Bari heeded the man's words and used sonido to get a far enough distance
away from Nagasado and the fox captain. She looked over to Uzumi and saw
that was attacked out of the blue by a captain, so much for diplomacy.
"Liar!" She said once again building up her spiritual pressure.

Bari took an offensive stance and glared at the two men who were once in
front of her. Since her zanpaktou took on the form of bangles instead of swords
like everyone else, she had gone through strength augmentations and mastered
many forms of hand to hand combat in order to defend herself. Once again the
aspect of death she embodies took over and fury was the only thing on her
mind at the moment.

Bari held out her right index finger and a black ball of energy began to form
at the tip, expanding as it grew in power. "Is that soul reaper an accomplice
of yours? If not then my wrath will be directed towards her instead." She
said as the black wall was becoming more volatile as it grew to the size of
a basket ball.

Bari waved her finger and the ball disappeared. She had calmed down, for now.
"Fine, Uzumi can fend for himself." She said to herself and sat on the
ledge of a building. Due to the hierarchy of the Espada, Bari wouldn't have any
choice in the matter if Uzumi were to tell her to attack. But then again if
something were to happen to him, she would be next in line to govern Hueco
Mundo and she did not want to have a weight like that on her shoulders.

"My name is Bari." She said moving away from the man and continued
to look at Uzumi seeing what his next course of action would be. "It wouldn't
matter if you stop them or not. If Uzumi tells me to attack I must do so, thus the
law of Las Noches." She said awaiting further orders like the loyal servant
she was to her superior. Bari then turned to face the unnamed man who had
been speaking to her sense he arrived on the battlefield. "And what is your
name? I find it fitting to know the name of the person who I will have to fight
in the inevitable future."

Sojiro smiled at the girl."my names Sojiro Nobusake, the lieutenant of squad 13, nice to meet you Bari...i would hate to be your opponent, you seem strong enough to crush me without needing to release your zanpakuto"he said. He looked back up at the sky to watch the two. He wondered who the woman was and why she was here.

Sure... everyone point at the little guy... He thought to himself. "Technically tresspassing would be the right word I suppose since I did use the word. And I can't help what I say! In it's my nature to say stupid stuff" He sighed after eating up a tiny bit. "But I only released my shikai because instead of accepting a challenge to a fight she sent a horde of weaklings at me..." he said. "If everyone deserves respect, then why did she send them in, knowing full well anyone alone in Hueco Mundo, can probably handle themselves against them? Even the soul Society doesnt do that... well..." He said scratching his head and sighing. "At... least... at least not anymore they don't" he explained. "I aint saying your an idiot... I guess i kinda did jump the gun... fightin's all I know about really... well that and heavy metal..." he said. "The human world does stuff to ya..." he sighed. "But your takin her side without even askin' me for my side of the story... YOUR as big a perv as me buddy, tryin to snuggle up to the pretty girl..." He said.

The woman in fur armor caught his attention as well. "Wait... wait wait!" He growled as more and more was starting to occur. "What the hell did I miss? Why's everyone interrupting all of sudden!?" He growled. His eye twitched slightly.

(Sorry for the absence... I turned 21 last night at midnight... so... hehehe I was out partying and stuff...)

As Uzumii's attack seemed to missed the shinigami, a smirk appeared upon his face but before he continue with another attack, the shinigami prepared an axe kick, with his name on it. Yet before the attack came down to punish his head like mother scolding her child, Uzumi brought his arms together in an juji-uke form blocking the foot from preforming fatal damage against he cranium, but the force behind that attack and the lack of preparation send Uzumi hurdling towards the ground.

As Uzumi's shot towards the ground, a crater in the ground formed from his entry as dust and debris filled the area. Within the debris a voice could be heard, "once this is all through, me and you should really have a drink" spoke none other then Uzumi, shortly after preforming sonido, placing him some distance from the shinigami revealing he was barely scratch. "If it weren't for hierro, instincts, and years of training, I would have assumed you were trying to kill me" spoke Uzumi as he slightly bent his knees and place his left hand near his abdomin and his right hand, palm facing towards the shinigami "Come" commanded Uzumi as he jerked his head as to taunt the shinigami.
