouth. Edel clapped enthusiastically, greatly inspired by this event. Perhaps she could include this in her next works, who knew?
What a great day.
Edel moved on and passed the table with teacups stacked atop each other again. She picked up a sugar cube and tossed it in the air without thinking twice.
Desu-chan, you're not hiding puppies in those teacups, are you?

Oh yes, Tess' grip on the hammer was indeed not desirable. For the bunnies as she nearly bashed, er, bopped all of them. While that meant she wouldn't win a piece of candy for it, she felt much better afterwards.

It missed. Edel didn't feel so bad, except that it had bounced off and hit a passer-by. Oh dear, she thought, feeling rather apologetic. Perhaps she should leave now.....
Making her way out of the booth, Edel's eyes caught onto something. The table flipping. It seems....she had been doing it wrong!
The participants were flipping PAPER TABLES. Edel flushed, remembering her previous attempt on AN ACTUAL table. That table was actually reserved for the Booth's co-master it seems – the girl in a pink outfit. Edel watched as she flew into a self-induced rage and flipped the table expertly, allowing it to soar in the air 20 feet above the ground.
That's it, rage was the key to this!
Edel quickly picked up a piece of paper and folded it into a table. Try to be angry, she told herself as she got into position.
1,2,3 - Who would've thought flipping tables was harder than flipping pancakes? What's up with that!

I'M SPINNING THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE~ OR IS IT SPINNING ME
The manananggal looked at her small amount of candy and figured maybe she should do more with it than just carrying it around in her pocket. "Excuse me, I would like to trade in one piece for a spin, please." She stated politely, properly, and handed over the aforementioned one piece.
