Kalle laughed softly. 'I am sorry, I should have been more specific. Yes, unicorns live in forests, but in what region of the world might you find them?' Kalle asked, hoping her new question made more sense than her previous one.

Olli Hufflepuff ; Fifth YearOlli approached the class and smiled. She was kind of excited for this class, but she wasn't sure how to act, coming from a Muggle family that was very average-oriented. She placed her hands on her hips and nodded to the professor. "They live in, ah, Europe, unicorns do. Don't they?"

Eriena Emm – Gryffindor – 5th year "I know they're featured in a lot of art from Western Europe," Eriena chimed in, "So my guess is around the Celtic and Germanic regions of Europe, and also in China. And maybe Greece, too? I think I've heard of early records by the Greeks."

Amelia Frances
Though in a hurry, as she knew she was late, Amelia's steps slowed when she came in sight of the class. Even from the distance, she believed there was a unicorn standing just out of reach of the class. Resisting the urge to run up and touch it, as she knew that would scare the beast, she approached the class from the side, letting herself stand out in the front, without standing in front of anyone. "I'm sorry for being late, professor." She commented, not looking at Kalle at all. She didn't expect to get in trouble as she'd barely been signed up for the class five minutes. Either way, the calm creature would have taken away all worry. It was majestic and beautiful. She felt as if she should bow down to it, though she merely inclined her head when she met his eyes. "What is your name?" she breathed, fully expecting the incredible creature to respond.

Gryffindor Prefect Sparrow----Gryffindor ----3rdyear Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain And Seeker Sparrow nodded at the other students answers and said, "I read that they normally dwell in Northern Europe." Sparrow didn't really think there was a need to add this but felt like saying something.

'You might belong in Gryffindor, Where dwell the brave at heart, Their daring, nerve, and chivalry Set Gryffindors apart;' . Thinking . . Speaking . . Action .
Ginelle stepped nexk to Sparrow, because Sparrow was someone she knew would help her. The unicorn, to Ginelle, was very frightening. But being next to Sparrow actually gave her relief. It was kind of strange, but that was how it worked. She smiled to Sparrow, then quickly looked back at the Unicorn agian. She wanted to keep her eyes on it at all times.

Gryffindor Prefect Sparrow----Gryffindor ----3rdyear Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain And Seeker Sparrow noticed Ginelle step closer to her and wondered why. She wondered if the magicial world might still frighten her a little because it was so new and different. Sparrow knew what that was like in her experiences in the muggle world it was probably the same way around. Sparrow smiled encouragingly to Ginelle and then looked back at Professor and the unircorn.

Lena
Lena continued to listen to the lesson attentively, occasionally glancing at Beinrochir. She found the lesson quite interesting, unicorns were lovely creatures. When Professor Kalle asked questions, Lena thought she knew the answers but the others were always quicker at answering them then she was. At the previous question, which was to answer where unicorns were found, Lena wasn't sure and had to think for a few minutes. Many students where answering many different places around the world and she still didn't know which was correct. However, she thought she did remember reading something about unicorns and Europe not long before then.

Cloud stared intently at the unicorn. I'm pretty sure that they mainly frequent the forests of Europe...

Kalle looked curiously toward the girl that had given the answer. 'Yes, that is correct; five points to Hufflepuff. What is your name?' she asked, unable to match a name to the new face. As she was waiting for a response, she saw Amelia approach the students. 'Welcome to the class,' she said, then following the girl's gaze added, 'His name is Beinrochir. Can anyone tell me what a unicorn will use as a nest, or lair?'

Olli Hufflepuff ; Fifth YearOlli grinned. She had gotten five points for her house! "My name is Olli, Professor. Nice to meet you," she called to the professor. She waved, then became unsure of what to do. She began digging the toe of her shoe into the ground as she ran her hands along the shoulder strap of her bag.

Amelia Frances
In a soft voice, Amelia greeted the beast, "Hello, Beinrochir." She gave him a graceful nod, guessing he'd prefer it to the smile that was threatening. He obviously was a proud creature, which she agreed he had every right to be, and she sensed he knew he was doing Kalle a favor by showing up. And that he expected something in return. Whether that was carrots or a favor, she knew not. She turned her attention to Kalle, knowing she was truly there to learn. She could honestly say she knew nothing truly of unicorns, as her father didn't allow such rubbish in his home. But some facts about other equine creatures, such as horses and zebra she knew. They were prey animals, so they gave birth at night and their foals had to be ready almost instantly...she glanced over at the Professor, perhaps she'd take a guess...."Do they even have nests? I know that horses' foals must know to stand almost immediately. I mean, they probably sleep in thickets for protection, but that wouldn't hurt the foal would it?" She trailed off, losing Kalle's gaze as she realized how ignorant that made her sound. She definitely was going to do some research tonight. Learn as much as possibly about whatever she'd be studying next. Maybe if Kalle still liked her after this lesson, Amelia could ask what they'd be studying. That should help her out.

'That is correct, Ammy,' said Kalle with a smile; she was pleased with the newest addition to the class, as well as her response. She had reasoned out her answer well, and gotten around the trick question. 'Five points to Ravenclaw! Does anyone know how large a unicorn will typically grow to be?'
