As the group continued to talk with each other, Nepheus stomped and spoke in an annoyed tone. "Grrrr... Fine, don't tell me" mad
Afterwards she quickly noticed the woman sitting at the fountain, she smiled for a second, but however could sense something bad, she also felt someone was watching her from a distance. Regardless, she still cheerfully greeted her. Hello miss ^^ Are you having a pleasant day?
Nepheus tilted her head in confusion to Arakiel's question. Hunting? Like wolves? or maybe deer? Erm, but no, Im not even a hunter. Nepheus began looking around, as if she knew someone was watching from a distance. She was to distracted to hear Lloyd's question

"Hm? Don't tell you what?" Cleo asked Nepheus, slightly confused. She had not heard her question earlier.
"Ooh. The strong silent type? I think I like. It's indeed a pleasure to meet you. I have no complaints as to us helping this poor man." Cleo just seemed like a totally different person today.
She looked over at Arakiel and scanned her over. "You have a quiet a figure, Ms. No, we're aren't any hunting session I know of. Unless you count the fact we're looking for some of their friends. I guess we could be considered one if we go looking for that witch? Hm?" The elf shrugged a shoulder as she spoke.
When she heard Zaul mention children, Cleo clapped her hands in delight. "Babies? Twins? Oh, we must go see them. I love children. They're so innocent and cute. They make these silly little noise, laugh, and smile nearly all the time."

Lloyd grinned, relieved and satisfied with the answers of his current teammates. Well, the ones that were paying attention anyway. Half the group, to him, was practically a majority vote, and the lack of protest made him think they'd agree. "Great! I knew you guys would understand." Too naive to be grabbed by Arakiel's rather striking features, he merely blinked and offered an inquisitive expression as he looked to her. "I'm not a hunter either. People call me a hero, but I really don't think I'm that big of a deal. Say, uh...what's it to you anyway?" Noticing that Meteo was making signs again but still not really understanding any of it, he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head. He wasn't sure who Meteo was trying to speak to, and he felt a need to know what he was saying so as to not give him the impression that he was being rudely ignored. "Ah, jeez...does anyone understand sign language?" sweatdrop
"Sorry, pal, I never got t' study that myself...." _^;; Zaul replied. Then, he fell silent and stared at Arakiel with a blank expression, but with a wary eye. She may have had the exterior of an attractive woman, but those inhuman features of hers didn't allow him to trust her much. Indeed, he was feeling conflicted inside. Often being on the receiving end of discrimination because he was a Half-Elf, he valued the philosophy of not judging a book by its cover, and thus he was feeling like a hypocrite right now. On the other hand, there was this nagging feeling that told him not to be so naive. Breaking his silence, he answered her question duly, "I ain't no hero, but I wouldn't say I'm a hunter in th' conventional sense either. I go fer bounties...treasure...n' slay monsters that're causing problems."
Hearing Cleo's comment on his story, he turned his attention back to her and replied, "Yer just full'a serprises t'day, Cleo. _^ Now, as much as I wanna see 'em too, I don' wanna delay the team's focus. So fer now, that'll be lower on th' priorities list and a 'sometime'. Speakin'a which...don' mean t' sound pushy, but do we wanna get goin' already?"

Hina bowed her head and followed after Colette, once she had lifted it again. Her boot lace was firmly in place, so it would probably not get caught again, for a while. "So, Chosen one," Hina said, "Where are we heading off to?"

