Yeah, that would be good! Though any real training would have to take place once he becomes a Chuunin since that's when most seals become usable.

I think in the introductory Chuunin Exams paragraph, it was stated that you didn't need to do missions.

Still, for characters who have dual elements that is upwards of 9 jutsu they must know. And for us in the academy currently, I need to know ototon, And I'm not too sure, but others need different techniques, and the first stage of a taijutsu style. Not to mention we actually have to get our Rpcs over there.
It isn't going to be nice.

Umm... were not getting into the Chuuning exams. We are academy students who's rpc's just started. Wouldn't be far to the other people who have been genin forever if we just walked in as fresh genin.
Not to mention we would also need to have trained as genin for a little while for it to make any sense for our kage to send us on the exams which means were are out of luck.
Maybe we MIGHT get lucky if someone in the crew thinks Oto should have ninja there and allows us to go despite the fact we aren't ready. That however most likely will NOT happen and even if we did it is doubtful that our rpc would make it threw the exams due to lack of experience on anything (This does not have anything to do with Rping ability it is the fact that our A/s rpc's have not had the training to become Chuunin.).
I agree it sucks we weren't able to make the exams but there will be others.

Fun, seeing as I've had some crew members say that we would go to the exams. Oh well. Maybe I'll have Kamoku run into Luo some other way. And why would it be our problem that they hadn't gotten their mission points in in the first place for the last exams?
Konoha rookies? They all went in the anime. and they had one, maybe two or three missions under their belts. Plus most Genin missions are menial tasks, not really something you'd use techniques for. Errands basically.
We could still go and rank up to genin during the exams. Granted it would hinder us a little, but hey, we'd have a slight chance. and it would allow for character development.
In a year or so. Oh well, I guess I'll have more time for Kamoku to create his base in the Rice country. I think I'll ask some of the crew about it.

Like I said crew may let us in due to use being Oto ninja and how sound in the show kinda came outta no were for the exams.
Squad 7 and all the other had MANY mission before the Chuuning exams. They were not shown right away and were instead used as flash back episodes in Shipuden. Solo genin missions are errands, however when a squad of 3 genin and a chunnin or higher go out on mission it is to deal with bandits escort VIP's ect. ect. Those flash back episodes of the genin missions show this if you care to look them up.

I recall most of the flash backs being Naruto's group picking weeds, or cleaning streams. One or two filler episodes had bandits, and normally it was Kakashi who took them out. (Big Brother and the other two wierdos)