Emil made a sheepish smile when he heard Lloyd's question in regards to understanding sign language. "I'm sorry, but I don't." ^.^; "Maybe he can write down what he's saying?" He felt bad that he didn't understand what Meteo is trying to say. He then caught notice of Nepheus looking around. "Hey, is everything alright, Nepheus?" He asked. Hearing Zaul, he would give a nod. "Yeah, we should get going. By the way..." He glanced back over to Lloyd. "Where do we find that witch?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As she walked, she glanced over to Hina when . "According to Cinkel, Lloyd and the others are currently in Luin. If we're lucky, we might be able to catch up with them." She smiled.
Arakiel watched with an almost curious look, as the group fiddled with her question. Humans, and their like. It was strange to watch them juggle even the most simple requests. "Not simple animal hunters, then." She said simply, shrugging. One even admitted treasure hunting, though Arakiel still wondered if this land held any trinket worth-while. She felt a small smile form on her lips at the compliment. "You think so? You like my body then, do you?" She asked, shooting a daring smile at the other. The talk of children made her smile start to fade. Zaul's answer made her sigh. "A hunter of toys and kin? Hunting my kind has always been fun." She said with another shrug. "I see. No heroes here then. I was hoping to run into members of this fabled "Journey of Regeneration" that everyone mutters about."
Meteo sighed inaudibly, taking out a piece of paper and jotting down his earlier response of witch hunting. He also wrote another note to hand to Lloyd. He handed the witch response to the woman, then Lloyd's half to him. It read:
"I had heard rumors of a black haired sorceress in Gaorachia forest. I had hoped to check there first."
After finishing his responses on paper, he let out another inaudible sigh. When he had been to Sybak there had been a translator for him, but back here in Sylvarant there was no such luck it seemed.
Nepheus noticed Cleo asking her about the "Fine don't tell me" Reply. She quickly replied nervously. "Nothing nothing!"
After hearing Lloyd ask if anyone knew sign language, she happily replied. "Nope! blaugh I don't even know what that is~" Nepheus sighed and looked away crossing her arms. "Oh great, the men are already hitting on women"
She then noticed the newcomer, she approached him and greeted him, with a cheerful smile. "Oh, hello there~!" She then stopped and thought to herself for a few minutes, then replied with a more embarrassed voice. Wait... how long have you been here? O_o;
"Oro knows sign, learned it awhile back out of boredom." Schwarz pointed at the puppy on his head, with a grin.
Oro just continued his lazy look and sent a mental message to his brother, 'You do know, you sound absolutely crazy to everyone who doesn't know I can talk in this form... right? Also the language I learned was Saiyan from world 232.' Oro yawned and closed his eyes, pretending to fall asleep.
"I hate you sooo much right now." Schwarz sighed, as his grin left his face, "Your nothing more then a bunch of excess baggage." He didn't realize he was speaking to Oro out in the open
'Just so you know, I can understand basic sign... Maybe I should learn it completely.'
"Okay now you just sound like a complete a-a-a... "
'Troll, a**, chub-bunned furface.'
"A what???"
'Oh sorry, that last one is what you are.'
"Okay That's it!" Schwarz yelled at the top of his lungs. Grabbing Oro off his head.
'Now they'll really think your crazy.'
Schwarz suddenly realized what Oro meant, him yelling at a puppy seemed highly offensive and crazy at the same time. Even more so since he was talking to thin air a moment ago. "Uhh... There is a logical... well maybe not so much but..." Oro started thinking of a loud clock ticking seconds, Schwarz decided to change the topic, he turned to Lloyd, "Lloyd, aren't part of that Regeneration group thingy, this... wait did she just say kin?"
'Nice Save Bro.'
'... Okay, where the hell is the real Oro? You are seriously starting to creep me out.' -_- thought Schwarz.
"Oh, yes. A fine body indeed. I'm almost a little jealous." Cleo responded to Arakiel. "It puts my own to shame. Anyway, as far as I know. The only hero is that guy in red and maybe the blonde. I think I remember seeing him parading around against the corrupt end of the church and the Vanguard. If that counts, then sure."
Cleo then moved over to Schwarz and carefully took Oro away from him. "Yelling a puppy. Someone might think he has gone insane. Thinking a dog can do sign language. I think he's crazy. Don't you think so Oro?" She really liked puppies. Even if Oro wasn't quite your average pup.
The elf then turned her attention to Lloyd and Meteo. "I learned a little bit of sign language. Most of the animals in the forest respond to it better than the spoken word. You might have to go a bit slower for me to understand it though." Her red lips curled into a smile. It was put off as kinda creepy considering how she acted the night before.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"That's correct." Cinkel spoke up. "One of our new acquaintances seems very familiar with dark magics, so it made it easier for Malphas to track him down. At least for a little while. I wouldn't be able to do it again since it's been too long since I've last seen him. The reason why I know he's with Lloyd is that Lloyd's own personality nearly covered up the other. He really does have a fire inside of him. Huh, Colette." Cinkel really didn't pay any attention to where he was going. He seemed off in his own little world.

"Hu-wee. 'E can overwhelm dark magicky stuff like that?" Jason, still walking, turned back to Cinkel with an impressed look. "Wow, tha t'ain't bad. Wish I could do that. 'A course, I bet tha lasses 'ere could jus' ask 'tever dark aura be plaguin' them nicely, an it'd leave." He seemed to be missing the point. "Ach, never mind me ramblin'. Lead on an' all that."

Lloyd made a grin at Cleo, relieved at her implication about translating for Meteo. "Great, thanks!" As he received the piece of paper from Meteo, he addressed Schwarz and Cleo's replies to Arakiel about him. "Uhh...yeah, I was part of the Journey of Regeneration...but still, I wouldn't call myself that big of a deal." sweatdrop He said this not with a tone lacking confidence, but with humility. He just didn't think all this praise talk about him was warranted.
"..." _o His attention caught by Schwarz's ranting, he just stared in bewildered silence, knowing what could possibly have been really going on, after remembering how Oro spoke into his mind. He'd agree that Schwarz still looked insane, though.
Lloyd nodded in agreement with Emil. "Yeah, he's right. We are kinda wasting time just dawdling here." He turned to Arakiel for a moment. "Ah, sorry, miss, but we've got people to catch up with and a side mission. If we can cross paths again someday, I'll be glad to have a talk about...uh, whatever it is you wanted to know!" He turned toward one of the city's gates and started to walk, leading the others. Glancing at the note he was given, he gave it a quick read then picked up where he left off with Emil, "Oh! Meteo says right here that he heard of the witch being in the Gaoracchia Forest. We can head straight there after catching up with Colette and the others."
After putting his map back in his pack, Zaul just slung it over his shoulder and silently rose from his seat, following behind.

Emil couldn't help but blink a bit when he saw Schwarz grabbing Oro off his head. "Um..." o.o He didn't know what to say after that. He then made a sheepish look when he heard Cleo's response to Arakiel about him and Lloyd. "I don't know if you would really count me as a hero..." ^.^; "I wasn't part of the Journey of Regeneration, but Lloyd and his friends had joined with myself, Marta, and Tenebrae on our journey." He started to follow after Lloyd as the red-clad swordsman began to walk. "Sounds like a plan." He smiled.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
As Cinkel spoke up, Colette became curious when he mentioned Malphas. "Could you tell me more about Malphas?" She then smiled when Cinkel said that Lloyd does have a fire inside of him. "Of course." ^_^ She would turn her attention to Jason as she walked. "You're useful in your own way, Jason."
Meteo kept close to Lloyd, keeping his cloak close about his body. This group was strange, but somehow he felt excited as opposed to afraid. His family had always had its strange tendencies, but they were all strong fighters regardless of that fact. He felt right at home, and now he was finally making real progress towards his goal.
